This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Just bought and got delivered a vintage high-end watch from Tradesy, all went very well. The price was right, purchase process, communications and delivery all worked fine and smoothly, and the product was just as described.
I'm quite happy with this experience with Tradesy, very recommended!

I'm so happy to find this bag! I got it very quickly and in time for my next trip. This is my first time showing on Tradesy and it has been a good experience. I got an authentic bag in great condition at an attractive price.
The CSR was great. She understood my concern, addressed it quickly and provided the response I needed in a reasonable amount of time.
The site has a great reputation and a broad array of products by designers that I like. Customer service is responsive, respectful and competent.
I like the style and the size of the bag. It will force me to carry only what I need. It will be great for vacation and I don’t need to bring a dozen other bags.

I signed on with Tradesy after the founder did a segment on the CBS morning show. As soon as I registered I received a discount coupon to purchase on the site - driving sales - that's good. However they advertise they want all brands but they only promote the couture stuff. Banana Republic, Zara, H&M, J Crew, Ann Taylor, Etc go elsewhere. I'm removing all my stuff!

Hi…. First, this is my first time ordering through the website and not a good experience at all. Delivery was late, suppose to arrived 12/4 and received today 12/7.
Then the product description is wrong 14x7x2 from seller…. Received more like 7x4x2. I could have bought a new one from Nordstrom for the same price.

I was very disappointed when I received the clothes I ordered. Of course, I like the design because I chose it, but I found a hole in the back of the clothes. What is this to the seller? How do I fix it? Why isn't the picture marked? When I said it, he talked about me as if I were a strange person and treated me unpleasantly. I could get a refund, but I liked the design, so I decided to repair it and wear it, but if there were any of these unpleasant sellers who didn't take pictures, I would never want to buy it here again and had a very bad experience.

I initiated three withdrawals that never reached my bank account. Despite sending Tradesy my debit card statements showing proof that I never got the transaction, Tradesy customer service refuses to reinitiate a transfer. It's been two months and I'm getting bounced between departments telling me to talk to my bank (which obviously says they never got my transfers) and that there's nothing they can do about it. Today I requested a telephone call and they said they only write emails. They are cheaters and phonies and do not protect their customers! This is not the way a business should be run!

We ordered an item from Tradesy and it arrived without any paperwork regarding the price paid and any information regarding returns incase we were not satisfied with the product. After reviewing the product we elected to return the product because it was not exactly what we wanted. In trying to make the return to the company, after emailing them several times outside of the 4 day return policy, we were finally told they would not accept the return. We could not possibly know their policy since they never provided us any paperwork with the shipment. This is not the way to do business. We stopped payment with Amex and will place our comments on Facebook and with the Better Business Bureau.
This is not a company top buy from.
This is a very disappointing transaction. We buy from many online retailers and have never had an experience like this before.

I wish I knew the zipper part of the purse was ripped all the way across the bottom: ( I don't recall seeing it on the purse description. Anyway, I have to have a "working" pocket area in my purses, especially ones that cost me that much, so I am returning the purse! Also, wish I could get a refund instead of Tradesy credit as now I'm leary about buying something else on-line. However, I know that's the Tradesy policy so hopefully I can get something soon once my account is credited.
To save $$$ on the purse I want by finding a used on in good condition and I saw that the Real Real didn't accept returns on the items I was interested in.

I love the item I ordered but the shipping was so ridiculously slow. I would like to have been able to pay for upgraded faster shipping. It took about 8 days to get my order. When I order from luxury name brand stores I get complimentary expedited shipping!

I am a jewelry seller and fairly new to this site.So far everything has been great experiences and wonderful coustomers! I have been reading some of the reviews and I see a lot of unhappy ppl I am so sorry that some of you have experienced bad sellers on here I try to be as honest as possible about my jewelry and refuse to sell junk when someone orders something from me i really want them to be happy with their order. I just hate that ppl get on here and mess ppl up where they don't trust the good ppl that are selling on here we are out there. I don't have big fancy experience things but I do have pretty things and so does many other ppl we're not all bad I would never hurt someone that's buying from me! Great price and product was like new. Shipping was faster than expected. Only took about 5 days at the most. I actually sent the first product back that I ordered because it was extremely too large. Looked like a computer bag. Return was easy as well. Tradesy received the product back from me in literally 3 days and I reordered using my credit and received the product back in 5 days.

Very good - I thought gold chain strap would be a little longer but all info was given in the description. I probably did not pay enough attention to that - I actually thought it would be a cross body bag which would be great - but I am ordering a blush pink leather strap to attach to the bag - in order to wear it cross body if need be.
I was thrilled that the designer bags were being offered at lower prices. Still SO expensive, but much better than in the stores at regular prices.
Oh I guess I have curiosity about the prestige of a designer bag; how much better is it really? Well I will find out when carrying this bag. Very pretty, cute and stylish.

It was very easy to shop on Tradesy. The pictures were accurate, the price was fair and the item was delivered quickly. Once I received the item it does have some tiny pressure marks on the front flap of the bag that were not there previously based on the photos. I believe the bag should have been cushioned more during the shipping, which came directly from the seller but I decided to keep the item because I like the bag and I still feel it is a good purchase.

The seller said she was on an extended cruise when i purchased a Christmas gift for my wife. I didn't get a response until a few days before Christmas. The seller didn't mail it out until just before the new year. At least she included a nice book that my wife would enjoy. The dress was in great shape, as advertised, and it looks great on her.
