Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I ordered some cheap masks from January 2020 and had the delivery postponed several times. The last notification for delivery is now July. I dont even have the option to cancel it now. I have not bought anything else and just realised when I happened to check my order history that there were two purchases amounting to almost $300 which I did not authorise and one refund of which I know nothing about. Someone has been using my account to place rubbishy goods on order just to take money from my account. Surely it's Wish themselves or their sellers! I know these are hard times but you can't cheat people of their hard earned money. Don't ever leave your credit card details on anuy shopping sites. BEWARE
Below 0, I've ordered last October, but still haven't received anything, it is almost 3 mos. Already, others have been refunded but others not yet coz you need to go in good standing?! How? To purchase again... wth...

I've pretty much stopped using Wish. The shipping fees were getting out of control. It's also really hard to find specific items because they litter their results will all kinds of other crap. Quality of the goods is variable at best. They've lost their lock on the market category. I now use AliExpress pretty much exclusively. They've opened up their site to real reviews of the actual product you're buying and many include a rating of the store policies and ship times as well. Ship times have improved, and some items are now eligible for a free return.
Tip for consumers:
1) Shipping takes longer because it comes from China (usually). 2) Those aren't duplicates, they're the same product offered from other "stores"...compare shipping times and costs between them. 3) If you have to return, you pay the shipping. Period. But if it's real cheap, they may not require you to return it and they'll give you the refund.

I've been shopping from Wish for the last 11 year & never have I ever been disappointed with their service. I mostly shop dresses & stuffs. They're of good quality, looks exactly like in the catalog pictures. Shipping takes around 30 days, although it does get me impatient at times it's still worth the wait. The dress sizes might be a problem for some. I usually wear size S when I shop from any store, but a size M fits me fine for dresses from Wish. My only complain is the shipping cost which I think is a LOT. They should reduce the shipping cost as they add up to make the products very expensive. Other than that it's a thumbs up from me :)
Full of people selling junk and fakes. Don't shop here unless you want fake clothing brands or dead electronic products that you cannot return. Oh, and everything comes from China and takes more than 1 month to arrive.
I know not to buy clothing from sites like this, but buying cheap necklaces, key chains, nail products, and stationary, it's amazing! Normally everything shows up ahead of the estimated time and exactly, if not better than pictured. The few times I've had the wrong item, a broken item, or didn't get the item shipped to me, Wish has refunded me the entire price plus the shipping cost without even asking me to send back the damaged/wrong item. I think it's great company policy because a lot of my issues with shopping online are the return policies.
It would immensely help if you can distinguish between free shipping and paid ones. Generally sellers tend to keep item price low to be on top position in search engines but pike the shipping cost exuberantly to make up the difference, hence a waste of time for the buyer.
Ive been purchasing goods from this site for about 18 months, there are two down sides; one; longer than average delivery times; two; wrong things delivered. The company is very good regarding theses things, Ive had a lot of positive and good quality items.
I ordered 6 items and only 1 item a actually came. They did refund the money. But very disappointing. Don't sell me a dream only to not deliver. Waited over the 30 days as well. Everything comes from China. No thanks and never again.
I ordered an item on May 21,2020 to be delivered by June 9,2020, few days before the delivery date wish changed it to him 19 and after couple days changed it again to Jun 29 and yesterday changed again to jul 14,2020! And it's the same case with my other orders bought from them! Is this a joke? Is wish a proper company?

I made an order mid May - delivery was first estimated at end of May, then early June, now late June. Theoretically it is now in the UK, but there is a worrying line, the latest, saying it's just left the village. I suspect I'll never get this package.

I use to praise this app. I never had any issues. But the last 3 months I have ordered at least 7-10 items. Out of that order only two have arrived so far and one was poorly made and I haven't tried the other item yet. If you want to risk it then go ahead. I'm just tired of requesting refunds all the time
As the majority of items are from chinese sellers, lower case intended, expect inferior quality and poor communication. Also have found that shipping/tracking updates are totally bogus. While there are a few good sellers, most are sub-par at best. While I dislike eBay and Amazon, at least they are above board and forthright, when it comes to shipping and taking care of your complaints. Wish has zero/no way of contacting support directly. From now on I'll just pay extra $ to get better quality and service. AVOID Wish unless you are a total idiot!

