This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I was sold a fake Wallet I should of known then not to shop with this company. I stupidly purchased a second item. I had a death in my family and had to leave the country when I returned I opened the item only to find out it couldn't fit me. The company only gives you 4 days to submit the return I return on day number 5 and I call to see if as a courtesy they would grant me a A return because of the circumstances that was way beyond my control and seeing the fact that I still continue to shop here even though I was sold a fake item you would think the would care. But the answer was no because I was one day late. So now not only did I lose my money I'm now stuck with an item that cannot fit me. Such horrible customer service!. I will no longer be shopping with this company.

Received a different item and now I have to go to fedex to print a label and return the glasses
Tradesy only gave me 5 days to return the item so I can get my money back. Its frustrating because I have a busy schedule and its impossible for me to go to fedex this week.
Seller wasn't helpful until I opened a claim. She told me she recorded a video of her packing and I was lying to keep the glasses for free.

Seller was quick with responses and shipping including a nice note too! However, I was told the sandal ran true to size but in fact, it runs small. I'm a true size 9 in US and usually a 40 in European sizing but trusted sellers recommendation and bought the 9. It is definitely small.

As usual, I had a good experience with Tradesy. There was one hiccup from USPS once the item arrived in the US, but that is not surprising given they are so unpredictable and unfortunately unreliable. Setting that aside, I am very happy with my purchase, item is as described, shipping was fast, even from Japan, extremely pleased.

I was very disappointed that it took more than 2 weeks for my purchase to arrive at my home. The same senario happen a few months ago when I left for vacation after waiting for a purchase more than 2 weeks. Tradesy held me responsible for not being home to accept the package therefore the purchase was returned and instead of me getting a refund tradesy settled by giving me site credit which I totally disagreed to.

They hold your funds 20 days after the sale and blame it on a computer when they were able to over ride the computer and release your money to your account. Now they have 3-4 work days and mainly work iphones and answer email. We need a full service company that we can speak to actual people and not wait 48 hours for a call back when you have an issue!
Try other consignment shop that offer one on one help!

I was able to find the bag I wanted and in less than a week it was delivered to me! The seller was quick to respond and within minutes I made my purchase. I believe it shipped out the following day and was delivered in the shortest amount of time quoted.
I liked the first time promo code that was offered as well as the use of Affirm.
I chose the bag based on the price for a brand new, pristine unused bag which was about $200 less than retail.

I have to file a complaint with my state attorney general's office and the FTC because Tradesy in their infinite stupidity helped a dishonest buyer rip me off. I sold a designer bag, and the crooked customer pulled a switch and returned an identical bag with defects to Tradesy, who then notified me that they had to return the bag to me because they could not decide on a fair price since it was defective. The bag I sold was not defective and the bag they returned to me was clearly not the same bag I had photos of on Tradesy. Tradesy is now ripping off longtime sellers to help criminal buyers, so do not sell or buy anything from Tradesy, unless of course you are a crook.

Tradesy has more than doubled their fees since I originally posted items on their site. 9% vs 20%, in addition to requiring that shipping be included in the price, and their practice of constantly insisting that you lower the price is simply unfair. I've made as little as 60 cents on a like new item that originally sold for $20. List it at $10, and they begin the process of attempting to lower the price, but they never lower their fees. Something's wrong. If sellers stop posting, they have nothing. Even on more expensive items, 20% plus shipping costs quickly reduces profit for the seller. If I sell a $10 item, they collect $2, the lowest possible shipping price on the smallest of items is $3.50, so I earn $4.50 for the item for which I paid $20+. And they inist upon insurance, and dded $2. I intend to close my account. They are the only winners since they more often than not end up with more than the seller or buyer get for the transaction.

Bag looked fine on pictures received bag it was a big hole in the back of bag. Seller stated that pictures show hole I email seller pictures that were shown on site. Seller inform me that pictures had be changed, Bag was also the wrong color and the exchange policy is a joke. Very unhappy

I was totally unaware that the site was exclusively for woman. There was no indication of this and that the item was for women. I used my search engine to google a specific exotic men's shoe and the shoe populated on the website of Tradesy. I had never heard of Tradesy previously. The description of the shoe did not indicate a woman's shoe so by all account I thought it was a man's shoe size 8. Unfortunately, I found that out when the shoe was delivered.

Even when a seller lists an item correctly and a buyer returns the item, Tradesy finds any little thing wrong with it, returns the item to the seller and says it was misrepresented. They do not protect the seller. Find another place to sell your clothes, shoes and purses!

I ordered an item on 10/10. It didn't ship n out until a week later because the seller had to wait on shipping material from Tradesy. So I purchase something. Tradesy had to mail the seller shipping material and then the seller shipped to me. I have never had that before and send inefficient.
The purchase price was reasonable.
