This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.
I need to double check the original listing pictures to make sure the item I received was from the listing. It came in poorer condition than I thought it was going to come in based on the pictures I remember. However, overall, I am happy.

I've been selling purses on Tradesy for a couple of years. Never had a problem being paid till now. I'm told now, I HAVE to wait 3 weeks, before I see my money. WHAT A RIP OFF. Buyers/SELLERS beware! I now want the interest they are making off the money they owe me. This company is definitely going down the tubes!

Found the Fendi shades I had been looking for for about a month. Other sites had them, but not the color I wanted, or not the price I was willing to pay. Tradesy had the color, and the price was reasonable. All new, authentication card included.

My fiancé ordered me a vintage Chanel necklace from tradesy and we received the package with a. Chanel box and no Chanel necklace. We disputed it with the seller and tradesy and they basically told me that we were out of luck and out $1200. I am completely disgusted at this company and will never order anything from them and urge all to never order anything from them. I highly recommend never purchasing anything from them or their sellers

I ordered a Chanel purse that I wanted to cancel, however, I couldn't cancel my order in time. My item was shipped out so I had to make a return. I read many reviews and was skeptical. So many people had trouble getting a full refund. I made my return and sent an email after I got site credit asking if I can have a full refund. Literally a few hours later, a representative emailed me back saying that she has sent a return appeal to one of the managers and they will get back to me in a few days. Two days later, a manager emailed me stating that as a "one time courtesy", they will give me a full refund. No trouble. No hassles. Just a great company. Maybe their system improved after all the negative reviews, but I am very happy and will purchase more in the future. It was pretty much my fault for not reading the policies first, but I'm glad that they were kind and considerate.

I bought what was supposed to be a used Tiffany bracelet, and instead received a brand new fake from China - it was awful.
I sent it back and Tradsey told me they were unable to detect that it was a bad fake, and would only give me a website credit!

I searched for booties and came across these sequined beauties... I placed the booties in my favorites and watched them for a few weeks. Once there was a sale, I placed my order and received them in a few days after paying. This was a seamless and easy buying experience and I know I paid less than retail.

When pkg. Arrived I was in the middle of family member in hospital for emergency surgery. Spent 6 days in ICU/then exposed to COVID. When I opened pkg. Discovered only 4 Days to make decision to return. Not nearly enough time! Basically left me no choice. Would have returned.

It deff takes too long to get to you once you've purchased. The last wallet I bought, took 10 days to get to me. I purchase a cosmetic pouch 4 days ago, and as of yesterday the seller had not even received the nipping kit from Tradesy. Too long to wait.

You have to research the site for the Right price for the item you would like to purchase. Also contacting the seller is helpful if the description isn't very clear. Most are willing to help to ensure you have a better understanding of the item.

I was in Paris recently and saw a Chanel bag that I love! It was very expensive, more than I was prepared to spend. I went on Tradesy and found a bag by Gucci that looked very much like the Chanel. I wrote and asked a few questions of the owner and she was very pleasant and answered to my satisfaction. The Gucci was 1/3 of the price of the Chanel. I bought it. It arrived today and was just as described. It is fine, but not the quality of the Chanel. And for 1/3 the price, I am very happy.

I paid for 3 items, the payment was made on Saturday and next day they cancelled my orders but the withdrawn the money from my credit card. When I asked them what happened they said that it is a fraud, they said that my bank cancelled my transaction. When my bank need my confirmation for a transaction they call or e-mail me, but this time I had no notification from the bank.
I wanted to confirm the payment to tradecy.com but they didn't want to listen to me. It seems they took my money and closed my account without any reason. I use this credit not only for online purchases but also for paying in stores.
How is it possible to wait 24 hours to withdraw the money from my account and then to cancel the items I paid for.
Who is that site Tradecy and what are they doing?

Ordered a beautiful Gucci bag I saw on Tradesy. The vendor quickly shipped my item that day. Received the item 6 days later from DHL express. I saw on the site that it was shipping from Florida, but according to DHL tracking, it was arriving from Tokyo. I was a bit confused. The bag looks authentic except for the zipper. It looks a bit too long for the bag and is warped.

I'm one of their best sellers and sold 110 items so far worth 35k, after all that had 2 cases of returns and tradesy just returns the item to the seller in a very funny and arrogant way. Their return team is horrible. They will find a minor reason not to keep the item but return it to the seller. It says free returns, buyer can return it if it's not represented correctly sellers would get paid if it was listed accurately! Not true! Even if your listing is super accurate they find reasons not to keep it in their wh but to return it to you.

The seller communicated very well and was waiting a week for her shipping kit to be delivered to send out my purchase. When I got my package yesterday I was HIGHLY disappointed in the shipping package. My luxury purse was not even in a box but put in an oversized envelope with nothing to protect it.

Bryce with Tradesy helped me to resolve an issue I had with a purchase I made in March, 2021. The vendor/supplier of the item(Louboutin shoes) could not provide the shoes represented on the Tradesy site. After some initial contact with the supplier, I chose to wait until she could find the shoes. I never received any messages unless I contacted the supplier to find out the status of the shipment. Bryce was so very helpful in reimbursing my charge and helping find another pair to purchase. He was a delight to work with and very professional. Great asset for Tradesy.
As mentioned, Bryce helped in finding out the status of an order made in March. In turn helped with the reimbursement of funds onto my credit card. He, in turn, also found many options for me to choose another pair of shoes. I purchased a new pair and it was sent promptly.
