We had several issues with a condo we rented, tried to contact them about problems and all they do is lie saying someone will get back with you. This was by far the most horrible experience ever. It's been going on for over two weeks. Highly recommend do not rent through them

Worst stay in 35 years of going to Destin... it has always been magical until last weeks' train wreck. All appliances are broken, rusty or dirty. Mold in the tub. Dirty, dusty vents. Drape rod broken on the floor with drapes laying on the floor. Walk in closet filled with someone's storage. Closet filled with old sand toys, floats etc... smells like rotten fish. Dirty stained old matted carpet. 24" living room TV with exposed wires. A "#2" left in the toilet without being flushed. Feminine hygiene products in the bathroom waste basket. Nasty kitchen ware and not a coffee cup on site. I could furnish the living room better with $300 spent in a Goodwill. Dirty, broken and disgusting... Terribly insulting that someone would call this a luxury property.

Owners of homes beware, do not use this company to rent your home. Their customer service is comparable to a cardboard box. A robot actually shows more encouragement and care. Their answers are robotic, one word, one sentence, non existent. Outer Banks NC is our go to and Hatteras Realty changed over to vacasa... I wouldnt recommend them to a homeless person. They outsource call center to west coast of USA --- how does that do any good with issues or questions 100 miles out off coast of NC? Anyone who works for them should be ashamed of themselves and I will be addressing things on every social media outlet as well.

Rented apartment on Mission Beach San Diego with three wall mounted AC units not working. Sauna. No ventilation. Let locked door open to screen door to breathe at night. Called 4 times. Known issue for weeks. Outiside fan motor ordered but delivery not until after our stay. Fifth call got one, portable AC unit after two sleepless nights. Received $500 refund. Unprofessional. Done with VACASA.

Mountain Love Condo - Breckenridge
March 9, 2022

I arrived at this location yesterday.So far I've spent 1.5 hours (3 calls) on the phone trying to get the lower level thermostat repaired - it is 40 degrees on that floor.The rest of our party can't come until it's fixed. I've been hung up on (anna), tried troubleshoot the issue with another rep and a 3rd acted like the maintenance company would call me right away (yvonne). When you get through on the call they are nice and you think you're going to get help but I'm so far 0 for 3. Very frustrating!

We recently stayed at Listing #*******.
TurnKey Booking Number: BKG-*******

The place is 3.5 stars, Vacasa company 2 stars

The place needed love. The keyless door lock did not work. 1 bathroom had black mold on it. Ceiling fan did not work in 1 bedroom. Portable a/c in room had never had the filters cleaned. Actually worked after we cleaned it. Upstairs patio was not swept. Living room space was nice. Location great. Vacasa brought us a fan.
No amenities... 1 extra roll toilet paper per bath... and 1 only had 1/4 roll and 1/4 roll back up.
They asked us to start a load of laundry at checkout... but there's no detergent.
Now, prices online are way less than we paid months ago. AND, they didn't even post my review!

Second time using this company, doubt I will again. I love VRBO and have had great results there.

Asked to come 40 mins early bc we drove 6 hours and they wouldnt allow it bc we didn't pay for early check in. What a joke. Terrible company. Sends generic message replies. Don't book anything through them. You will waste your time if an issue ever a happens. Such a big company therefore they do not have hospitality.

For the love of god, please save yourself the time and look elsewhere if you are a property owner/ booking a vacation/looking for employment through this company. My wife and i help look after a property that the owner went through vacasa to rent her property, my wife was subcontracted to do cleaning and had to fight to get paid... is also still owed money, the land ower has contacted them on numerous occasions to resolve several issues only to be ignored. The frustration continues for the land owner and my wife. This company is not professional in any aspect whatsoever and we will post everywhere possible to make sure this reaches as many people as possible!

Rented Rio Vino 3 bar house in forrestville, Ca. House only had partial rolls of Toilet paper, no back up, no coffee pot., no hangers, neglected
Landscaping. Multiple emails and they just tell you they will check with local property managers. Poor customer service

When we had problems with a renter bringing a dog to our rental clearly violating the agreed upon contract. We got no help from anyone but Becky and she handled the problem promptly and efficiently. Vacasa …do yourself a favor and promote her. No one since we have used your company has been as prompt and efficient. She could teach many of your employees what excellence in Customer Service is all about.
