This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.
I purchased my first item - a Gucci Fanny pack- and couldn't be more satisfied. The item was in beautiful condition and shipping was fast! Thanks so much for making my first experience a positive one. I will buy from Tradesy again.

They feel real and look real but they did not come in the box and they had the paperwork for them that was never filled out and the insert which explained the materials used did not seem authentic. Also the paper and Gucci emblem they used on the insert was too thin to be authentic. But they look real so whatever

My shopping experience as well as the delivery of my item was handled very well. Great experience, however, the item I received was much smaller in person than the way it was perceived in the picture. Overall though, I am satisfied with my shopping experience and will shop with Tradesy again.

Terrible to deal with. Started on Ebay and Tradesy at the same time. Doing great on Ebay, quit Tradesy. Don't pay on time, return policy is ridiculous, don't update website on time. Yes, I sold on Tradesy. Not worth the hassle.

I like how all the purses were in detail about the overall wear and tear of them it shows honesty! I did receive my purse today it does have a slight odor to it and has a lot of stains on the inside that didn't show in the pics

The good filters made quick work of my choices, plenty of pictures of all sides of the dress, information on the dress was adequate, the ordering (with promo code) was quick and easy. I'm thrilled with the delivery date stated, I'm hoping that's true too!

The delivery was quick and the item was packed well. However, the necklace I ordered was advertised as "gold" but it's actually rose gold. This makes a big difference to me. The necklace is still very pretty but not as advertised. If I knew it was rose gold I would not have ordered it.

Tradesy takes a very high cut of your profit first of all, and if you have a sale it takes FOREVER to get your money. Its literally 30 days or more til you get whats left of your money. By the time you sell an item you could have pawned it for the same amount and had your money the same day. Dont recommend it. If they changed their policies to be more seller freindly it would be a good company but presently what highway robbery!

My experience went well until it was time to check out. I work with the military and live in another country and I have an APO address and I was not able to check out using my address. It is of great disappointment that some sites have not rectified this issue. I should not have to ship my items to my family just to have them send it to me. It places more cost on me & time.

Presently, to place an order on Tradesy you must have a US shipping address. So buyers purchasing from abroad do have to use a freight forwarder or sometimes they have it sent to a family or friend.
While this is currently our process for buying abroad, this feedback you provided will help us in every way. I will be sure to share it with our team in hopes that we'll be able to use these opportunities to grow in the right direction.

The first purse that I ordered was way too small, they readily sent me a return label to return that purse, so I could order another one. I was able to order another one and I am very satisfied with it,
I have been ordering from Tradesy for years because I trust the authenticity of their items,

I loved being able to find a high quality dress at a great price + it had everything I was looking for in a dress. Shopping on Tradesy saved me so much time from having to go from store to store to store.
I was nervous about buying clothing online, since I really need to see how it fits, but Tradesy's return policy gave me confidence that if I needed to return it, I could.
I found a dress that had everything I needed (color, covered my shoulders, below my knees, fit and flare/fit my shape, etc). I'm very happy!

I sold a brand new authentic Louis Vuitton Neverfull pochette that I had purchased on 7/29 with my Neverfull. I listed the pochette that same day and included pics from all views of the item as well as a picture of the receipt. The buyer's only complaint when she received the item was that I did not send her a receipt. I never said I would send a receipt or copy thereof. This is not a valid reason for return, but Tradesy let the buyer do so and get her money back even after I sent proof of condition with a video taken prior to me shipping the item. Tradesy could care less about sellers.

I got the item already but the package was opened. The package was signed by somebody else and left it at the front door. I think USPS made the wrong delivery but luckily that person brought it back to me.

Ordered and received with new tags that had been tampered, price removed. A different pattern than the original tradsey picture pattern on purse when received, the white canvas area on bag is clearly different and some imperfections on the canvas brown area, the dust bag seemed different

Tradesy is a peer to peer marketplace unlike a retail store, which means we have to have a strict return policy. When an item is delivered, you have the option to request a return for any reason within 4 days of the delivery date.
Since the item shows that the item was delivered on 12/19, we are, unfortunately, past the 4-day timeframe outlined in our return policy. While we understand the inconvenience - unfortunately, our options are very limited. That said, we do have an option to re-list your purchase and earn cash for the sale.

Last week i purchased a coach hand bag. After a couple of days waiting for their confirmation, i found they cancelled my order! Without any notice. I sent them email and they said sorry there was something wrong with it and we cancelled it. I asked them when my money returns, they reolied they have no idea! No reply no answer and still no money back. Do not trust this junk company they are lier lier. Never try to buy anything from this company and will do negative marketing for them ad much as i can.

I emailed to cancel item the later in the day. Never heard from seller until a day in a half later. I expressed I would like to cancel but buy that time they had shipped it. Never got email that they were getting ready to ship. Never got email that it had shipped. Had to contact Tradesy to find out what the status was. I was out of town when I package came it came early. I have bought a lot from Tradesy never had this problem. I will never deal with overseas buyer again. Thanks!

This particular seller does indeed ship from overseas, only because their inventory is of the highest quality and their prices are excellent.
