Vacasa is $4.4 Billion Dollar Company that recently bought Turnkey Vacation Rentals. After purchasing Turnkey Vacation Rentals, Vacasa did give training on how to submit invoices for employees to get paid for cleaning the Vacation Rentals however, employees are not getting paid accurately. I own a housecleaning company and out of the 14 cleans my company has done since 4/1/2022, I have been paid for 3 of the cleans. I have spoken to 3 different managers about this issue and nothing has been resolved due to Vacasa not doing their part in respect to paying employees. After my company cleans these beautiful vacation homes, they are sparkling clean. Below are various photos of our cleans. If anyone can help in this aspect of Vacasa not paying their employees accurately, please do so.
Thank you!

Hello, Sal. Please know we do take this seriously and hope you have contacted our payroll department directly. We regret that we do not have more information to be able to look into this further and make sure it was handled appropriately. Please know this is not commonplace and we will provide this feedback to our upper management team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This company is so unprofessional and run by young people who don't know what they are doing or how to communicate. I went through 3 women who were all awful to work with. I couldn't get any answers about my house and what was going on without being accused of being "ugly". I called out the woman who said that to me in an text asking her to tell me how I was being ugly - she kept ignoring the question, so I just kept posting the question "how am I being ugly?". She finally said that I wasn't. I felt young again as it felt like I was back in Jr. High. Good lord. The unprofessional behavior with these reps was astounding and I have pulled the listing from them only after one rental. Do NOT use them to handle your property... they are awful in my opinion. I have all the saved texts too if nobody believes me...

Hello, Leslie. We are disappointed to hear this was your experience while using our services, as this is not the high standard that we hold ourselves to. We regret that we do not have more information to be able to bring this to upper management's attention. We do have a specialized team to work and help our owners with any issues they might have. We apologize to hear our team dropped the ball this time. Thank you.

Cancelled Two Days Before
December 22, 2022

We had used Vacasa for a Christmas getaway to Big Bear Lake. We were staying in a place called the Lazy Bear Cabin. We were due to leave tomorrow -23rd December. Late last night they sent a cancellation emailing citing lack of "housekeeping" with no other explanation. For the importance of this trip and the fact it was a whole house with cleaning facilities I would have cleaned the place myself after staying there. It was the first Christmas I've had off in many years and to be treated this way by the company is really poor. I'll never be using Vacasa again because this is just unacceptable.

We contacted customer service to notify them that the blinds had big missing pieces leaving us with no privacy in our room. They never offered to fix the issue. Contacted them 4x as people could see in. They refused to refund our money so we could relocate & still never fixed the blinds despite their policy that damages are to be reported. We could not even get dressed in the room & had to go to the bathroom. This was our wedding Anniversary & our trip was ruined. Horrible customer service. Never rent from Vacasa!

False advertising
October 27, 2021

Vacasa is a scam! The room I booked is not what they tried to put me in. I logged into their app to confirm my booking the week of arrival and found that the room I had booked 2 months prior was not the room they had waiting for me. I spent hours on the phone, waiting on hold, being transfered to managers, being promised they would get back to me etc.
They admitted to the false advertising but told me too bad on my refund. The day before we were set to check in a manager finally offered to relist the room to see if they could get it filled and reimburse for any days that they could fill. I had notified them 5 days prior and they should have taken action at that point when they had time to fill the room. They are horrible! If you value your sanity do not use them! I wasted days fighting them and sitting on hold with no resolution.

We rented a home at St George Island Florida. The house is in bad disrepair, including doors which do not open to the outside, which is a fire hazard. The board walk to the beach swats when walked on, and one potion partially collapsed. We had water pouring in the front door during a storm, with pots and towels staying on the landing to catch the water. This house needs a fire inspection and the local code enforcement needs to visit, my next phone call. I followed up bad reviews for the home so I could endure the problems were fixed. I was told numerous times that all repairs had been made. Vacasa lied again and again. We received i night's compensation which I assure you was not enough.

Had a soccer tournament scheduled for weekend of April 29-30. Tournament was canceled on April 27. Son test positive for Covid. We can't go. You have to cancel 30 days in advance to get any money back. You don't even get the cleaning fee. How is that ethical?

I feel ripped off
June 13, 2021

We will never use this company again we paid them 729.58 for two nights at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa and when we get to the hotel they changed an additional 305.42 in fees that were never discussed or disclosed to us and I called them two times and both times were disconnected or hung up on. See the charges we put in pictures this was a rip off because the hotel said we should have rented thru them and it was a flat 275 a night that would have been 825.00 and booking thru Vcasa we paid 1030. 00 for only 2 nights. Beware

The experience fro start to finish was horrible and the place not kept up. This is the second out of three bad experiences. Why again? Had a credit and they wouldn't refund my money. Should have taken the loss
