This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
When a deceptive (or maybe just really clueless?) seller hid serious defects in item in photos, and didn't disclose that shoe heels had been cut down, l wasn't able to return the shoes in their impossible 4 day return window. I lost $132 on an unwearable pair of shoes... never again! If you buy at Tradesy, drop EVERYTHING, come back into town if you are away, and inspect those shoes IMMEDIATELY! Tradesy, to their credit, offered me a $25 site credit... which still leaves me $107 short. If they are worried about people wearing then returning, shoes, put a sticker on the bottom like some other resale sites. My first, last, and only Tradesy purchase.

WORST TEAM EVER for customer service.
Tradesy "TRUST TEAM" is a total joke.
Opened up account and was closed within a week. I had spent many hours taking photographs and using their guidelines to list my designer items. All of a sudden, account was suspended, no reason given no warnings, and all while I was having emails with potential buyers and making deals. The worst waste of my life. I sent them an email (trust team has no phone number - - shady for a multi million dollar business that is legit. Nek**l responds and says its closed for "unidentified information" ok...? And then he/she ends with "Thank you for your understanding". Based on this email, I have understood only one thing is that the trust team is illogical! The worst customer service in HISTORY of online selling.

Tried to order four different bags. Three of the orders had to be cancelled, two due to the seller having already sold it elsewhere and one seller who never responded. The only order that was fulfilled and shipped to me was a bag that was not at all the bag pictured (different style) and worse, it was clearly a fake.

I sold a LV Neverfull on Tradesy. I always take video and pictures of me packaging the items. Tradesy just s my me an email saying they agreed with the buyer(whom Liz M told me Friday hadn't sent the bag back) that I could withdraw the funds Sunday. I'm going to contract the federal trade commission as well as homeland security as they handle cases of this. I bet money I'll get a fake bag back.

For amount of money I spent, the driver left it on my walkway in the middle of the day. Was to need signature?!? Very frustrating it was left. Luckily it was there when I got home. Hope next order over $1000 requires a signature!

Honestly I just found this jacket on a Pinterest link, and it took me to Tradesy. I'd never heard of the site before. But placing the order was super easy, and it got to me house like, ridiculously fast? It smells a bit funky (but I think it's like that antiquey smell of a thrift store!)

I have a GOYARD designer handbag it's 1000% percent authentic I had it inspected prior to purchase it's brand new never used sold it to a buyer on this site waited 2 weeks now it has been flagged as a fake designer bag and funds returned to buyer. I have no idea where my $2000. 00 designer bag is and I'm freaking out. No response from Tradesy or the buyer. Im worried this buyer switched out my handbag and is now returning a fake. Something is seriously wrong with this situation I'm stuck in. Completely unfair to the seller!

As a first time buyer there, that was the worst mistake that I'd made. The seller can't even describe the size of Christian Louboutin shoes, the seller was at fault for sending me the wrong size which on the description the seller provided was correct but send me a size bigger then what I had purchase. Instead of getting my refund back on my card, they provided me a refund that can only be used on their site. I find that very Connie in order to keep customer to use that refund on their site. That's very poor customer service ever, the worst company ever...

Same thing happened to me sold a pair of Chanel shoes which I paid a lot for they were in beautiful condition never worn customer returned to Tradsey it is their right to. Tradsey says for any reason fit etc. Tradsey wrote me and told me they're coming back after they held them for a month, almost time to pay out said they did determine them as they were not fair market value and could not be resold at that price. Though I had sold them at that price and now They have had them for a few more days I have the tracking number and have not shipped them. I have another item pending Im canceling the sale so basically their rules bad to come back if they determine it not fair market value I sent them a letter and asked them if they thought it was fair market value before I accept and confirm it, they did not respond I guess they don't want to wrangle their selves into putting it in writing then so they can send the bag back. So Sad Tradsey is about to go belly up.

I purchased a LV bag and when I took it to the Louis Vuitton store to have it authenticated I was informed it was a counterfeit. Tradesy said they will not help me in any way and the bag is my problem now. They are so rude. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The items were retrieved from the post office although the delivery driver had signed for them without actually leaving them with a person.
