This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.

Totally unacceptable. Product description stated merchant shipped from New York, however the merchant shipped internationally and I received merch 5 weeks after purchase and after many frustrating emails to the seller, by the time I received gift my enthusiasm had greatly diminished

I originally had selected a black leather microguccissima monogram bag which was sold fairly quickly after being posted. This one was very similar but patent leather and I was equally drawn to it and purchased before it was also gone. Great quality, excellent price point for the condition!

Between my mom and I we have three purses with matching wallets from Tradesy and they've all been perfect. From the time we add the item to the cart to recieving it in the mail the whole process & outcome is superb.

The purse arrived on time; actually shipped really fast! However, there are some scratches on the back of the bag. And the bag was supposed to be new with tags. One tag had clearly been removed. The scratches were the most disappointing.

I purchased a jacket from tradesy received it in a timely manner but it was dirty stained and smelled. The seller listed the jacket as looks brand new no signs of visible wear.
I returned the jacket the next day and I am just waiting for the team to inspect the jacket to see if a refund is applicable. I don't know how long it takes to inspect a jacket with clearly visible stains. I emailed them and they are glad to give me credit right away. I don't want credit I want my money back!

Sold a pair of newly purchased Christian Louboutins retailed for $675. I decided to sale them for $400. They add on $14 for shipping plus I order a shipping kit leaving me with $340. They take almost $10 for having to transfer the money to you which they don't mention and it takes 3-5 days. I made $330 off shoes I wore twice and sold for $400! Rip off!

I give them a minus 1 star. At first I was pleased with them but they are refusing to give me back my money for a returned item after I replaced it with an item costing twice as much. They will only give me a site credit. I am extremely unhappy and don't recommend anyone to buy from this site based in their return policy. They are a sleezy.

I am disappointed that the seller didn't disclose that the item came from a smokers environment. Stunk so bad I had to put it in my garage. Will be returning and that makes me sad because the item was just what I was looking for. As far at the site is concerned, I was very pleased with the timeliness of arrival. I will not be doing business with Tradesy anymore. I sold a purse and they stated that it takes 21 days before they can release the funds. Which I thought was very ridiculous. Then once it's released you have to wait another 7-21 days in order for the funds to show up in your account. My funds were release on 8/15 and today is the 27th and the money is still not in my account. I don't to wait 30 days to receive money from a sale.

The outside of the dress looks okay but the side seams of the dress lining are ripped pretty badly. ( This you can't really tell just by looking at the pictures online and it was not divulged. Who would think to ask about something that you can't see? Unfortunately, it is " Final Sale ".)

Me and my sister, we both got two same boy Chanel from our uncle as birthday gift. Didn't like it because I prefer medium size, so I recently sold mine on Tradesy( shipped and delivered to the buyer already), after I sold it my sister wanted to sell hers too,
So, we post it on tradesy. After a couple days, I couldn't login to my tradesy account at all, while I still have about $2400 that I earn from selling my Chanel bag on tradesy account.

I have received the Tory Burch gold bracelet that I purchased, but I think this bracelet may be rose gold rather than the yellow gold that I was expecting. Both were available on Tradesy, but of the three identical bracelets, one was listed as rose gold and the other two as gold. I purchased one of the golds. It's a gift for my daughter so I will let her decide whether to return or not.
I had seen the bracelet when I was shopping online, but I could not remember where I had seen it. So I did a search and Tradesy popped up. I have made a purchase from Tradesy before and was very satisfied with that purchase.

The number one reason I purchased on tradesy was the ability to return the item (even if just for a credit). I didn't need to, but just having the option you feel so much more confident about the purchase.
