Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Items are always way too small and are never quite the same as pictured. They have refunded my money several times but only as site credit. Now I'm flagged for excessive refunds and can't even contact customer service. I tried to attach photos here but it didn't work.
The cheap prices were too good to be true. Anything shipped from China is a bad sign. So I had ordered 7 blouses... only 6 were delivered and NONE of them were the same as advertised. They sent me items that looked similar but quality was super poor. Piece of crap. I ended up giving them all away. I will never buy from this site ever again.
First and last purchase here! 6 1/2 weeks for delivery? Its underwear! Come on! I assume a Chinaman is bringing it by his personal boat that he is rowing across the Atlantic. App will be deleted if items ever are received. APP SUCKS!
Over a few years I have purchased items from Wish, always making sure nothing over $10 in case of problems. And up until now so far so good. I broke I own rule and ordered sneakers - wrong size - 6.5 instead of 8.5, useless. I reported this on their web site and received no response. I also could not find any reference to asking about a follow up update. I just found their 1-866 # on this site and called it. First it rang out, then I tried again. Amazing I guy answered, I told him why I was calling. The conversation went like this: "I need to return the shoes. He asked me how much I paid for them $19. He then said "You called the wrong number!" So I said "what do you mean"? Too late - he had hung up on me! Go figure.
Some products & deliveries are good but some others are awful, especially with clothes. I ordered 2 baby outfits, that never arrived. Contacted Wish 6 weeks later, they cannot do anything because i should have contacted them less than a month after goods being sent. As it is the approximate delivery time span, this is totally unfair.
Ive ordered many items on wish and as of yet Ive never been let down. Some items take a little longer to receive than others but everything arrives within the estimated delivery date so definitely happy with that also
I got 4 pairs of shoes here and love them. Few dresses. Can't wait for my bathing suits to arrive. Getting classic Nintendo with 400 games in it. It'll bring back childhood memories. Waiting on some tank tops too. They will be so nice for when I go away for the summer
Terrible customer service. Don't give refunds when item doesn't arrive. Or is defective. Most of the items are tat and not at all what is pictured do not order from this site unless you want to be ripped off.
Its an easy to use online platform with so many sellers participating and very good post sales support. Would be great if it also includes some higher end, more quality products on a cheaper price. Overall, Im very satisfied with Wish.
Very poor, got a child toy not the self defense high voltage torch that was described in listing. Then a slingshot I ordered came as a cheap nasty wood product instead of steel one pictured. Item listings dont match products sent so feeling rather ripped off frankly.
Worst shopping experience of my life. Product was delivered damaged and ended up being counterfeit junk. Contacted support more times than I can count and kept receiving polite promises of assistance and resolution which it now appears must be generated by some kind on automated system as nobody who actually read my complaints could be that stupid. I ordered 16 pieces of clothing, but only 12 arrived in one large black plastic bag. Placed more than 1 order, so sent back 16 items. I've been trying to get refunds for weeks, but not possible, although I've given them the tracking # 9505 5118 0022 1057 7177 72 USD that post office gave me. I paid $14.65 USD. On top, wish.com charged me $82.00 USD for shipping. Wish deletes history of correspondence with them, so you can't back up your story. Service consists of a computer-generated answers, regardless of your problem. The BBB, as well as other customer protective agencies should step in to close their business. Unethical, irresponsible, thieves. Stay away from them. Merchandise is of extreme low quality.

That their customer service consists of computer-generated answers. Answers are all the same, regardless of your problem. Also, it is extremely difficult to obtain refunds from them. Make believe you lost your money in a casino. It will be more fun, and it will give you less headaches. These people are thieves with a legal license to steal your money. Stay away from them.

They offer a deal where the first item sold per day is only. 50. If your not the first order of the day you get a refund. Seems risk free and simple. What's to lose I thought. I went crazy buying hundreds of. 50 items hoping I would win at least a couple or a few maybe. None. I won nothing but that's not the bad part! I heard nothing for days so I finally poked around the Wish site and hidden in an obscure Notifications area were 400+ messages telling me I hadn't won and then said... Start the action of a REFUND. The process takes about 5 mins... EACH! I now have to go through this process over 400 times. I think they count on us lazy Americans saying "screw it, it's only

Short version of aggravation.
No way I spent 100$. Added 36$ that included counterfeit SD cards, items I did not order, etc in fact same type item from different sellers. I only needed one card reader not five
While perusing items wish cancelled items I wanted ( they were in stock)
Lastly I heard sellers ripped off too
Any way conclusion the make up and merchandise is made in China.
Go to local store or their online store and buy from reputable company. I like rite aide. One can return cosmetics, even if used
I wish I had read reviews before buying. Site said nothing about product shipping from China. Took almost 2 months to get here. I ordered 3 products for the kitchen. None of them work as they should. Sealer doesn't seal, 5 blade scissor doesn't cut. Blades are too close together. Lastly the Rotary Multi-function peeler will only take chunks so small they are useless. All items are pure garbage. The worst $39 I've ever spent. Nothing about my purchase deserves even 1 star.

After reading thousands of negative reviews why would anyone buy anything from them. I did not, but someone stole my Venmo card number and used it on Wish. Wish emailed me garbage and won't return the money.

Stay away. Or flush money down the toilet. It will be the same.

Bought a ding dong door camera. From wish waited weeks. Arrived well packed but has not got charging point or memory slot. Put batteries in lasted two days thought i had it made so if it seems to good to true?
Customer service is completely useless and basically automated! Items are cheap but rarely arrive. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere. They can never track your package, always shows it's still in China, 3 months after I ordered it. Beyond frustrated, absolutely no more purchases for this lady!

I have contacted Wish at least 10 times on how I cannot receive shipping and order confirmation emails. Every time they were unhelpful, gave me next to nonsense simple remedies that a 5 year old would know that never worked. As it stands, since the brick wall of customer service isn't either understanding what I am saying due to their lack of basic English or they do not care enough to audit my account and find a remedy, I have in app notifications only to go.

I ordered 3 items received only 1 one was never shipped one never arrived. When I did not receive my stuff had to look around for replacements. And found it cheaper on amazon. So be warned this company will rip you off that's the only thing they are good at
