This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Purchased two pairs of booties from different sellers. First pair arrived, I was very excited... too bad they were not the size that the seller posted. Second pair still hasn't arrived and haven't heard from seller if they shipped yet. Not cool.

My red iridescent patent Christian Louboutin pumps with red lining are stunning! They are brand new with Neiman Marcus tag on sole, shoe bags and perfect box. They aren't available anywhere until May 2022, and I got mine fast with a bit of savings!

Delivery driver did not place the package at the proper entrance. Instead, the driver placed it out in the open on public steps where any passerby could easily take the package. If you walk 10 feet farther, you will see a more secluded entrance with a call box, where all other delivery drivers place packages.

Very difficult to use the site due to its size and lack of specific areas that I can visit to find what I am looking for. Takes so much time that I do not access it very often.
The product looks great.
A friend told me that it is where I could find the purse that I was looking for. The last time I accessed it, the purses that I was interested were already sold out.

I'm happy with my purchase. However, the item arrived 3 days (8/8) beyond the delivery window stated at the time of purchase (8/1-8/5). I received a notification that the item was being shipped on 8/5 when the item should've been already delivered.

I never heard of Tradesy before, but when I searched on-line for a replacement for a favorite sweater (eaten by my washer), they popped up with just what I was looking for. The transaction went smoothly and product was just as described.

I placed an order for a pair of earrings which was supposed to be an urgent gift. As I tried to track the shipment, I did notice that the tracking number was not working. However, they promised in writing a delivery date time frame. On the last day of the delivery period, my order had not been shipped. When I contacted Tradesy, they responded that it was the seller's fault. They wanted me to contact the seller to find out why I had not received my order. Then they said they would have refunded my money after 10 days although it had already been over 10 days. I still have not received my refund nor my order. This website does not seem honest. I will never order from them again also because now I have a gift problem to work out which I have very little time to do and which I thought was taken care of.

3662marina (seller) failed to mention that the left shoe has a prominent mark embedded in the toe area of the shoe. The mark is permanent and can not be removed. For the price paid, I expected a better product. When I informed her of this issue she claimed she had no idea. Her claim did not seem genuine as there is no way she could not package the shoe without seeing the mark. She also seemed very nonchalant regarding my disappointment. I am upset because I ordered these shoes for my wedding anniversary and because of the short return window policy, there is nothing I can do to receive satisfaction from this purchase. I'm not sure if 3662marina is a seller with integrity, after this experience, her character seems questionable.

I picked up my package from the post office today and opened the box and this bag does not look real. The dust bag feels low quality and the bag is very lightweight and does not smell like leather. There also was no tag with this bag. I have bought gucci before and their dust bags look different and the bags smell and feel like top quality.

Second purchase on Tradesy, first purchase with eLady. Would've given 5 stars but... The listing gave no indication that the bag was being shipped from over seas. Normally not an issue but I was ordering as a gift and didn't realize until it was too late that the delivery would take awhile.
All in all, another great experience with Tradesy and I'll be ordering from eLady again.

Bag arrived in a timely manor and well packaged. Only downside was it did arrive with a very musty smell that wasn't mentioned in the listing. It will take some work, but hopefully I can get rid of the smell.

When it comes to all orders placed on Tradesy the seller has 10 days to ship the item out unless they approve a cancellation. Once an item is already shipped and the tracking is updated we are unable to cancel as well, the only option once delivered would be to initiate an return request.

They do need to keep yup with the sellers. They tend to confirm payment but ship out the product when they feel like it. It couple of times not at all. Then you may be stuck with a credit. Still trying to figure out if this is all a scam.

Purchased two Coach bags and a wallet from three different sellers. Had all three in barely a week and all were exactly as represented. Each was carefully wrapped to protect from damage and one of them had a little thank you note enclosed. However the thing that has sold me most of all is that they have a customer service rep who is working this site to send a message to all of the disgruntled customers and trying to help them. I don't have a problem with errors but when the company goes out of their way to fix them I am impressed. That is the sign of a good company! Will continue to buy from this company as long as they continue to take care of their customers!

I was sold an item that was not authentic they did give me my money back but they never apologized and the person that sold me the purse is still selling their stuff on this site they were not penalized or anything and it was so obvious from the minute I saw the purse it was not real. I would never buy anything from this company again what a hassle!

I have been a seller on this site for a couple years and am very disappointed in the way this company is run. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to receive your profit after the buyer receives the item (weeks). They also allow a buyer to return items up to a couple weeks which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this site to anyone (buyers or sellers).

When I received my items, they were exactly as it appeared in the pictures and the quality of items were authentic with new tags. The sellers sent items within the time frame they said that I would receive. Packages were packed very professional. I have purchased a handful of items Hermes belts, LV bags and Valentino. I had to return a couple of items for store credit and so far that has worked out well. I am curious if the site credit is good for life especially now that there has been a merger but other than that, I am very pleased.

I bought a purse on Tradesy. The description said nothing about the zipper being hard to zip/close. I had 5 of my colleagues try to zip the $285 designer bag I bought. Although everyone was able to zip it up, it was not easy. None of them could believe how difficult it was. For that price, I would expect it to work without a problem. Tradesy wouldn't give me a full refund, only a tradesy refund. I am nervous about getting something else from Tradesy but have no choice because I can't get my money back.

Sold on Tradesy when they were start up. They were great! Then owner goes on the Today Show and ups everything and the greed sets in!. Went from 9% commission to them to 19.8%! They charge to "securely" transfer YOUR seller funds to Paypal. Are you kidding me? Another 2.9%. They are a rip-off!. It used to be after 4 days from when buyer received they would release funds. NOW it's 21 DAYS! I just filed with BBB; I sold bag on 7/16; buyer received on 7/19; Tradesy made funds available on 7/30; I opted to transfer to paypal. STILL not in paypal and it's 8/7! Was told today by Tradesy that even after you release funds to Paypal they can take "up to another 7 days" to release it to Paypal. Then it will be additional days til I actually get the funds. Basically Tradesy holds the funds for 3-4 weeks, earning interest in their business account, and then gives to the seller. Asked for supervisor - was told they will call me within 24-48 hours. Joke.

Found the exact size and color that i was looking for.
They were not refundable but last year I bought the same bootie in the size in a different color that fit me perfectly.
