This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I purchased a Cartier Must 21 from Tradesy early April of 2017. The first time I took a shower with it, it broke and the water leaked into the watch. I notified Tradesy and they informed me that they would not help because it was passed warranty time. Fraud is not a warranty issue.

Within a few days of ordering, item appeared in a wrapped box at my door in the outstretched arms of a fed ex delivery man. I havent opened the box yet but it says it came from tradesy. Keeping it wrapped up as a future gift for a future occasion

Ordered my item as a gift and was concerned with getting it on time. I contacted the Seller and they had my item shipped right away to make sure that I received it on time. Beautiful item, great communication and overall great customer service. I'm sure my mother/friend will be delighted with her gift.

The jacket is exactly what I was looking for but the size was not true. I ordered it larger than needed to accommodate for bulky sweaters underneath but it was cut extremely small and won't zip without anything bulky underneath. The seller sent it out in a timely manner and the quality is great.

Poor turnaround time for reply and action from seller. Seller didn't ship until the 7th day but after checkout it showed estimated delivery of May 5-8 and that sellers usually ship within 3-5 days. Website must make it visible to buyers that sellers are given 10 days to ship so not to set an expectation from buyers.

I don't recognize this new-age Tradesy! A whole different online store experience then I originally started dealing with in 2010. Just like others; as soon as the company grows, their thirst changes. No more I ordered a product on February 28 and as of today March 20, I have not received. Instead of sympathizing with my situation and trying to resolve, the Rep went on about what a wonderful seller the Japan-based seller is for their company... as if that individual was immune to the rules. In fact, Tradsey never discloses to the buyers that the rules are different for international transactions. Their service is the worse. I found Fashionphile! When this fiasco is resolved and I get my money or my product... deuces... I'm out! No more Tradsey

I ordered a pair of Roger Vivier flats--flats I had already tried on at Neiman Marcus, but wanted to get good deal on online. I knew the size I needed--a size 5. The shoes they shipped were MUCH larger than the size represented on the website. There is nothing on the shoe to indicate the actual size. Now Shop-Hers wants to deduct a restocking fee and make me pay my own shipping to return the mislabeled item?!?!?! I'll never purchase from them again.

The item was good, however the safety clip, that deters theft was still attached. That was difficult.
It would have been 5 stars if the thief clip wasnt on the garment.

I have never ordered from Tradesy before so I was reluctant at first but I am glad I did. I am very satisfied with my product. The shoes were described accurately on line. Also the delivery was quick.
I have not been able to find the pumps that I wanted in burgundy anywhere else. Tradesy had them.
I have Valentino stud pumps in nude and love them. I always wanted the burgundy ones but I was not able to find them. I was very pleased to find them at Tradesy.

Tradesy is a horrible company! I've sold on many sites but this is the worst! I see that in the last week Tradesy has flooded this site with fraudulent positive reviews! They previously had a 1.2% rating so please disregard these! Tradesy I has very unethical practices and customer services lies to their members! They will suspend your acct when they owe you money, just to avoid paying you. This is due to their company being in financial disaster! They claim to have authenticators but they make many errors and only decide based on them keeping money. They will send an item back and keep the buyers money so the buyer only has site credit. You will never get a refund on Tradesy, only site credit. This company has changed their terms of service without notifying sellers and buyers. The payout timeframe is so horrible, you won't get paid for over 30 days if you do at all! Just stay away and sell on Poshmark or EBay.

I sold a sweater on this site but I was traveling and apparently I shipped it one day past the deadline, therefore they credited the buyer back for the sweater, but it was already shipped so I contacted Customer service asking for either my money or the sweater back which we could see had been delivered by the tracking info and they said there is nothing they can do as the sweater shipped a day late. Long story short, I sent a $100 sweater and have neither the money or the sweater back and the REFUSE to help! Just completely washed their hands of me with no offer to do anything about it. I have never encountered worse service in my life.

Dont do it! Tradsey sets up fake guidelines for product returns citing, "fair market value," then doesnt use the term on their own sales! Eventually, the BBBureau will catch up with such awful practices. Shame on you tradsey!

Payment page has a lot of bugs forcing me to reload the page multiple times. It also took longer for the shipper to send the dress than I was originally quoted. Other than that, the dress is great and as sold to me.

The seller was communicative, the coat however did seem dirty/used. And smelled like perfume. For a coat that has never been worn. I will have to get it dry cleaned. If I had known it was worn I would not have purchased it

My friend has this same bag and I fell in love with hers but couldn't find it in any store. After searching I found it on Tradesy and crossed my fingers when pressing buy now. To my surprise, when I unwrapped it I was in total awe at the perfection of this bag. There was nothing evident that reflected it had been a pre-owned bag. I scored with this beauty and am beyond happy.

FRAUDS! This wasn't my first purchase with tradesy, usually smaller less pricey items. Then I decided to buy a pair or "gently used" Louboutins. The listing clearly states that the seller put "red rubber soles to protect the sole for wear" only to find out that the seller actually cut away the whole sole and replaced with a rubber sole. When I disputed the purchase, since it was clearly not what was advertised they claimed that's how you protect the sole, by cutting it out. Makes perfect sense. Save your money, they're frauds!

I have seen a lot on complaints on their Facebook page, however I do notice that it ended up being deleted/hide the next day or two. So yes, they obviously didn't want other ppl to see their complaints and trying to hide it, only showing good comments or reviews to cover their bad side. For me this is very unprofessional company would do. If they are confident, they wouldn't have to hide. It's should show ALL (good & bad) comments, do ppl can decide if they still want to go for it. But if you just delete the bad and only showing the good or not so bad ones, this is very shady. I wouldn't recommended a shady company like this one!
Tradesy has super low rate here, however they have high rating on trustpillot, ppl are saying they pay for good or fake reviews there, it seems to be true!
