This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.

“Chic Finds is a bait and switch vendor”

I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.

Absolutely enjoy shopping and selling on Tradesy. They're always courteous when communicating and go beyond the call of duty to help. I have sold and purchased many items on Tradesy. Horrible customer service. Tradesy doesn't care about people. Tradesy doesn't take seriously and doesn't penalizes dishonest sellers. Tradesy allow sellers put back the merchandise, even if they know that it isn't real.

My order came while I was away on vacation. My neighbor received it for me and put it in my garage for me. I was horrified when he sent me a pic of its arrival. It was delivered by US Postal Service and looked like it had been handled by an airline carrier, if you know what I mean. The oversized box which was used for my purchased item was smushed tremendously, the item inside clearly visible, and the item itself not wrapped at all. Packaging was so poor, I was in a panic to get home and check my item for damage. The box was completely open when I got to it with some packaging wrap in the bottom of the oversized box which I'm not sure helped at all. Meanwhile, apparently the item I purchased on Tradesy flopped around in the oversized box while it was got smushed and opened by the postal service. Thankfully all was well with my item but this was NOT a good shipping/delivery experience.

They will not honor returns if the item you bought is not what was advertised. I sent the item back within the correct amount of time with proof that the item was not what the seller described to me or what was advertised on Tradsey. They refused to return my money. I would never purchase anything from this site again. It is worth the money to pay more for authentic items. This site is known for ripping people off with inauthentic items.

There couldn't possibly be a worst customer service than this one. They are rude, short, and offer virtually nothing to the customer. They only respond via email and basically might as well tell you to F-off. I wouldn't dare spend my money on this site. Aside from that, the deals are also really bad and they offer no promotions to compete with other websites just like this one.

Recently bought an expensive chanel bag via Shop Hers. When I received the bag, the authentication card was missing although the seller confirmed that she had it. Also there was no garment bag/box that came with it. There were two big black marks on the inside flap that were not listed. The list said, "Mint condition with no sign of use at all. It honestly looks brand new. Inside and outside are perfectly clean".
When I filed complained to customer service, she said that the bag was in perfect condition when left their warehouse, which was not. She said there was no return because it was a final sale, which also not listed as a final sale item either.
She refused to solve this problem and told me to re-list the item instead. She would not reach to seller to resolve the problem when seller advertise her items. If this is how they conduct their business, let this be my lesson and yours and I will not do any business with them anymore. I will also report this to BBB.

After sending a few messages to Tradesy about my order of Prada sunglasses that I haven't received, they continue to ignore me. So, I called my credit card company to reverse my payment. Thank God my order only worth $55.37 and I did not have to worry so much. I hope you guys don't have to go through of what I went through with this company. Some of you might have a pleasant experience right now, but one day they will screw you up like what this company did to me. Don't take that risk especially if you have a big and expensive purchase.

I have been a loyal seller from the very beginning. I just sold a brand new designer blazer and the buyer returned to Tradesy, due to size being too small. The blazer is brand new with tags. Just got an email from Tradesy stating they are returning due to"can't determine market price" which is BS! This item is at Saks Fiftth Ave and it has the retail tags on it with the price! Tracy the owner of Tradesy is such a liar and fraud!

I was trying to see the shipping options for and item and I mistakenly purchased it. I immediately contacted the seller via email requesting them to cancel the order. It was after 5 pm so I didn't get a reply. So I contacted tradesy and the said they can't make seller cancels orders, but if it hasn't been shipped they should cancel it. So emailed the seller again asking them to cancel the order and not ship it. The seller denied my request and said it was already shipped, which was a lie. The items was processed to be shipped until several hours later. They were so greedy and eager for the sell they didn't include insurance or request a signature for the package. I never received the package, because it was stolen. Tradesy did absolutely nothing and refused to hold the seller accountable for poor business practices and acting in bad faith. They denied my request for a refund and refused to help. So I'm just out of $450.

