This company will bait and switch your property. When you go to their site to try to change it, you are unable to because their calendar will not let you select the correct date. I am totally unhappy with this company. BEWARE! Their so-called 24/7 service will not pick up till after 9 am, then give you someone you cannot understand. Then make you send an email explaining what happened, with a response of " you're booking is non-refundable"
There is still no confirmed hotel booking and you already took my money. Jacob Miller advised that it could take 72 hours for hotel to confirm and that is crazy. This has been literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting to book a hotel room. I have been on hold numerous hours since yesterday never getting to talk to anyone other than the one guy that refuses to wait for my hotel confirmation number to come up on website which it doesn't and he hung up on me.

I booked flights with TravelUp from London to San Jose, paying over £1500. However, the flights have now been cancelled (I was informed by the airline provider because my extra leg room needed to be cancelled).
I have tried calling TravelUp several times and emailed them as well. I want to have my cancelled flights refunded so I can book other flights before the costs soar.
I spoke to Francis today who said I am in a queue of people needing to be contacted and there was no one he could put me through to, in order to process the refund over the phone. This is appalling customer service.
I am going to be asking my bank to withdraw the full amount from this fraudulent company.

I am extremely disappointed as my flight was cancelled over 2 months ago and the way was dealt with my situation was unprofessional without a reasonable answer. It seems that I am requesting the refund. However it is also impossible to reach out the management team. So much waste of my time for something that could be dealt automatically as any other companies do.

Price seems great. There is something suspicious about the booking voucher. This comment on the voucher makes me nervous: Please be advised: Your booking has been confirmed, some hotel chains hold booking information in a central system and then pass the guest names to the individual hotel a few days before arrival.

Never book through this web site. They are a rip-off. If you book a hotel and changed your mind even in 5 minutes, they will charge a huge cancellation fee.
I was charged $40.00 for my cancellation. The fine prints are hard to figure out.
Communication has been so poor. They are evading message and seemingly on a 'money grab'. In accordance with EU they should have refunded the cancelled flights within 7 days. It has been over a month with one worthless email front them.
Booked a room, needed to cancel and was informed could not get reimbursed for total amount charged! The cancellation was made well in advance of the booking! I would advise calling hotel to make reservations and not go through this site!

Terrible. Unclear cancellation policy, charged us $100 PER TICKET to cancel even though it was within 24 hours or initial booking. Will not be using again or recommending. Will dispute credit card charge if they won't give back the money.
I have booked via travel up for BA.
BA has cancelled their flight and their new arrangements is no way feasible. So I have asked a refund via travel up and they say non refundable. We didn't cancel the flight.
The customer service person called Asif Khan said this is non refundable. I don't think he understands what does it mean. This company is a thief. Can't refund for the tickets that was cancelled by the airline?
Please avoid this company. Nothing but a whole group of thief just to take your money.

They do offer some very good hotel rates, TU will send you their confirmation, but you have to be willing to wait to get a confirmation number for the hotel as they go thru a supplier. This took over a week for us. As rates go up over time, it can be unsettling to know if you indeed have a reservation if your trip is only a few weeks away. After a week of calls, TU did secure us a number that the hotel was able to confirm as legit.

Easy to process, but absolutely no help after the fact. Not a single phone number published worked. "I'm sorry, this call cannot be connected as it is not authorized. Emails immediately after booking did not recognize the booking number or the reservation number. The only method of communication that worked was email the next day. While I acknowledged my mistake, every travel site I have EVER used allows change within 24 hours. I tried to change reservations minutes after booking, but the site was cold. The following day, still within 24 hours, Travel Up offered flight changes for a $250 charge PER PERSON. The flights offered were available on their web site for $100 per person. I would never use this company or recommend it. A total scam.

I have just lost my flights due to travel up not being contactable to change the flights dates which were free to do with Singapore airlines. Couldnt do this direct with Singapore airlines as I had made the massive mistake in booking through these cowboys. So never again do not waste your money and time you will be let down!
Second time using Travel Up. After taking off work, paying for round trip airfare we are notified that our confirmed hotel on beach has been replaced with one not only not on the Island but not on the beach. No apologies or comp offered. Be careful of this site. We are stressed with no where to stay!

Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. There are now over 2000 people in a facebook group who can all confirm this company have stolen money from people, lied and delayed payments due by law. They have just started to make some refunds, all at a large shortfall to the original payments.
I don't know where all the 5 star reviews are coming from but these guys would not refund my flights which had to be cancelled due to covid. Had to get money back through my credit card in the end. Avoid like the plague

I booked hotel through TravelUp 5 months ago for my family vacation, totally 2 rooms for 6 people, and also bought the cancellation insurance just in case. When I called them to cancel my reservation due to medical reason, they told me I am not qualified to cancel. If I really cancel it, they will charge me $20 per person, compared with other agencies $15 per room, TravelUp is robbing the customers. Be careful, please stay away from TravelUp and choose other reasonable agencies.
I have spent over 2 hours trying to book a hotel room and kept getting hung up on your site. I called your customer service team which was worthless as one rep hung up on me an the other I could not understand what he was saying. I finally was forced to upgrade my reservation to a higher price before my transaction would go through. What kind of business is this and do I really have a reservation?
