This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.
I still don't have my shoes from Tracey after almost a month. They are not allowing me to contact the seller for updates and apparently management were to call me and try and help me but after a string of emails everyone seems to be ignoring me as clearly the shoes are lost. Never gave me a shipping number so I can track. I paid them $1320 USD! Will not refund me and after confirming 100% seller was to ship to me I paid the money. I am seeking legal avenues filed complaints already but take time. I will keep everyone posted. The customer service is appalling. THEY DO NOTCARE! I AM STILL TO BE CONTACTED. All my messages are being deleted.

My experience was great. I received exactly what I purchased, and had excellent communication from purchase to delivery. The seller was clear and concise re: the item and the description. I am very pleased!

The seller was usually quick to respond within a day. The only issue I had was the color of the bag it stated noir; however it also stated navy blue. I'm a couple of conversations that I had with the seller she stated both noir and navy blue! She did clarify but at the end of the day it was black as I wanted and not navy blue like she thought. I would buy from her again the bag was simply stunning. I have since reached out to the seller because I was missing a key to the lock but I think it will go over smoothly regarding it

Handbag was shipped UPS. 5 days. Box was bent. It would have been nice if Seller had packed the inside of the box with more care. Extra wrapping to protect bag should of been done considering the price I paid and the 45.00 shipping fee. The designer handbag was in the dust bag only. Thrown in the cardboard box. Fortunately, even with the box damaged. The handbag was not damaged as well.
Nice selection of items and a reputable company.

I'm going back into the "office" workforce after having a uniform of jeans, t-shirts and a hardhat for 15 years! Tradesy's my "go-to" for getting updated and trendy clothing and shoes so I fit the part instead of looking like I stepped out of the year 2005!

I had never made a purchase to Tradesy but had a credit I wanted to use. I found a listing that described the product like new and the description had listed that it was in perfect condition and only worn once. I am familiar with the style of the product so when I received it I was disappointed in the state the product was in. There was obvious color transfer and the product was mis-shaped and there were marks all over. Given that I have sold many items over the years through Tradesy I understand that every item description cannot be analyzed for accuracy but it seems that is one of the limitations of the process Tradesy uses for sales.

After my item was delayed in shipping out, I communicated with seller and was informed the item was coming from china. If I had originally known the item was coming from china I would not have purchased it as I believe china is a hot-bed for the production of unauthorized designer goods.

Discovered handbag I had been seeking at a fair price, ordered and received in a whip stitch! Upon opening, a heartfelt notecard from the seller, Jennifer, accompanied the handbag, which added to the experience :)

Got the bag in, immediately was pleased with my purchase. It was in great condition considering being vintage. Got alarmed when I couldn't find the date code, sent a message and they responded immediately and helped me locate it. This was my second bag purchased on Tradesy, the first was from a different seller and it did not meet my expectations, Tradesy was quick to help me in the return process. After browsing for another bag, I came across this one. The seller was spot on with the description and there were no unexpected surprises, it was exactly as the pictures and description said. Great find!

I truly love my Damier Nos Louis Vouitton Bucket handbag. This was my first time shopping with Tradesy, and I had complete trust in them when I read everything about there authentic products. I also have a Dear Friend who is always Posting Tradesy on Facebook. Tradesy will be my favorite place to shop in the near future. The seller, Sandra did an amazing job shipping my bag to me in no time. I think II will go right now to find me another bag. I also loved getting my $50 off my bag being a first time buyer.

I found the website through Google and decided to check it out. A lot of really nice items with really good prices. I had questions about the item I purchased and It was really easy to reach out to the seller as well which was nice.
Decided to set up an account because the prices of the items through out the website were really good. Plus when I set up my account, I received a $100 credit towards a purchase of $600 or more which I was able to take advantage of and got the item I purchased for and even BETTER price!
My wife has always wanted an Off-White purse and I also happen to like the way they look so I’m pretty excited to give it to her.

I had been looking at a pair of earrings for a while and finally decided I needed to get a pair (of course by that time I decided I wanted them they were already out of style/production). My experience was smooth and seamless! Communication from the seller and Tradesy was excellent and fast. Super fast shipping as well! I purchased handbag on a Friday and it was promptly shipped and delivered on following Tuesday! Overall my experience was fantastic.
I choose Tradesy because of it’s positive reviews online, and I’ve been familiar with the company for years as a company where luxury goods can be found.
I choose this particular chanel handbag because it was a bag that I had on my wish list. This particular style with leather interior is no longer made by Chanel. The style with leather interior is very hard to find as well. The style now has fabric interior. Quite naturally when I saw the bag, I quickly purchased it.

I got the package and I was excited in opening it. The size is right and the color is right but I got a little confused at first as to where I was going to attache the strap. The drop down is not as long as I would have wanted it. To me it is a shoulder bag not a cross body bag. You might want something bigger or more bling in it, but this is how I want it. The price is still not cheap even though it says on sale. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I have been buying from Tradesy for a few years and have never been disappointed.

I chose the LV Neverfull MM for the size.
I have a GM and it is large for everyday use. However, the GM is great for traveling.

Love the authentication guarantee! First site I didn't have to worry about buying something real or not. Not too crazy about getting Tradesy site credit instead of a refund if something was wrong. However, they will issue a refund if something was inauthentic.
Saw something I wanted at a fair price.
Hard to find James Avery items in 14k that aren't a good deal.