Wish is a fun place to browse and buy inexpensive items. And no their 925 sterling silver isn't 't the same as our standards and will turn your finger green but what do you expect for free just pay for shipping? Speaking of which shipping is charged on every item so it adds up quickly. At times I haven't received an item but it is a simple fix just by logging into your account, going to orders and report not delivered. You will be refunded the amount you paid so you have nothing to lose Some of their items are nice and worth the 2 or 3 dollar shipping charge and occasionally a coupon arrives in your mail for a percentage off or free shipping on your next order.

be careful of the shipping costs and look at your desired product from other sellers as it may be free or cheaper
While it does seem like this is a wholesale business with several different distributors, they don't seem to worry too much about the quality of the items being sent out. If they already have the option "This is a counterfeit item" as one of your choices as the reason for returning an item, it must be a pretty common problem. I spent $7 on a memory card here that turned out to be fake. I have to pay shipping to get a refund, but I'm not ready to go through the hassle and risk not getting any money back anyways. I guess Wish.com made some more money...
While the Wish company is a knockoff brand of major labels, it should still offer as close to decent clothing as possible. What I don't understand is that they manufacture in Asian countries and sell to Americans using their own measures(which are considerably smaller). Why not find out what the measuring equivalent is and make that instead of having a product that constantly disappoints. I'm a plus size women almost 6 feet tall, very few of their items have ever actually fit as described. I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then on top of that, they make the return and refund process extremely difficult. This is a fraud company from their material to their sizing. I will not be a continuing customer.

Ive ordered three things from here a butterfly necklace...a lip pencil and a hair thing with white flowers on it...all items came in different wish boxes...all were broken and the lip pencil looked like someone had broken it into two pieces...worst site ever i want my money back
The first item I ordered they cancelled saying it was out of stock. The second was not what I thought I ordered because it was described in tiny print with a deceptive photo. They said they sent the third but it never arrived. They did refund my money but that doesn't make up for the deception and inconvenience. Don't bother using this site.

I ordered from this company called virago.com. They claim to be an American company but the products are actually from wish.com. I never received my item and cannot get in contact with anyone. Beware of hoax websites that wish tries to hide behind.
From cheap faulty products... That don't work... And to Xmas present orders showing up 2 months later in the end of Feb... Don't waste your money or time... You will be disappointed in one way or another!
I purchased something, but when I checked my PayPal account they billed me more than what I agreed to at the point of sale. I'm not talking about currency exchange or shipping costs either. Beware of wish.com!
I've used Wish for the better part of this year. Had no problems with ordering or receiving items other than the often long wait time for arrival. However, within the past month, I noticed there were compromises to my security and privacy. The language was changed to Russian and my profile information was changed. Do not use them. They can't guarantee your online safety.

I have ordered close to 30 items from wish in the past 2 years. I've always been satisfied, even when a problem occurred. If something didn't get to me they refunded it no questions asked. If it was damaged they replaced or refunded, sometimes both. From my experience they are trustworthy. I can't speak for all their employees. I use to work at a satellite company in tech support. I heard of reps who stole card numbers. That can happen anywhere. If I didn't take my card off after an order then accidentally ordered items that's my fault. I can't give them a bad review because of a mistake I made.
I ordered a couple of action cameras from wish and fedex claimed they delivered my items to my porch at 6:25 12/20/20 and no items were on my porch, after reviewing camera footage of my front porch I found fedex never delivered anything. In all fairness Wish did refund me for 1 camera then sided with fedex and said delivery was verified so effectively stealing my hard earned money a few days before Christmas. Please do not purchase from them and definitely dont trust fedex, the liars that they are, spend a little more and shop elsewhere because it's a toss up if you will have your items or if these fedex drivers will have something. I bet that fedex driver is filming all kinds of cool stuff with my cameras!

Crooks...wish and fedex, I have proof of no delivery and they cant show any proof of delivery so that settles that.