Not at all thrilled. Purchased 3 items from 1 seller, whom I later found is a resale shop. First, the items were described fairly well, but were in worse shape than I expected. Then, I couldn't purchase all three at the same time, so had to make 3 separate purchased. The only good thing is I did complain that I shouldn't have to pay shipping for 3 items coming from the same place at the same time and they offered me store credit. Not a refund. So I ended up finding a blouse, which isn't all that great. I really have no interest in trying my luck there again.

They claim to be the only exclusive online retailer of used and new luxury items which should have alerted me to their dishonest business practices and claims. There are hundreds of online sites that deliver these used and new good such as Real Real, Tradsey etc.; I purchased a number of items and they would not ship them at the price that I purchased them for. They called and said there was an issue between them and the seller and the orders were cancelled. This was not an authentication issue but an error by Shop Hers. How can a company NOT back there online price?

The item does not have rehaut engraving nor does the date change when you rotate the crown. Not sure what authentication Tradesy requires from the seller before shipping. Would love not to have to return my watch but it was a lot of money to spend for something fake.

I have tried to purchase two items from Tradesy and have had very good, prompt, effective customer service. In the first situation, the dress was not as posted by the seller, but Tradesy agreed and refunded my money. In the second situation, the seller did not confirm the purchase in the 5 days set by Tradesy. I called on day 4 to customer service to inquire on the shipment. The customer service representative stated he would send a separate email to the seller to have them confirm the sale. The seller did not confirm the sale and Tradesy, true to their policy, released my money back to my card. Although I have not been able to buy any items through Tradesy YET, I am pleased with their customer service and consistency. Tradesy is a place sellers and buyers can come together to purchase. Tradesy can't be responsible if the seller misrepresents the product or does not confirm a sale. But in each situation, Tradesy provided very good customer service and refunded my money.

I had a difficult time finding a certain bag that was always sold out on the LV website. I thought I would try tradesy out and I found several that I was looking for in different conditions and prices. I picked what worked for me. It is just perfect. It is just as the pictures shown and in fabulous condition. I would use tradesy again

For context, I am a top rated seller on both ebay and poshmark. I decided to give Tradesy a try since it seemed you could sell higher end products for more money. I owned one brand new Lily Pulitzer dress that I sold for $100. I sent it off and put in the tracking number and the app said it wasn't an acceptable number. Nevermind that when I put it in at USPS, it popped right up as delivered. I asked the buyer if she received and she confirmed she had but it wasn't the right size and she planned on returning it. Tradsey then told her she had to pay shipping to return it and she would only get a credit if she did. Suddenly she denied every receiving it. Tradsey immediately sided with her and claimed I never shipped it. So I got no money from the deal and she still has my dress. Horrible experience.

This item I found on Tradsey was great. When I asked questions they responded back super fast. With all of their responses is what made me buy the item. I got what I purchased super fast and it was better than what was pictured. I will definitely buy from them again and again!

I ordered a pair of $200 shoes, they said they were delivered and I never received them. I was told to wait 3 days which I think is ridiculous. I didn't receive them and now I have to wait 3 more days to have some sort of resolution? I'm out $200 dollars now with NOTHING in hand. I want my money back and I will never work with this company again, I ordered some shirts last year and some shady crap happened then too and I had to reorder them and finally got them a month later. I regret giving this company a second chance.

I had a Chanel Flap Bag that I inherited and no use for. It was vintage yet in pristine condition - always stored with tissue paper and in the dust bag. I listed it on Shop Hers and it sold very quickly. I shipped it to Shop Hers who on the same day they received it - accepted it as authentic. I received my payment as promised within 5-7 days. They do take a larger percentage than E-Bay but I also sold it for much more than I would have on E-Bay. Everything went as promised!

Is the best site for authentic products and brand name, some products are very expensive even though they are used by owner, some time owners don't reply fast enough when message is sent to them, over all is a good site for authentic products and brand names

After selling around 10 items on Tradesy successfully I though I finally found a great service to sell. I was very wrong.
I sold my last item and after 5 days (Trades's policy is 4), buyer returned. My already transferred seller-money was transferred to my account, but stopped by Tradesy with no warning, no emails no communication... absolutely no communication. My friend also sold a Chanel bag and it got returned as a fake (her buyer replaced her bag with a replica).
Be very very very careful as a seller. Please use eBay or a better service!
