This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Recently I purchased some gently used gold glitter shoes - and it was such a great process. The buyer sent my shoes quickly and they were in great shape when they arrived. I had never purchased anything with Tradesy before - but it was a great experience. I will definitely use Tradesy again!

I reported that I did not receive my package, i was always told 2-4 days for a response but I would always have to reach back out because the time frame passed only to be told the same thing over and over. Finally I was told that my package was delivered but left on the outside steps. I was denied a refund and credit and was told to call the cops. As a customer, this is unacceptable. Police do not have time to track packages and tradesy should require a signature upon delivery since your selling designer items that are not cheap. I was shown No empathy and I'm suppose to just accept that I do not have the product I paid for. I should have at least been approved for a credit, this is unfair to me.

First thoughts; packaging was super thorough. Protective and decorative- the whole bag was padded and then plastic wrapped. And THEN pretty tissue wrapping. So that was nice.
On first look the bag was crisp with no visible flaws. It was a little dusty (to be expected with clear/vinyl).
Hardware is gold and in perfect condition- also safety wrapped.
Comes with original tag attached shiwing retail price.
One thing that made me a little sad was no bag bag lol never bought a nice purse that didn't come with a satin or silk protective bag.
OTHER THAN THAT this was so cute! And 100% to expectations on shipping and receiving the bag.

I owned a chartreuse issue of this Coach bag purchased in the 1970's and have found it to be the most perfect handbag in size and style. I used it until it was beyond repair, even by Coach. Coach is no longer making it. Tradesy had one that must be the second iteration as it has a closure added to the side pocket.

Actual item received is a Medium- cannot use. Contacted seller they say it was listed as medium and maybe I can resell it. I'm not a seller, I ordered a Large as listing says (listing is misleading and inaccurate). This is a medium- I should be able to return. Will see if Tradesy offers protection.
Haven't received any response indicating they recieved my dispute or anything at all, yet.
I have purchased perfect transactions in the past. Sent a dispute email to Tradesy- we'll see of they will protect me and keep my business or not.

The purse was smelly(like smokers purse) and was not even dusted off. I wiped it off with a baby wipe and it was super dirty. I'm letting it air out to hopefully get the smell out. The seller took about 2 weeks to ship. Not sure if I will use this cite again.

On one occasion I made an offer and the seller accepted; about 30min later the seller reneged on the agreement! I filed a complaint siting a deal/agreement is a commitment with Tradsey but they sided the seller, offering me no recourse. Terrible customer experience. I'm now leary to make counter-offers.

I have a small foot. I'm talking 4.5 to 5! It's so hard for me to find a shoe in my size at my local stores. Well I just found tradesy, I can sort the items to make finding the shoe I need in minutes, from size to color to shoe type to brand. Shopping is made easy, not to mention if I don't like the item I can return it free in the 1st 4 days and get the full amount back in site credit to buy a better Item!

My experience has been positive. Tradesy 8s easy to use and navigate. I would recommend to friends who are looking for prloved items. However, as a first time buyer and user I am not 100% certain how Tradesy can guarantee all luxury items on its market place is legitimate. So, I would tell others to be cautious and do their research. My seller was quick to respond and my item was received in the time as promised. The bag I ordered was cheaper than other preloved websites, but I still felt for the condition of the bag it was still a bit pricey.
It had a good range of preloved bags and allowed a wide choice.
I wanted a biege colored Chanel flap bag for a long time but the prices on other preloved websites were well above my budget. I found Tradesy sellers (not all) offered more competitive prices.

This is in reply to those who are buying items from Tradesy and state it's fake. If you want the REAL thing, go direct to the manufacturer. Any site, Tradesy - Ebay - the REALREAL - cannot guarantee that the seller is selling an authentic item. The problem is buyers want a "deal" and don't want to buy full price. The designers always run sales and have outlets, which the buyers should go to. I would never buy any luxury designer item from off the internet. Notice you don't get "fake" complaints with Levi Jeans, Ann Taylor, Uniqlo, Columbia, etc. only with the high priced designer goods.

They wouldn't have a business if it wasn't for there sellers. When your item sells you have a very small amount of time to confirm the sale, if you miss it the transaction is void, OK that's cool. They are about speed, speed, speed! However, when it comes time to get paid... oh, no hurry on their part. I have 3 weeks for payment and still not received my funds. For the amount of cut they take, then the money you're forced to lose on the transfer fee, I find this totally unacceptable. I sold an item for $765 after all cuts I'll end up with $595... a little sad. Its coming up to the one month mark that I shipped my item. Ridiculous.

