Rented a house in Naples 4/24-4/28. Nice house. Boat lifts promised, none available. Pool green and low on water, we had to add water, pump was cavitating. Grill filthy and out of gas, found another tank in garage and supply line leaked. Fridge in garage went out ruining all food we had stored in it. Called support three times and texted with them. I was given highest priority, nobody ever showed up.

Homeowner review

Very poor maintaining of my property. Went to my cottage to find mold in the shower, broken bathroom faucet and dirty outdoor furniture. A renter had written a review with these issues and they did nothing about it. Local property manager called and told me what review to give him ("no lower than 8"). They do not have the staff to care for the properties they supposedly management. They certainly don't earn their 30% fee

We arrived at our vacasa property in Waldport, Oregon on Friday evening needing to be online for a very important work call. No internet! No cell service. Waited on hold for 3 hours then got hung up on. Finally got a hold of someone at 8 pm they hung up on us. Need to work all weekend and poorly paid call center employees can't fix anything. Say they will send a "ticket". Still no internet 24 hours later and multiple phone calls. Not a local issue, definitely a property issue. Property is dirty and no shower curtain. AND no wine glasses! At the beach I know not a big deal but after everything else we had to drink wine out of beer mugs! AND No movies cause no internet. DO NOT RENT unit 8 at Cape Cod Cottages in Waldport. SO BAD. Basement unit with no insulation so upper unit a thundering stampede and shower head at about 4 feet! Will never rent from vacasa ever again.

The property was great. Perfect location. That's it. I've counted the number of times I reached out for information and important inquires... 13 times. I called 6 times followed by an email. Nothing. I don't understand why a simple call back was so difficult. 2 stars because had I had a serious event happen, the quality of the property wouldn't have counted for anything. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and communication. Just go with someone else. You'll be happy you did.

Cabin was filthy.

I took pictures of the nasty Covid nest and I called them. They said someone would call me back. No call. We left early and now they won't t take my call to get a refund on part of my stay. More pictures that wont upload snow dirty spots all over carpet and outside dining had coffee spill spots from previous occupant. Duvet cover on my bed was not washed so I took it off. Disgusting place!

Bad business
July 11, 2022

I bought travel insurance through the company they bought out and they do not accept it. I tried to cancel my reservation and they said they were keeping my entire deposit and this is nearly 70 days away from the trip. This is one pitiful company with the worst customer service. Try calling them you will be on hold forever!

Horrible property management
March 9, 2023

The Vacasa team should be sued for malpractices. They list properties to book which don't have occupancy certificates. Our whole trip was ruined as they could not find us a property in Acadia région despite clearly mentioning the needs. This is after the full payment was made. Last minute we were told our first property does not have occupancy certificate and then the option provided, we were first confirmed that dog is ok and then the day before told no Pets.
We had planned work days off and this is just too stressful

Condo On The Beach
November 20, 2022

First of all we were told that the unit would be ready at 4pm, but upon arrival at 6pm, the cleaning crew were still there! Upon entering we found the tile floors were sticky and dirty, dust on everything, beds hastily made and sheets did not fit (Also torn), had to fix the one bathroom toilet, because it did not flush! Dishwasher had a broken part inside, so it would not work properly! Battery missing from remote controls and at least one smoke alarm! Light over dining room table was so dim we had to go out and buy brighter bulbs just to see! We also found a Palmetto bug / Roach walking on the living room wall! The first night we called Vacasa and they said someone from maintenance would call in 24 hours, we spent the next week at the condo and never heard from them! I would rate Vacasa at a Zero, but it doesn't allow for that. The condo was under new ownership, but we saw NO excuse for this kind cleaning and care for the price we paid! See attached photos.

Worst place we have ever stayed and we travel all over. Suntide II #105 South Padre Island. Place is so dirty. Our handle on shower broke so shower has been running for 24 hours straight and counting. We have 7 phone calls, 3 emails and tons of text messages and no one has even reached out to us. They keep saying someone will get back to you but no one does. We have wasted hours of our vacation waiting for someone to show up. We will never be back nor recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed that someone would run a business like this.

Vacasa is $4.4 Billion Dollar Company that recently bought Turnkey Vacation Rentals. After purchasing Turnkey Vacation Rentals, Vacasa did give training on how to submit invoices for employees to get paid for cleaning the Vacation Rentals however, employees are not getting paid accurately. I own a housecleaning company and out of the 14 cleans my company has done since 4/1/2022, I have been paid for 3 of the cleans. I have spoken to 3 different managers about this issue and nothing has been resolved due to Vacasa not doing their part in respect to paying employees. After my company cleans these beautiful vacation homes, they are sparkling clean. Below are various photos of our cleans. If anyone can help in this aspect of Vacasa not paying their employees accurately, please do so.
