This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
When shopping on Tradesy I always find good deals. I like the fact that I'm able to contact the sellers if need be which always gives great customer service. Even when I contact Tradesy on my first time shopping they also took the time to help. Really like this website.

I'm a seller on Tradesy. They have this return policy "hassle free return". But the thing is they claim they have so called expert checking the items unfortunately they are not expert. They accept return w/o informing seller that we have an item be returning, they withdraw funds w/o your knowledge no communications from Tradesy. If they can't withdraw money they will suspend your account... how lovely is that? Tradesy is not a good site to be honest... they are cheater. As a seller we need our items back, check the items properly if it is the same items we sold, unfortunately Tradesy wont let you do that. They want their money first, who knows if you get your item(s) back or not! Oh the best part worth only $16.00

This was my first time using Tradsey. I've always wanted a Louis Vuitton bag, but couldn't justify spending the money. I decided a second hand bag would be more comfortable for me. I looked at several ads. Reviewed the photographs and prices. Decided on the bag and received it before I was quoted. The bag was a great deal. Despite the bag saying it had signs of wear, one area of wear could've been photographed/mentioned, but wasn't. Other than that, I'm pleased. Quick and easy, first time experience!

I was looking for a Coach Tate 18 Crossbody but didn't want to pay full price at the Coach Store. I had heard from an IG influencer that Tradesy was really a good avenue for handbag purchases. I found the experience to be worth it. The bag was in excellent condition!

Do not use Tradesy. Attempted to sell a pair of Christian Louboutins that I purchased from Neiman Marcus. The shoes were sent in barely worn condition, along with the box with original stickers and duster bag. Buyer claimed that they were fraudulent, which I would have been fine with but upon return the shoes had obviously been worn, were missing the gel insoles I had shipped the shoes with and original price tag sticker had been removed from the box. Tradesy's "solution" was to offer me a $30 credit. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but I doubt it will lead anywhere. I do not suggest using this service, and have had much better experiences with The RealReal, who purchase your item directly from you and manage all sales themselves. They do take a bigger cut, but I would've preferred that then the to have dealt with this horrendous experience.

This website seems to be using unscrupulous dealers as the watch I received is not the watch which was pictured. It does not contain diamonds as indicated in the advertisement and there are no luminescent dots at the end of the hour markings as indicated in the photo. I'm in the process of taking it to a local Rolex dealer to check and make sure it is even an authentic Rolex.

BEWARE!!! The web can be a dangerous and unscrupulous place. There are thieves everywhere.

Item came in beautiful condition, however there was a mark that wasn't mentioned in the description or shown in the pictures. Either way my wallet is beautiful it has been added to my collection of LV.
I trust this website, I've bout 2 LV items from here so far and I have not been disappointed yet!

Stick to Ebay or neighborhood sites like Facebook or Neighborhood. I cant get my money for a sale. You can email them and get a cookie-cutter response. I like the easy listing... but not if I cannot get paid.

I had an offer attached to my order it was not honored by Tradesy for one reason or another so I was charged the full price of the bag when there was a promotional offer. The bag has arrived and has not been authenticated yet but I have received it. It appears to be in condition as described.

The only issue I had was waiting for the seller confirmation. It took 5 days before I finally reached out to see if the product I ordered was ever going to ship out. I will say that I received a prompt message promising it would ship out that day but it took 2 additional days before that happened. Otherwise, the product was just as described, so that was reassuring.

The description states I would receive the dust bag and receipt which I did not. It also states red interior which it is not. I believe this bag is fake. The internal material is very cheap, not what a typical Dior bag would feel like. The exterior feels cheap as well. I excepted much better quality for the price I paid. Very disappointed :(

I placed order on 08/28 and they said seller usually ship between 3-5 days, and it's 5 days already. One seller told me she's on vacation and will come back today, so most likely she will ship on Tuesday. Honestly if they don't ship by next Tuesday, I'll cancel the order and dispute my credit! I place an order with Real real and I received the order already. I think I'll do business with Real Real in future.

I paid $200 for a purse Using money I received for xmas. I was so excited for a new purse because mine had been stolen a few months prior and I had been waiting for xmas to get the money for a new one. I never received the purse. I kindly emailed and asked if they could help me locate my purse. They gave me a bs tracking number and said sorry for the delay! I emailed them back with a more aggressive tone as clearly being nice doesn't help. They could care less they already have my money. I am opening a PayPal dispute right now. I have never had a problem with online shopping before. I wish I never spent my money here I honestly cried about the situation as $200 is a lot to me. Do not take the risk and use the site!
