This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Gently used but 'like new' Nieman Marcus "Chanel-like" quilted black and tan ballet flats, arrived promptly are a perfect fit, at a very affordable price. They instantly upgrade any outfit. Vendor was good and I look forward to wearing these shoes.

I just received my Tradesy purchase listed by "Foreign Objects." It took 2-1/2 weeks to arrive here in California, but good tracking kept any worries at bay and these vintage Monet gold earrings were well worth the wait. They arrived well-packaged in perfect condition. Exactly as described and pictured online, they are beautiful with perfect plating and no sign of wear. Pricing was extremely reasonable and shipping was free! They are a perfect match for a Monet necklace/bracelet I have, so I couldn't be happier! Excellent quality, competitive pricing, free shipping and successful delivery guarantee no hesitation on my part to order from them again.

Within a period of 3 weeks I ordered four Gucci bags, one bag arrived and was misrepresente, the other three bags were never shipped because they were faux. Tradesy needs to have a system whereby merchandise is authenticated before they're advertised, nobody here time to waste!

Tradesy offers straight deals, fare prices, smooth and fast transactions for buyers including excellent customer service and communication. However, it seems the cost to buyers has soared and these increases have not gone smoothly on the seller end: your customer base. Perhaps scaling the fee% related to sales price, even by setting several ranges, is really a good idea--consider the analogue of the minimum wage since Tradesy welcomes items of all prices; The increased volume should make up the increase in administrative costs. Just a thought.

Below is why I'm no longer able to purchase items from Tradesy. Looks like they did me a favor. If this is how they treat their costumers then they don't need my business. The seller misrepresents their product, I disputed and won. Thanks American Express for your support!
Buyers, make sure you take lots of pics. And notify your credit card company right away! Also notify Tradesy as soon as possible and send their items back to them asap. If not Tradesy will try and keep your money giving you site credit. Tradesy gets upset when your credit card company fights for your rights. (SEE BELOW)

Tradesy Folks, I do love shopping on this site. I love the layout (so clean and organized and simple to search for desired items) and I am hooked on the amazing "follow-up" process that happens I add an item to my favourites (Canadian spelling, so not an error) and then I get a message indicating that the price has been reduced. Sold! That said, international shipping is killing me. I can't count the number of items I have taken out of my bag once I discovered that shipping would cost half of the price of the item. As infrastructure continues to progress with the growth of your amazing company, there must be a solution in the mix somewhere. I have faith in your creative energy and your ability to risk-manage. Expanding to include more of us in a meaningful way may be something to keep on the radar for the near future.

I have contacted Tradesy several times to request my payment that in Tradesy's own words "was due on or before August 16". Every time I contact them asking for an explanation they say that my payment has been expedited... Well, that's a LIE!
I'm done with this company... they have treated me this on the past 4 items I've sold. I don't mind waiting a little bit for my payments, but I don't like being lied to. Tradey: Do not give out payment dates when they're WEEKS OFF! I would NOT recommend anyone selling with them. They also over-charge the buyers for shipping. Boarder-line scam!

I sold a $2400 Valentino bag I wore once, In perfect condition... My bag was returned to me 14 days later because the customer wanted to return the item. First of all this was supposed to be a final sale item. Second of all It came back destroyed! Marks all over the back... This girl wore and destroyed my bag! Worst experience of my life, left me in panic. I have had great experiences with Ebay and Poshmark... This site is a monster and will be sued for not protecting their seller! Allowing people to damage personal property! I Will be seeking legal action

You would not believe the rag I received that Tradesy swears is authentic Gucci. The photo looked good and I relied upon the authentic promise. What a farce! Kathy B. Assures me it is real yet the quality is not as good as Walmart pajamas. Stitches every which way, seams don't match up, extra fabric sticking out of the seams. She sent me numerous emails explaining the great lengths her Team goes through to authenticate the item. I literally laughed out loud. The thing is this seller is actually Tradesy for their own account under the name Strawberry Fields. This is 100% "fraud". Tradesy is directly selling counterfeit goods.

I purchased a nice coach handbag. Normally, I go to the store, but I attempted an on-line purchase. I have had Coach bags for years with quality that have looked as good as when I bought them. It had this bag for 6 months and the leather on the handles began shredding. It's clearly not good material or workmanship and hence a fake. I send 30 photos going back and forth with them for a month and they refused to provide a refund. If you want quality, go to the actual maker and not Tradesy! They should be pulled off the market for claiming an authenticity and not honoring guarantees.

The headline says it all. It's not worth it most of the time. Plus their search engines are so jammed up w improperly organized products so if you search for dresses you end up wading through sunglasses, ugly Kmart blouses in too small sizes, and hopelessly destroyed Louis Vuittons for still close to a grand instead of only dresses. My fingers hurt every time I shop here. Not worth the pain especially with price gouging.

They always back with the buyers even your items are authentic. Tradesy, You are making HIGH commission for us sellers, without us making sales, u are making Nothing! If u keep siding with buyers unreasonably, sooner or later no one will sell on your site!
You are charging selling fees AND withdrawing fee as well. The withdrawal credit was actually showing as a "return" credit, meaning Tradesy saves that withdrawl fee themselves, there ain't no withdrawl fee collecting from the bank, just their own profit!
Tradesy will be going out of business if more seller boycott this company.

I am very disappointed that Tradesy would allow counterfeits (not authentic) products to be sold on your site as authentic. I wish Tradesy would authenticate before the customer receives the product.
It is such a terrible feeling of "violation" when one spends over $2k on a product and find out you were cheated. I understand Tradesy will refund once its has been confirmed as counterfeit, but it is a hassle/inconvenience to ship back and go through this process to get refunded. Depending on how Tradesy resolves my issue, I may never shop nor recommend Tradesy to friends/family.

Do know that listings that don’t pass our rigorous authentication process are permanently removed from Tradesy.
Regardless, I can certainly understand your reason for concern, especially if the item is of high value. Do know that we have a zero-tolerance policy with inauthentic items to help keep our buyers protected, but I'll be sure to share your feedback with our management team here. Perhaps we can look into getting all listed items pre-authenticated in the near future.

The biggest drawback to the experience is the low quality and sometimes deceiving pictures sellers provide and being unable to discern the actual condition of the product. Then you are stuck with an item which the seller has repeatedly said is in excellent condition and it's actually damaged/worn out. Then you have to go through the return process and it can all be pretty inconvenient.
Good variety of products at affordable prices.

People don't respond on time or at all and it's very frustrating. My debit card kept getting declined even though the site allows both debit and credit. I ended up using a credit card even though I didn't want to use it.

My item took 7 days to ship not due to the sellers fault but due to Tradesy's own issue sending the shipping package. Once shipped, I received my item quickly. However they were in much worse condition than was shown in the listing photos. Not sure I will be shopping on Tradesy again.

The worst experience as a professional seller I've ever had. Allowed buyer to return damaged shoes claiming I shipped them that way- a lie. Holds funds up to 21 days claiming it's in the system and they can't do anything. Then the excuse they've released them and blame my bank. I sold 25,000 on this site prior to their changes with no problems but now it's a total nightmare snd you can't trust them.