I like listing items on Tradesy because the process is simple. I have sold a few handbags on the site and love doing so. The only thing you have to be patient about is receiving your cash once your listing sells. Other than that it's easy peasy!

I totally loved selling on Tradesy and then the comission fees increased quite high. The worst part was the payout time frame from a week to two weeks then up to 21 days. This was killing my profit margin and making me very nervous that I wasn't going to get paid. I will go back when they fix this if they ever do. Tradesy you are losing sellers!

I strongly advise consumers to stay away from shop-hers.com. I spent over $2000. On 3 Chanel items - 2 packages came with EMPTY boxes, the items were MISSING. The 3rd item which I spent $1300. On, I Never even received an email saying it was shipped Or given a tracking number, yet my paypal account was charged the Full amount. I have opened cases in PayPal for this Fraud. Read about other complaints filed against this fly by night website on ic3.gov, pissedconsumer.com, the BetterBusinessBureau, etc. This site is NOT SAFE to buy OR sell on. They Lie about the commissions they will pay you if you are a seller. Does NOT get any Worse than this.

I have purchased a few Louis Vuitton bags and also a LV keyholder from Tradesy, and every single time I was always able to buy excellent products in almost brand new condition for great prices. Whenever I had questions the sellers were always helpful, sometimes even uploading more pics for a very accurate description. I'm definitely happy with Tradesy!

Their return team is a joke! Unknowledgeable staff! In particular, Mellisa R. / from Tradesy returns, she prefers to solely rely on Nordstrom's product description rather than inspecting the item and reading tags attached to the item. She doesn't know that 100% Bovine leather is not plastic or synthetic. Tags on the item show that item is made of 100% bovine leather (as many Ted Baker wallets are), but she prefers to read Nordstrom's product description... just too lazy to check the tags?!. Or high school student! Why are you relying on Nordstrom's product description and not on Neiman Marcus product description, Melissa;-)? By the way, their/NM's product descriptions are much more accurate.

A very nice wallet in great condition. I preferred the zip wallet because my old one had a snap that eventually wears out and doesn't snap anymore. There were many to choose from but this one was the nicest for the price and in great condition.
I wanted a wallet to match the purse I purchased a couple years ago. I stumbled on Tradesy a few years ago and purchased my first pre-owned piece. I have purchased many designer bags over the years, new. But now that I have found Tradesy, I will probably never buy a new bag again, especially when I prefer the vintage styles and there are so many in such good condition

As a Seller I have sold many authentic items through tradesy only to have an ignorant "authenticator" deem a single item "inauthentic." The item was completely authentic purchased from a retail store. To add insult to injury tradesy closed my account over this deemed "infraction". I guess they decided my arguing with them about this was against their rules. It seems to me that I was discriminated against as i am a small, personal seller and I don't sell large, expensive items. They are just like Ebay -- they don't want small sellers and this was a way to get rid of a small seller. No problem Greedy Tradesy -- KARMA is always a demon.
By the way I took my "inauthentic" item to the largest retailer in the South and it was completely authentic.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of Selling on this site. Their customer service is a complete joke and apparently ignorant or uneducated.

I purchased a Marc Jacobs tote as a diaper bag for my daughter. The photo they showed was a tan bag with an attached name tag and signature Marc Jacobs id tag in the center top of the bag. Well when I finally got my purchase 2 weeks later, the bag was olive green, and instead of the signature id plate there was Marc Jacobs screen printed in gold letters. The handles were cheap and cracked, and inside the bag was a cheap screen print with Marc Jacobs all over the inside. NOTHING like the black and white print on the inside of my Marc Jacobs handbag. So disappointed. I thought i was getting a steal when it said new with tags. No tags were attached. Looked like a knock off somebody would sell out of the trunk of their car. I will never purchase from them again.

Not sure how to review this experience yet since the purse i received seems authentic, until i noticed that the serial number sewn into the inside pocket of the bag is 10 digits and does not match the 9 digit serial number on the tag that it came with. There is no serial number on the authenticity card, just a hologram sticker that matches the hologram sticker on the inside tag, which could have easily been transferred from an authentic bag to an inauthentic bag. Thankfully, tradsey offers an authentication service, so i will ship the item to them to determine if they deem the item authentic or not. I have a feeling that the tags may be authentic and the seller may have possibly transferred authentic tags to an inauthentic bag to make it seem authentic. I am not an expert tho so i will wait to hear from the experts on what they think. If authentic, them i will be very happy with my experience and purchase. The bag itself is beautiful and im hoping it is authentic.

After touching base with our USPS team as well as my managers, we, unfortunately, are unable to issue a refund for this order as USPS has advised that they have accurately delivered your parcel to your location.
