Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Bought four things two different times never receive my items I waited 30 days and finally im able to try for a refund so I go for it and they keep part of my money like 4.00 each item for things I never received this wish app is dangerous don't use a important credit card you will be ripped off. Cant add a photo never received any items...
My husband's account was hacked.The hacker spent $274 on a computer ad then cancelled the order, Wish.com registered the money as "wish cash". When we reported the crime they put a hold on the account and claim they'll refund the money. But months later and still no refund. We attempted to contact MANY times. We finally reported tham as frauds to our bank, but they deflected stating they reimbursed the money with "store credit", but we can't use the wish cash because the account is put on hold!
It's been over 5 months, we still don't have our money back.
One of the biggest issues on Wish is incorrect product descriptions and images. Descriptions aren't always accurate and images can make the product look better than it actually is.
Hello I am back I gave wish another week hoping they want to correct there problem with me but it seem that only they want to get your $$$ as a customer doesn't mean anything. I will be back to give an update later.
I have two major complaints about wish.
1. It never delivers items on time. NEVER! It does not get delayed by few days... but it delays the item delivery by months. And it happened with me that I never got certain items I order. This is so frustrating.
2. If you happen to order items on promotional price then few days later that order will definitely get cancelled for the same pathetic reason like "Unfortunately, the purchase was not processed on time, and therefore you cannot receive this product at such a price. We returned your payment. A refund will appear in your account after a few days." This will always happen with you even if you got the chance to place an order on-time. This happened with me multiple times now. So I kind of learnt their non professional strategy.
Sorry for my language but I am so frustrated at WISH right now. I will never ever going to waste my money on the pathetic website like WISH.

Don't buy from WISH they have terrible customer service agents who can easily be replaced by a robot because they all use the same canned response and they keep repeating the same response even though I am not asking the same question.
I did not receive several items after 6 months and I asked to send a replacement, for one item they give me a fake tracking number (no replacement is sent) for another they gave me a refund which I will never receive because I closed the bank account from which I used the credit card and for the items I received they are a very bad quality. Even if it looks cheap but it is a waste of money. I have attached a screenshot of part of the conversation with them and you can see that they keep repeating the same thing about their return policy and that conversation started more than a month ago so that message was copied/pasted several times before the screenshot
Wish won't accept my visa debit card even though I've tried so many times but still no luck. Money was in the bank to meet the payment so I don't understand what is wrong. It kept coming back to me that there was an error with my address and didn't correspond with my card. I have all my details exactly the same as what's on my card and bank statements. I have double and triple checked everything. Anyone have this problem?

I ordered two simple batteries. They claimed them as 'delivered', but the post office has no record. They took the money, then disappeared. I send numerous emails to the (hard to find) support address; none were answered. These people are scam artists.

They do not send what you order and when trying to contact customer service all you get is blocked!
They rip you off with cheap crap and charge outrageously for shipping!
Products are horribly cheap like less than dollar store quality. Seriously!
This company is an outright rip off! They show one price then when you click to purchase, it changes! They are hoping you do not notice. This is called stealing where I come from! How tacky and sleazy can a company get.

A couple, but there is always a problem. Don't let the fake low prices fool you. They change them and with shipping many items are cheaper going through companies like Amazon and Ebay, with at least some ethics about doing business.

DON'T order from Wish! It will take much longer to receive than they say when the order is placed and cost twice as much. I placed an order on May 4, and it finally arrived 2 1/2 months later, on July 20. The projected arrival date shown on their website changed daily. I tried twice to cancel the order and both attempts were met with silence. I found the same item on Amazon for half the price, ordered it and it arrived 2 days later. No tracking information ever indicated what company would be delivering it, so there was no way to follow delivery.

