This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I bought these for my wedding in two weeks. I am grateful for how quickly they shipped but I am disappointed with how much work I am going to have to put into cleaning the top parts off (there are parts that are turning orange at the toe... seems gross but for sure seems like something that should have been disclosed by tradesy.com).

I enjoyed the shopping overall, the only reason why I gave the rating of a 4 instead of a 5, is because the authenticity tag was cut off of the scarf. That is a big reassurance when purchasing second hand, it puts the buyer at ease. I didn't obviously realize this before buying. I would've given the transaction a 5 star if the tag was still there. The buyer did a great job with packing, and they were a quick shipper which I truly appreciate!

I purchased a pair of designer pants that were clearly used, cleaned, and pressed to sell. They looked like they were literally from the 80's, yet the photo that was advertised was of a sleek designer pant. In any event, I returned the item and the seller personally emailed me and said, "SHAME ON YOU..."

I was a little hesitant about making the purchase online but I received my shipment today and was very pleased with everything. The seller even included a nice little hand written note in the box. My only issue was with the delivery time, it was obviously outside of the control of the seller, but I would not recommend shipping with FedEx their customer service was terrible. Regardless, the overall shopping experience was great and I do believe that i will be shopping with the site again.

Since I bought my Fendi clutch on Shop-Hers, I've purchased a few more things. A beautiful pair of heels for my 16 year old and my 18 year old's prom dress. We live on the westside, and my daughter and I actually went into the headquarters to pick up the Giorgio Armani gown that we bought for prom. They let her try on the dress, which fit perfectly, and the ladies in the office were so sweet. They stopped everything to make my daughter feel like the belle of the ball! They oohed and ached, offered suggestions for shoes and a clutch. The dress was a steal, absolutely what the photos looked like, and I don't think any other girls at her prom will be wearing Armani.
All in all, it was another great experience with Shop-Hers!

I want to let future potential customers know that the sunglasses I bought from their vendor SunOptic are fake. Good fakes but still fake (I compared them side by side at Nordstrom). I should have know better but believed Tradesy's claim that merchandise is authentic. Shame on me. Buyer beware.

I purchased the most gorgeous Stuart Weitzman's every. The looked brand new and I paid about 1/2 the price I would have had I paid for them in a store. Great shoes, accurate depictions, and my seller got them to me in just a couple of days. I highly recommend this website!

This was so fast and easy to present my wife with something beautiful. I have not seen the purse in person but hopefully my wife enjoys it. As diamonds come from seemingly uneventful carbon, I hope this is a purse that wife enjoys and sees as valuable.
Purses that are authentic but slightly used; it’s a nice upgrade to thrifting.

On Tradesy I found a pair of ballet flats, used, in the style I wanted that I couldn't find new. Their condition is as described--as good as new. They cost about half what the brand charges. They were packed carefully with a sweet note and shipping was fast. Thank you seller and Tradesy!

Ordering was easy. But the ring I received was totally different than what I ordered. It was not a misrepresentation. Clearly there was an error in the fulfillment/sending of the correct ring.
So far I have contacted *******@tradesy.com requesting a refund and instructions on returning this item.
I received a quick generic reply and was told they will contact me with further information on my return request. So far, so good.
I liked this ring.

Used Tradesy for the first time a few days ago... what a stupid idea that was. Received the item I ordered today-not what I expected! I will definitely be returning this item & NOT returning to this site & it gets better read they only offer a website credit? Yeah, NO THANKS! The website is very easy to navigate. My experience was very positive. Photographs of product clean and well represented. Purchase was easy, questions addressed immediately. Sellers provided updates and answered questions in a timely manner.
I was offered a $25 new customer discount but it did not appear at time of check. The reason being that I made the transaction from a different computer than the one I did my search from. Once I called and explained the situation, I was given a credit towards my next purchase.
I was looking for the same Ferragamo shoes I already own in gold suede, in the burgundy suede. I was happy to find them on your website in my size.

Bad news! I ordered a john hardy bracelet advertised as a 8"bracelet. When I received it was 8" bracelet! Received return label from Tradesy and sent back asking for return to be out on my Visa card! They gave me a credit online and advised me that the bracelet was represented correctly! NOT! I have been trying now for 3weeks to get resolved and no response.

Finding an item that has great value for the asking price can be very challenging. The asking price for most bags, in relation to their obvious used, wear and tear condition is on the ludicrous side, for sure. Found 1 great bag for a decent price, but 2 others weren't so great. Think twice and pay close attention to all pics!

Do not buy from this site. They sell fake items and when you confront them, they never get back to you. This was my first purchase and I would warn anyone who wants to buy at Tradesy at your own risk. Also, do not buy from the seller "Monaco"! He sells fake stuff and does not communicate with you, so basically your money goes to toilet! And all you get is a fake bag! It may be easy to shop but these people do not care about you or your money! They just want to scam people with fake products! They have horrible customer service. Have never seen a worse customer service like this and will never buy from Tradesy!

Was excited to find a jacket I had been looking for for a long time, but the packaging was delivered opened! The seller did not take the time to package it correctly. And it smelled so disgusting! It stinks of nasty cigarettes! And there was used tissue in both pockets. When the seller had said it was never worn! Liar! This seller should not be able to sell on this website anymore! You cannot say clothing is brand new, when it stinks of nasty cigarettes! Awful experience through trades! Will never use your website again!

I wish that tradesy was the company that it claims to be, but I love consignment shopping. The service is the WORST. I have been in line to chat with someone for over and hour, and I am still number 7. I tried to send and email, but when I click send there isn't a message confirming that it was sent. The website advertises a phone number, but if you click on it, it directs you to email and chat! I have had 7 purchases with them and two have been terrible, one item never even arrived!
Bottom line - it's a gamble every time you shop there

Instead of having every color of the same model of anything, it would better serve the consumer if the model were listed with the color options all in one choice. I only found this bag because I kept scrolling through and found that it came in other colors. NOT the best user friendly organization.
