This was my first time ordering from this website and I was a little skeptical (as I am with any website that I'm purchasing from for the first time) needless to say I will be back. Smooth transaction, fast shipping!

I have been watching the listing for some time and was ready to make the purchase. I asked questions and received the information quickly. I made my purchase received it in good time and I absolutely love it. Gave her an excellent rating! Well worth the purchase and brightening my luck with something new for spring!

Buyers beware
This company steals your money without products.
They took money, make customers wait, wait and wait for nothing.
The customer support center is SO difficult to reach.
They strains your time and energy. Never buy from this company.

I have been wanting this bear for awhile, but I could never find it at an affordable price until I searched the Tradesy website. Thank you to the seller! It is absolutely beautiful! I am very grateful for the price I was able to buy it for! Merry Christmas!

I would suggest listing where an item is coming from. When I received the shipping confirmation and tracking information I was immediately concerned because it was coming from China. If i had known that was the bag's location I would not have purchased from there. Because of the concern I paid to have it independently authenticated.

This was a very smooth and easy transaction. The seller, Clair80, was great and shipped very promptly. She also packed the shoes with care and personalized touches. These are small things but made me feel like I was purhasing from a boutique, not the impersonal internet! The merchandise is in perfect condition and complete with original box, dust bags, tags etc. I would buy from Clair 80, and Tradesy, again.

Quick and easy ordering. The necklace arrived quickly and was as described, in perfect condition. I am very happy with the service from this seller. I have not ordered from Tradesy in the past and look forward to ordering again.

The item was received as stated. The bag is in very GOOD condition. Though there were a couple of spots in the lining, I was able to clean it. It looks as if the bag was barely used. I am very pleased with the product and will purchase again.

The seller was great and communicative about when my item would be shipped and expected to arrive. I appreciate the attention to those details. The only concern I had was that the box my item was shipped in was too big. When I received my package there was a big whole/ opening on the side of the box and the plastic bad my item was in was sticking 1/2 way out. I do not have a pic. To demonstrate. My only recommendation would be to use a smaller box or package to ship thinner/ smaller items or put enough padding around the item to help keep the package's integrity. Thank you. I do hope to shop with seller again.

I sold a designer bag on shophers.com August 30,2015. It's almost 30 days later. I still haven't received my payment. The bag sold at $725 and they take 18 percent. So why haven't I received my payment as of yet. I had emailed them and Blair responded with sorry for the delay. Since then I have been emailing and calling that BB shopher.com number. I left a messages and no one has responded. I entrusted in this business and now I am fearful to ever do business with them again. I need my payment. Order number 408-*******.

I've been looking for a michele watch for a long time, and found the perfect one one tradesy. What i like most about it, is guarantee of authentication and not purchasing through a private seller with the chance of buying a dupe for the price of a real piece. The shipping was insanely fast, and my item is just as described. Thank youuuu!

I bought a jacket from a store and it was expensive and too small. I checked Tradesy and found the same brand jacket in a bigger size, for less money. It arrived in under a week. I saved $100 and got the jacket in time to take it out of town with me this weekend.

I listed two items and the promise is they will clean up your photo within 24 hours. One was, the other was not and after two inquires and two weeks I removed both items. The excuse was they use a third party and it won't affect your sale anyway and "tell your friends." So, friends, they don't honor their promises. They don't care or resolve concerns.

My order came in a very timely matter, w/in just a few days.
The items arrived packaged well and required a signature.
The item itself is in "brand new" condition - I feel it is in better condition than the description suggested.
The variety of merchandise that I was specifically looking for was incredible.
This is my 2nd purchase with Tradesy and I plan to order again in the future.

I've made 3 purchases from Tradesy so far and I am going to send the last one back for them to authenticate for me because I think it might be a fake (Chanel bag). My first 2 purchases were great and the items were authentic. When I signed up I read the fine print and it clearly says if it's fake you get a refund if you don't like it you get store credit so I don't understand why some of the reviews are so bad. If they authenticate my 3rd purchase than I will have proof from them and I'm ok with that.
Update:
So Tradesy confirmed that my item was authentic... however I chose the store credit option because I just wasn't happy with the bag's size and the lining having been replaced bothered me. I purchased another bag that is authentic but a little older and I am very pleased with that purchase. I would say that if you are buying something that is a very high priced luxury good it's worth getting it authenticated outside of Tradesy... at least for your own comfort.

Delivery was on time.
I was not very pleased with the bracelet, it is very short. I have a very tiny wrist and the bracelet fits too tight. The length is probably 6 inches, so the charm doesnt hang low. I bought the bracelet for myself however I will have to give it to my granddaughter. Seller needs to be more specific in description of item for sale. If I had known upfront the size I would not have made this purchase.

As a seller and buyer, this place is an scam. As a seller they keep your fund for over two weeks and refund sales for the minimum reasons so the seller is never protected from buyers that change their minds.
As a buyer they sale FAKE items, so beware of purses and jewelry. This woman and her business are just disgusting. Taking my business to The Real Real.

I have over 8,000 feedback on ebay with 100% rating as a seller.
I tried tradesy to see what this site is about.
I sold an item on tradesy $800.
Item delivered to the buyer.
Buyer sent confirmation message on tradesy. He is keeping the item.
This means sale is completed & confirmed.

Tradesy did not release my money.
Tradesy said I Need to wait the full 5 days and then need to wait another 5 business days for my money to hit my bank account.

Understand tradesy takes their commission as soon as your item is sold.

Tradesy is growing into a big company but cannot handle their overhead.

This is a huge problem for a business.

To protect yourself

If you sold items on tradesy and you are waiting for your funds,

Take screen shots of the item you sold, with the date sold and the tracking # with the date & time of delivery.

Call tradesy 10 times if needed.
Do not back down until you get your funds.

I have now made 3 puchases from Tradesy, and they were all quite easy. I had to return a pair because of the size, and it was a very simple process. Each item was exactly as advertised, and of high quality. Thanks, Tradesy!

The Selling fees are ridiculous, and upon completion of your sale, you then have to pay them 2.9 % of your money from which they have already taken their cut just to transfer it to your bank account. Addictive to the completed slight, it then takes them 4-7 business days (after they have held your money), just to make the transfer.

After receiving my ' genuine' Louis Vuitton customer jewellery set of $350, I immediately noticed it was fake. Took it to the LV store and it was confirmed fake. I emailed Shop-Hers twice and received NO REPLY. When you purchase items online that are confirmed 'genuine' and they turn out to be fake, you expect the customer service to respond immediately but as there was no reply, and after reading the comments on this page I have a clearer picture of how many fake items this company sells as 'genuine'. An absolute disgrace.

It was my first time shopping at Tradesy and buying from Isabella. Isabella not only sent me the dress in perfect condition (and thoughtful packaging), but also sent me a card with a message and a little gift. It was very nice!

I purchases a very expensive bag, and what I got was a moldy smelling unable to use piece of JUNK!
I tried to work with the seller, and she told me the smell would go away... one week later I'm still using her recommendation of using a hair drying to get rid of the smell!
I spoke with customer service, and they said... work it out with the seller!

So... if you want to purchase... its up to you, but my first time experience was worse than I expected. I feel USED!

Oh... I should add. After a few days, I did get an email for $70 on site credit to be used anytime. Really? Would I purchase again on this site? I don't think so.
