This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.

When this app was first around it was exciting! One persons outs is another persons in with the new well such a bummer when things go from great status to NO status... this appears to be the case with Tradesy. All the potential, brings nothing to the table. I use to enjoy this app. Cute, trendy, more upscale items. This quickly downhill by allowing garage sale items become their new selling trend. The dont back the buyers. I hope that people take the time to say something instead of nothing like Ive been doing because- lets be real... my time is worth more than this. I also dont like growing money away and waving goodbye at it! Ive purchased big & small items & the way my purchases have been going & the sellers on here have gone so downhill/ noway would I trust them anymore with a big purchase item. Ill leave that to The Real Real & ReBag the ones that seem to be able to know how to keep an app going & keep their sellers in check!

I saw the item I wanted, read the description and placed the order. The site kept me posted as to the expected delivery date which was delivered on time. The purse was exactly what I wanted so I'm very happy with the whole process.

I found what I was looking for on the website very easily. However the boutique owner: Ryan Boutique never disclosed the damage on the strap of the cross body bag I bought. They also never responded to my emails about shipping times. I did however get the bag on the promised days.

The item was shipped and arrived quickly. I was disappointed in the packaging. When you spend $200 on a designer dress you don't expect it to be smooshed into the smallest package available. It was extremely wrinkled because of how tight it was packed.

The transaction to purchase the bag was smooth with no issues encountered. Shipping was quick and the bag was well packed. The bag was in beautiful condition and am sure my wife will be thrilled when she receives it.

I think adjustments should be made. Location of product/seller should be apart of the listing. Along with 24 hrs to respond and 7 days to ship. I should not be contacting sellers myself to see when they'll be shipping a product I paid for. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, where I'm contacting sellers about a product after so many days passing.

The buyer listed the item inaccurately saying that the straps were detachable. I even sent an email to the buyer confirming whether the straps were detachable before they even shipped the bag out and they did not even respond. I sent a follow-up message to the buyer when I found out that the bag was shipped asking again if they were detachable and they responded saying no. Just wondering why they would ship out when they knew it was not. Thats the reason for my return along with the poor customer service.

Have been looking for the Mary Jane iconic Manolo Blahnik shoe for awhile. Knowing I would only wear them a few times a year I wanted to purchase a preowned pair. I signed up for an alert with tradsey and finally after 6 months the right size popped up!

You literally have to beg for your money- I sold my item on July 19 and still haven't received my money and today is August 29. I got a hold of a sales rep and she said they are running behind because of 4th of July- which is ODD! This isn't the first time I hade to ask for my money!

The item I purchased was nothing like described. It was dirty, ripped all over and stunk sooo bad. The best part was the customer service I experienced when returning the item. I sent them pictures and the next day they sent me a return label and refund. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing from Tradesy again!

Good first experience. The seller shipped fast and had great communication. The bag had a couple pen marks and discoloration (didn't see in pictures) but all in all a very nice bag and happy with the purchase.

Opened the account and it was suspended the same day. They have a fashion police user named Isaa snooping around making comments about the products and if you did not respond properly this Isaa person reports you and you are pretty much done. The bogus email reply that the company sends to verify this and that is just an excuse for the to sound politically diplomatic. They assume you are selling knockoff but cannot validate or prove it, but they will band you from selling on they platform without verification. All they needed to do is to ask me if I have a receipt for the item I listed (which I have), but nobody thought of it and this means that there are a bunch of clueless folks at this company that may need additional training...

I wish I had read reviews 1st. This site absolutely sold me a fake Furla bag! I returned it and now stuck with credit! Why would I want a credit! The bags are overpriced and the sellers use filters. Total scam!
