This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I have been shopping on Tradesy for over a year now and have always had an excellent experience. You are notified when the item has been shipped and when to expect it. I have never used the return policy but I feel comfortable knowing I can return anything if it didn't meet my expectations for store credit.

I loved a dress for my daughter in law on your site and then forgot about it! When the price dropped, I got an email notice about the reduced price. I just scored a new-with-tags Rag and Bone dress for her that will be a fun birthday gift AND make me look like a trendy old gal.

This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.

I attempted to file a misrepresentation claim twice and you're requiring pictures as if pictures would prove the item isn't authentic. If pictures were evidence on authenticity or inauthenticity, then I would have known from seller's pictures that the item isn't real. There is also no way to contact anybody at Tradesy. The whole experience is bull$#*!.

The dress that I ordered was just as described. However, the item was not shipped until 8 days after the order was confirmed. The shipping updates were confusing and didn't correspond to the actual delivery date and location (parcel box vs doorstep). As a result the dress was left outside in the rain, with no waterproof packaging.

So difficult to sell through this company and they hold on to YOUR money way to long. Customer service is a joke and it's scary these people authenticate designer bags with very limited knowledge. If you do have an issue they just give you the run around until you throw up your hands and give up. I wish they were monitored more because they need it... come on BBB you have plenty of complaints!

Shoes arrived DAYS earlier than expected! Shoes are in perfect condition and fit like a glove! I could not find these shoes on retail websites that typically would and was anxious about ordering through a website I was not familiar with. Must say it was worth the gamble! Extremely pleased with how the shoes look and feel; no scuffs & all the original stickers are still attached. Thank you so much for helping me find my favorite shoes for the summer!

The minute I saw this, knew I was going to make it mine. Seller had just reduced the price which was fair, so I didn't even quibble, plus promptly answered my questions as well. It also went through an authentication process by Tradesy, though I knew the item was the real deal.
Unique item and price was good. Tradesy offered an additional promo of 50 bucks off, too.
Years ago I wanted a similar style and design, but it was always gone on the secondary markets. Definitely like this one better, so it all worked out in the end.

Tradesy holds funds for up to 21 days (you have no idea in that time frame when your funds will be released). Then another SEVEN BUSINESS days for them to transfer to your acct. So you are out your items, with no idea if or when you will get paid for them... a MONTH. No breaks for reliable long term sellers, you're still treated like nothing. When they make a mistake, no one takes responsibility there either way... always buyer or sellers fault. 20 minutes on hold to reach someone by phone... which is only open 4 hours a day California time.
Items are beautiful and prices are very good... for buyers. Just beware if you are a seller.

They obviously have cash flow problems or are holding on for the interest.

I don't buy from this site because I find them obnoxious to sellers. There commission is 20% and 20% on postage. If a buyer want to overnight something, Tradesy takes 20% of the aready expensive cost. Then after the package is delivered they take up to 3 weeks to make funds available and another week to get it into your account. There in the business of earning interest off your money.

I received the incorrect item, but the seller was very apologetic during the entire process and wants to make sure I get the item I actually purchased. Tradesy has also been extremely helpful with regards to helping me send back the incorrect item, with no issues, and getting the correct item repurchased and sent to me. Definitely would order again, from the seller and Tradesy. Mistakes do happen, but I am grateful that everyone is working together to correct this.
Heard good things about Tradesy, plus I did my research.
I had been looking for this particular item and it was hard to find. When the item is available, it gets sold quickly. I was extremely happy that I was able to purchase it.

I have sold and purchased on shop-hers. During both processes, it was a very smooth process and customer service promptly answered all questions I had. However, the second I tried to make a return, it was the complete opposite. I couldn't get a peep out of customer service. I sent several emails inquiring about my return that went unanswered for days. I'd have to catch them on the live chat just to get a response. This is an issue because they have a very strict and time sensitive return process. When I complained to them about my experience, it went unacknowledged. No one reached out to apologize for my experience or provide any type of explanation. Bottom line sell if you want, but only buy if you plan on not returning.

So recently I sold couple items. On one of them I already had my funds released And a day after I received an email stating that it is not authentic. How can that be? It was bought from nodstrom. I sold over 200 items and never had a problem. They are very incompetent and takes high fees. The other bag stated that it was more worn. This is frustrating. Dont want to sell on this site anymore! Negative!

The Tradesy team have been helpful with the transacations. When I didn't receive my second order, I contacted them and Abner eased my mind about it all. I felt like he had my back. Though, one of two of my transactions did not go well. It's yet to be resolved.

Up to this point, I liked the site a lot... but when I tried to sell more of my high -end items and I proved they were authentic... Tradesy shut my account down. I understand they don't want fake items sold (neither do I, its a shame people do it) but! I provided everything necessary to prove my handbags were authentic and they still cancelled my account!
Don't buy from here or sell... very frustrated!

Their fees are the highest of any selling site (making it bad for both sellers and buyers). Their excuse for the high fees is that they take your returns back. Lies their team will say "can not determine fair market value" for everything and return it back to you. You can not talk to the returns team on the phone and they cant even how they determine "fair market value" via email. They give buyers 10 days to return items for any reason and sellers end up waiting AT LEAST A MONTH for payment and will be charged a 3% fee to cash out instead of just using it as store credit. This site use to be great. It is horrible and hey have to respect for the people that helped the company grow. SAY AWAY!

I am selling on Tradesy for some time and like it very much! Buyers and sellers can find a lot of great items at good prices which is an advantage of this buying place. You can also be sure that items are authentic and that you don't need to worry about it as Tradesy requires for items to be only authentic and this is the pride of Tradesy.
From my experience I know that Tradesy will always help me all the way through buying process and for sellers help you to sell. I like the friendly environment which Tradesy created so buyers and sellers can communicate and buy and sell different items from their closet!

I sell on two sites and and very successful on one. Tradesy, over 90 sales of Chanel and other high end designers. As for SHOP HERS, in the last 8 months, only one item. Their customer service is so awful and when my only item sold (Chanel wallet) they gave many excuses why there was a "hold up" in my payout. Now I've had two sales on Shop Hers, in June and yesterday but the were cancelled and the person writing to notify me is not only illiterate but rude. He signs his name Timothy Jun. He said they were cancelled due to fraud. Tradesy verifies transactions before they even notify you that your item sold, but Shop Hers is saying they don't. And when fraudulent buyers are detected, Tradesy deletes their accts. I checked today and both buyers with supposed "fraudulent credit cards" on Shop Hers, have accounts (closets) still open and active. There is something very seedy about Shop Hers. I think they have some very unethical business going on.

Picked up package from the post office and the packaging was torn. There is some kind of liquid all over the bag. What I paid I would have thought the packaging could have at least been in a box. Horrible.

Not only is the bag not in good shape but it came to me with an international post label from Dubai (via Express worldwide). Had I knowned its origin I would have never bought this bag, please advise as to your decision as soon as possible.
