Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles

The sizes are beyond small and you are getting what you paid for: cheap quality. Since they don't cover return price, sending the items back would cost me over 50% of what I paid initially. I ordered some of the wall clocks (which I adored), but one came without a face. They refused to send me the missing piece but instead insisted I return it for a refund. See my second sentence. I will NEVER use this site again because it isn't worth the hassle.
I have ordered half a dozen things. They take my money, then half a month later tell me to pick something different, always offering things of less value that they say cost more. Don't waste your time- they are $#*!ing bull$#*!. I have been using ebay for 15 years now and never encountered their bull$#*! tactics, so no- they are nothing like ebay.

Ordered batteries on 1/24/2020 and they changed the delivery date 2 time and still never received them. Cant reach anyone just automation. It will be 2 months to get my money back through paypal. Never by from them
Back in 2020 made a huge amount of orders from this company and got everything I wanted. Now here it is 2022 and made three orders and this company is telling me that I abuse their Return Policy. The crazy part of this is I haven't ordered from them since 2020 and never returned anything. Here is the problem with companies who decide they want to use just auto answers instead of real humans to solve problems. It's going to bite you in the butt. You can't get customer service over the phone so the customer will just go somewhere else like I will be doing. I am so sick of these companies not realizing people need to speak to people to solves issues. A bot cannot solve the issues for a person.

Leave them alone when you can't reach a real person you are trusting your money to a freaking bot.

Just got a message that they were refunding my money today. Not sure I even want to use this site again. This is the second time I tried to buy the same type of gaming chair and both times they back out of it.
I ordered some suede boots, and ordered 1/2 size larger because most said they run small. When I got them, they were of poor quality and I needed ANOTHER size larger. I have been trying to get the return shipping label e-mailed from the site and haven't gotten it with 5 attempts. Finally contacted customer service but haven't heard anything in 36 hours... I would never buy from this site again.
Sellers send items that somewhat resemble what you think you're buying, and Wish.com makes it impossible to get a refund. Spend your money at a flea market instead, at least then you know that you're buying garbage instead of being led to believe you'll get anything of quality. Gave them one star rating as negative five stars isn't an option.

I get ads on facebook showing a full body massage chair for $79.00. When I click on the ad there is no such chair at that price. They show electric battery powered bikes for 22.00. The description clearly describes a 26 inch electric bike. I have ordered one to see what I get. Alot
Of items I order that show rally cheap prices I never receive and have to be refunded. Other items the price you or the item you see pictures is not available or if it is available the ad shows 6.00 but when you place it in your shopping cart it's shows as 20.00. Completely dishonest!

Have ordered a few different items from the app only received one. They all say they were delivered and when I email them. They reply "your package was delivered on so and so date" and will not give a refund or anything for the items I paid for and NEVER receive. If you ask me it's a big old scam! If titty order I hope you have better luck than I did. I also know 4 people this had happened to as well and they refuse to fix it

I LOVE wish.com and have got all of my things in about two weeks. Some have taken closer to three.
There was one item I did not receive due to it being sent back. I asked for a refund and it was refunded back to my card in two days.
Prices are great! Items are great. Don't let these other people scare you away. It's a great store and very trustworthy.

Only 1 item out of 10 was even close to something that anyone would want. A friend and I placed a $200 order on clothing ($100 of which was shipping costs) and every single item except for 1 dress was not even wearable. The fabrics were thin and cheap polyester, with not one item fitting as was shown in the photos. Basically every single thing looked like it came from a children's Halloween costume. This was a complete rip off/scam/BS, etc. and I would never order anything from WISH ever again.
Out of the orders I made so far, a few of them, which is more than I would like, were either damaged/defective or I got the wrong color. I really like using their app and the coupons they offer, but, now, I'm always worried the product I receive is going to be messed up in some way. The sellers should care more about the bad reputation they are leaving for Wish.

I had been using Wish for a while and had ordered heaps of things. Many items took over 30 days to ship, sometimes longer... so when I ordered two clothing items last summer, I tried to be patient and when I tried to track them, I selected an option to say I wad prepared to wait. Not once did the system notify me that the refund policy for not receiving items is 30 days... when their own tracking can even identify the items as reaching my country, I think this is terrible customer service. Will NEVER use them again. They lost a very frequent customer.
I have ordered many items from Wish.com... I'm careful as to not purchase shoes, clothes or heavy items. I have purchase arm sleeves for gym, silver rings, gel polish and have not been disappointed at all. Sure they take a long time so I have to expectations of arrival. I do write the date down and I only purchase one item at a time. But I keep in mind you get what you pay for. But overall I give them a 5 star rating. If you need me I will be at Wish buying a Santa for outdoors... Thank you
They have lots of selections of anything you could think of even things with your name on them. This site is so cool. I hardly buy anything anywhere else except for groceries that's how much I love wish. You guys are the greatest keep up the good work. Thanks wish.
Wish is the single most amazing app which finds the greatest deals all in one spot. I have found a huge variety from baby clothes to jewellery, and more. I am very pleased with Wish, and it has helped me save time and money purchasing needs, goods finds and wants!
I would give zero stars if allowed. I've always heard bad stories about Wish, but my son begged me to order something he wanted, so I decided to bite the bullet and try it. Package tracking said the item was sent and delivered, but we never received it. So we cancelled the order and I was lucky enough to get my money back fairly quickly. And I have been keeping a close eye on my bank account, even though I deleted my card info from the app. I will just stick to ordering from Amazon.
I bought a urethra plug on Wish for $7, and it worked perfectly. My $#*! has never been more satisfied in my life. This is better than sex with my Latina step-mom. Package came fast and I came fast. 10/10 recommend using this company to buy any of your needs.
Haven't receive 50% of items I placed two months ago! Wish.com has no customer service at all! All I've got were bot answers from their fake live chat! Wish.com is like: "I've got your money. All done! Good luck! Lost items? Sorry we are not available." Stay away from Wish.com!

I have had an issue with one parcel never turning up and one being the totally wrong colour. But I have ordered at least 80 things from wish, so percentage is pretty good.

I've in the past wanted to communicate directly with the vendor to get a quote or see if they had something in different color.
I had a typo on my order and fixed it at check out, but it still printed the typo address even though I confirmed it was the right one. I've also had issues uploading into the app for videos or pictures I can get my points.
Its not a deal breaker because I love wish, I just wish we could ask the community questions about the item and communicate with the vendor more directly.

Up until now I have never had any issues with wish... I have ordered items before and they cam in and were great! Except I made quite a few purchase from October-December 2016 and out of about 10-15 purchases (most christmas gifts) I have received about 3 of them... most of these items were supposed to come in on one day and when that day came the arrival date changed to a later one... needless to say I was not pleased... however support at wish is great... they have given me refunds on all my items that were not delivered on the expected dates and if they do come in I get to keep them for free... which one item did about 2 months later though -_-... anyways ok app, but be prepared to not receive your item on time or at all... but if it does happen just message the support and you should have no issues in getting a refund. If your items do come in they ten to be great (sometimes a little bit less quality then other things) but they are super cheap.
I never got any of my items I ordered from this website. And after repeat communications with them, they made it clear they were not going to give me a refund for the items I never got and that I was out of luck they were not going to help me, but they were more than happy to keep my money. Here's some advice, shop at a real online website and not this Chinese garbage.
