This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Very easy transaction. My first time using this site and it was so easy to do. The item I purchased was something I had been looking for. It has been discontinued by the designer so I was delighted to find it at a reasonable price.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet. Communication with the seller was great. Shipping was fast. Wallet was accurately described and price was excellent. I will definitely purchase more items from this seller.

Tradesy is out of the equation after the 4 day window. Even if you purchase a defective item and it isn't spotted in the 4 day window, you're screwed. Better to go the a reputable store, pay the extra $$, and had the peace of mind that you can return/exchange if the item tears up on you before you get ANY use out of it. My Coach handbag started cracking/peeling after the 2nd use. NOTHING done for me, and Im out of $150.00.

I worry the bag I bought is fake. I have two other Louis Vuitton bags I purchased from LV stores & there is a quality difference in item purchased from tracery. The no return policy is not fair to customer, I would not recommend this shopping site

Tradesy has started returning items to the sellers that are under $150, and keeping the commission fees. It is bad enough that they are taking a month to return things but to keep the fees is criminal.

The hat I ordered is just as it was described. My only complaint is that it was misshapen (presumably) durning shipping. The packaging didn't protect the form of the hat. I'm worried the dents won't come out.

This was my very first Tradesy experience. I found it to be delightful. The images and product descriptions seemed spot-on, and you have to look around for the best deal, however no sweat from me, I look around and shop for the best deals anyway. I loved the experience, and I will be back.

The formula is very easy. Put your store on vacation and inflate all of your prices by 10% and opt in to discount all your listings by 5% to draw buyers to your listings. And of course, sell on multiple websites. If your sales on Tragedy drop, don't sweat the small stuff.

I purchased a designer wallet and realized it was not authentic as soon as I opened the package. I returned it the next day and Tradesy will not refund me as they claim their "experts" authenticated the wallet. The product is definitely not authentic and they cannot certify as such. They protect the seller but not the buyer.

Bought shoes to give as gift. I received the shoes and noticed that the shoes are worn/used and there is damage on the heels. I contacted the vendor and they were very difficult to deal with and I had to get my credit card company involved.

Website is easy to navigate, Tradesy emailed me about the shipping delay, and I received my item. It is gorgeous and in excellent condition. I loved that Tradesy took the initiative in emailing me about the delay and giving me an update estimated time of arrival.

I will never purchase anything from tradesy again.
Purchased handbag from Coco-luxury weeks go by with no shipment and we I requested shipment date she would not give one. She was politely arrogant. Stating because of corona virus she couldn't give date. Yet I have received shipments from multiple companies no problem.
When I complained to Tradesy they canceled order stating bag was not up to standards. Left me hanging for weeks. No apology nothing.

I still don't have my shoes from Tracey after almost a month. They are not allowing me to contact the seller for updates and apparently management were to call me and try and help me but after a string of emails everyone seems to be ignoring me as clearly the shoes are lost. Never gave me a shipping number so I can track. I paid them $1320 USD! Will not refund me and after confirming 100% seller was to ship to me I paid the money. I am seeking legal avenues filed complaints already but take time. I will keep everyone posted. The customer service is appalling. THEY DO NOTCARE! I AM STILL TO BE CONTACTED. All my messages are being deleted.
