This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Not only did the dress I buy arrive at my place not as it was advertised by the seller (it both had a stain on it and was not the size she said it was - she advertised it as a size 12, it came with size 9/10 on its tags) but sales to Canada are final - no exchanges or returns or refunds. So I wasted my money on a dress I can't wear. If I can save the population of Canada from wasting their time and effort, the moment writing this review is worth it.

I purchased lightly used purses today for the price of 1 new. I also receive 2 of the 3 sellers remarks right off the bat. This shows me that most of the sellers are ready to make the transactions quickly and smoothly. I am looking forward to being AMAZED.

I love Tradesy. One thing I don't understand is why it won't accept PayPal Credit and only PayPal instead? Maybe that's what this "Affirm" thing is. Other than that it was seamless, and communicating with the seller made it even better!

After placing my order I was given a delivery date estimate (2/28 - 3/4). On Monday, 3/7, I emailed the seller asking if they intended on fulfilling the order. They responded they would send it out that day (3/7). Makes me wonder if I didn't email them if they would have sent the item.
Just plain poor service from the seller.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The backpack I order arrived a week later. It came in a special dust bag and had paperwork about the authenticity. I was hoping to sign for it but it was left on my door.

I have been wanting a Michele watch for about 10 years. I considered them out of my price range. I was honestly just window shopping when I saw one on sale that I loved. I thought about it for a few days and when I returned it was still there! I had to buy it. Very satisfied with my purchase.
This is my second purchase from Tradesy. I feel comfortable purchasing from them because they guarantee authenticity. I can also return anything I don’t like for a store credit. Also the fact that I can purchase with Affirm is awesome.

The product I ordered arrived quickly and well-packaged, as well as in perfect condition as described in the listing. I love that Tradesy is transparent with their policies regarding authenticity and make sure to prioritize the customer experience when conducting business.
I had found the item at a consignment shop for less than retail value but more than I wanted to spend, and Tradesy had a significantly better deal for the bag in the best possible condition.
I ended up really liking the item when I saw it in person and decided I had to have it, especially for the price!

I own a profitable luxury designer bag reselling business and have been a seller on Shop Hers for about 7 months. I have had such a great experience. The app and website are very easy to use and upload your items. Items practically sell themselves. Super easy process! Ship your items to shop hers, they authenticate for the buyer, then ship. Makes my life easy, they handle any issues the customer has, which saves me time.

The handbag I purchased was listed as new with tags. When I opened the box after I received it in the mail, the tag fell off and onto the floor because it was not attached and I noticed the handbag had rust on a metal emblem. This was very obvious. When I reached out to the seller about this, they messaged back "It was brand new"
Won't be buying from this site anymore.
Customer service didn’t play any games and sent me a fedex label to send back the product and gave me a refund.
I chose trades because it seemed they take pride in not selling fakes. Sellers like this should be deactivated and banned.
I chose the product because it looked beautiful from the photos used to in the original listing. It was false advertising.

My husband and I have had credit issues in the past were ill advised to file chapter 13- 10 years ago having no credit card debt; we still have no credit card debt. We now have creditors who were covered in our bankruptcy turning up new again. No one cares, or cares to give us a chance to see if I would pay off a purse... my husband is a 22year active duty Army Veteran, and I own my own business. It's absolutely absurd.

Customer service was bad, the inspect team of shop-hers not doing their job seriously! They didn't inspect the stuff seriously as the seller described! Once shop- hers sent the bag or shoe to you and you found out not as described, they don't care, they just want you return it back then they can charge you 10% restocking fee or they will tell you selling the item at their site again, then they can earn the 18% transaction fee again. Be careful, someone call Blair who is working in the shop-hers customer service. Whatever you try to telling her the issue of the seller's Bag or shoes not as described, she doesn't care and try to hang up your phone. So what I think is shop-hers customer service is a meanlingless dept. unless you place order with them that they can providing you good service.

I spent some time shopping on this site. It's supposed to be used items? I like to shop for Vera Bradley bags and can get great deals on other sites. My last bag cost me $12.00. I couldn't find anything under $35.00 and that was for a small bag. Maybe I don't get it, but it's just not my kind of consignment shop. I'm not willing to risk that kind of money on something already used.

I purchased something on Tradesy and it was not authentic. I took it to Neiman Marcus to authentic and they laughed at me. I gave it a second chance and same thing happened. Not authentic! This happened with Tory Burch, Gucci and Valentino. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Tradesy. Plus they are rude and it is a major hassle to get your money back as they only give store credit. Ebay is the way to go. You are protected 100% and hassle free returns always! I've always gotten authentic products from Ebay!

I purchased a LV All In Mm from seller but when it arrived, it was a PM size. The seller clearly had the dimensions mixed up and even had pictures of the date stamp posted that didn't match up to the bag that I had received. When in doubt, send it back and so I filed a misrepresentation claim. I let Tradesy do the job to verify and to authenticate that I was right and seller had misrepresented the item. They gave me a refund right away and reassured me that things like this happen on a very rare occasion and was apologetic. Never got an explanation or apology from the seller, however though.

I ordered hand bag for my wife. Received item on August 28. My wife did not like the style, so I emailed them to see how to return ( I would have called but no phone number provided by website), I never received a response. I had to leave country shortly thereafter no returned September 6. I inquired gain on how to return and their response was they had a 4 day window to return items no my time was up. I complained but they basically told me too bad I didnt return timely.
This company is a scam, bad customer service, get their money, and screw you. $640.00 I am out with a product my wife has no desire to keep or us. Bad, bad service.

This is not the dress that I ordered. I ordered a Nicole Miller silk dress that has a sewn in label size 2. The photo in the seller's description looks like a satin type silk. The dress I received is a Nicole Miller that has a sewn in label size 0, and is a made of a thick taffeta like fabric with tool lining. The dress is nothing like the photos in the seller's description. I contacted the seller, and she insists it's the correct dress.

We all dream to own expensive things we can't afford. Just keep on dreaming. Don't allow yourself to even try this site. It's not worth your time and money. Beautiful pictures, pricey shipping fees, deceptive discriptions of items and 4 days to return! You can re-sell items you don't like if you go over the 4 days?., and what continue the deception? It's all bad.

I was searching high and low for this particular Prada boot in my size and almost all the other sites were sold out or had crazy duty & shipping fees. Tradesy saved the day. Not only did they have my size, but had they had a promotion, which saved me money. The shipping experience & communication was amazing. I'm now wearing boots, which I love!
