This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
It was my first purchase with/through Tradesy. I went there in search for a very particular item, so I took a chance and used its search engine, and to my surprise there were quite a few to choose from. And it was delivered within 3-4 days. It was exactly as described and was well packaged. Im so happy with this bag that Im writing this review, something that I very rarely take the time to do. Seriously, Im hooked.

Not the sort to buy pre-owned clothing but was desperate to match evening pants and couldn't find a cropped top that worked. Took a chance and while it was over-long to ship, worth the wait! Perfect as hoped & in great condition.

One of my best friends swears by this website, and because she is always fabulous, I had to check it out for myself. And I have! So not only do I have the app on my phone, and I am checking it constantly for items from my favorite designers, the customer service is great as well as the sellers. I look forward to working with them over and over. Also, there are ALOT of new items on this site. Some are gently and not so gently used, but it seems to be more new items on here, which I appreciate greatly. Also, I was in receipt of my order in under a week.

BUYER BEWARE... I purchased 5 pairs of shoes from Tradesy and I of them! The first pair which are Calvin Klein has this sticky substance all over the inside of both shoes and I'm afraid to stick my feet in them ever again. The next three pairs are so scuffed up that they are not wearable. The last pair is a pair of boots... they are the worst! I tried the boot on and when I removed my foot it was covered with the black lining of the boot. So, they can not be worn!

I ordered a bag last week then happened to see the same bag in a store... was not as impressed as I thought I'd be, so I canceled the order before it shipped. Tradesy told me to contact the seller directly, so I did. The seller said she'd cancel and I should contact Tradesy for my refund (I had already been charged). I waited a few days then contacted Tradesy for my refund as instructed, and they told me the sale had not been canceled and I would need to contact the seller. I am not a ping pong ball and would love if Tradesy and their sellers could get on the same page. Until that happens, I'm out a couple hundred dollars. The business model doesn't seem to work... too many cooks in the kitchen and this customer is incredibly frustrated.

Purchased a lv recently. Although the seller showed pic of the bag it was not in the condition as the seller said. The lining of the bag was more than a little tattered
My poor husband feeling sorry for me removed the lining thinking he would get it redone. Horrible idea now I'm stuck with it. I don't trust this site.

Just got my LV luggage. It is beautiful. I am ready to travel! The USPS notice says it was signed for by me. But I did not sign anything and the box was left outside the frontdoor. I'm glad it was not stolen.

Product was exact to the picture. The way it was shipped was terrible. The shoes was just placed in a plastic shipping bag with no bubble insert/ lining or anything to keep the shoes from scuffing each other. They are Dior so packaging should have been dust covers "generic" and in a box so not to be damaged. Fast turnaround on shipping though!

I have another pair of Louboutin shoes that are size 39 1/2 and they fit comfortably - this pair does not fit. I realize that this is not the seller's fault, but I have to return them.
They arrived in a Priority mail box - each shoes stuffed in a Priority mail envelope - no shoe box, no tissue paper, no dust bag. Disappointed at this price point that this was not packaged better.
I have purchased through them before.

I like it easy to navigate and the selling process and communication with buyer were great, until I realized it takes 21 days for cash out and I can't believe others company can instantly transfer but their policy for 7+ days and which is very unfair, we seller sold at lower price and pay them 20% commissions, they hold our fund for 7+ days

I've sell and now bought through Tradesy. First of all I like it's clean platform, not confusing super easy to find what you're looking for, I love the fact you can message the other person. My only concern is about this "authentication" through the platform.
Others sites do their authenticity before even sending it to the costumer which it makes you feel even better. Is just peace of mind and is always better to be inspected before sending it to the costumer just in case the item is not as described or for scams.

After searching through all the packaging we found the other half of the item we initially thought was missing. I got what I paid for, and am very happy with the purchase. When I received the Spanx leggings they were not washed and I was very surprised as she had not worn any underwear when she wore them and it showed. Very gross
As far as the Christian Louboutin's It was complicated as for days she said I had not purchased them. Only to hear back from her that it was me that made the purchase. This delayed my delivery

I bought a Michael Kors bag for a reasonable price and love it! I also bought a lesser known designer bag that was a bit more soiled than indicated; however, I can see that with a little clean-up, it is a lovely bag. Overall, I was impressed with the communication, the speed at which I received the bags, etc. I will definitely buy from the site again; in fact, I'm heading there right after I finish this!

I have been selling on Tradesy about 9 months with over 50 smooth, flawless sales. I am so sorry for the buyers that have had a negative experience from Tradesy and some of the sellers. I love the way they give discounts on purchases from time to time without having the seller having to take the discounted price.

I buy and sell on Tradesy. Twice my merchandise was purchased before a holiday, twice the purchase was returned after the holiday. Meaning my items were worn and returned. My purchase experience has been better. Only recently have I encountered non-authentic merchandise. And once an item wasn't as described and I have purchased several items so that's not so bad. I really don't know if I will continue to sell on Tradesy do to my poor experience as a seller but hopefully things will change. Maybe a days turn around on purchased then returned items is feasible instead allowing days before return of an item.
The customer service agent was knowledgeable which helped to clear up some questions I had regarding my sell and purchase.
I like Tradesy’s various options of merchandise for purchasing.
There were several items purchased but overall the items were needed to match items that I already had.

Couldnt be happier. After ordering a different dress from another website that arrived as a nightmare. I was on the search and on a budget.