You know the phrase, "you get what you pay for" - well that pretty accurately describes wish. You are getting super cheap prices but the quality is hit or miss and sometimes it can take a month or to deliver.
With that in mind, if you search reviews carefully you can get some great steals.
I will say most of the items you see on wish are also available in some form on Amazon but they are often more expensive.
They have great promotions though!
I would give this app a perfect 0 star if possible. On 4 occasions I had bought things and waited more than 3 months, but still hasn't come, and they keep extending the date of delivery, this is the worst app possible and they have automatic reply customer support which does not really answer your questions. Absolutely pathetic to wait 4 months for a delivery...

I ordered 2 items for a drone on June 6th. They had a delivery date for two weeks. The items got here September 5th. They would not let me cancel the order nor get a refund prior to that. They make it extremely difficult to communicate with them and process a return. This is it in a nutshell. The "support tickets" are useless. Never ever again will I order from them. I'm taking the loss on the products. I ordered them some where else in July and received them as promised from another vendor.

1 star is to much. I have ordered items semi regularly since September. Most of the stuff has arrived but... Less than reasonable quality, some of it doesn't work and some never arrives. Getting a refund is next to impossible. The customer support seems to be 99% automated. You will never speak to a person. After 1 1/2 to 2 months you MIGHT see a refund and still won't have the item. Consider... Price plus shipping, is it really a good deal? GOOD LUCK, with whatever you decide.
Always gotten good product and service from this site, everything delivered even though it takes time, but coming from overseas i understand, Had to use customer Service only once but they fixed everything right away, will continue to have fun with Wish.com
Company is us based fronting Asian sellers. Most items never arrive. They tell you tough luck as most deliveries take longer than 30 days and they won't honour claims over 30 days. Buy a lottery ticket as the odds are better than getting something from wish
First time I ever ordered from wish. I placed an order on 10/03/29, and it's now 11/24/20, and have yet to receive my 4 items ordered! They say was delivered. I cannot speak to anyone in customer service, only computer operated system.

I ordered an item and never received it. I tried contacting customer support. What support?!? They said my account is restricted now and they have yet to give me a refund. There's no number to contact them or the store. Horrible experience!
I've gotten several items from wish and the quality of there products is the worst. Plus is falsely advertised you don't get what the picture shows. I learned after the third or fourth time not order clothes from them. There things are made in china yes but there selling to an American clientele. I also ordered things I didn't receive and never got reimbursed for it. There items take about a month to get to which is passed the dead line for reimbursement what a scam.
I bought 23 items from wish.com in March 2017. I only started receiving stuff August 2017. Some of the stuff I received is the biggest load of rubbish and don't look like the pictures at all. It is now October and I am still waiting for 18 items to arrive. They do not answer emails or complaints and obviously don't refund. Won't ever make the mistake of buying there again and won't recommend anyone else to do so either. Am totally pissed with them.
I've only been unhappy with one out of hundreds of items I've bought from Wish. People complain about the sizes being too small but they say to go by the "size chart." Also people are complaining about the items being cheap quality. The clothes I've received have been good quality. Ever one in a while I'll get something cheap but what do you expect for the price? People are way too picky. If you want "better quality" go spend more money somewhere else, it's that simple.
I've never seen such false advertising. The first thing they do is send you these great discount coupons but there isn't anywhere to redeem them as it places your order without hesitation. Also the prices they advertise are NOT the prices they sell their stuff for. I haven't even gotten to the point of reviewing the products which I already suspect are not worth it.

Be careful what you WISH for. Sorely disappointed. Son sent for a piece of jewellery in December and received in January a pipe for tobacco. The return address was mostly obliterated with black marker. He's out money and a gift.

I'm very wary about buying from online stores and sites based in China but this was one of the best I've came across. Most items I've bought has been of decent quality as well as cheap and customer service has been much better than Amazon or Ebay ever has. I've had friends tell me that they don't like this site or had problems with it but I never had the issues they had. I've been using this site for almost a year now and can say I'm addicted to it.
I've had no issues with wish I love my items I will most likely order from them again. The only problem with them their items takes awhile before coming in but it still gets in so it's a matter of waiting lol
