Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
This company is a fraud. They draw you in with all sorts of stuff and never deliver orders. They simply cancelled my order without even informing me - probably because I used my Discover card and Discover would have taken them to court. But if you use another payment method, be prepared to lose your money and never get the goods.
I made the mistake of thinking this would be an ok merchant and have regretted it deeply. I bought a few things, returned most of them, and even though they were sent in the same box and they acknolwledged and refunded one item, they just never refunded the other as though I never sent it. Seems like a relatively easy issue to fix for a normal, functional company, but it became the most insanely frustrating confusing crazy-making customer service experience of my life. There is no means by which you can convey "you lost my item." None! They literally do not have a chat or phone customer service, just the automated system, which is super limited and keeps saying the same things, all off which basically mean "F you." I eventually gave up and let them keep my money, which I'm pretty sure is the point.

After ordering from Wish for the first time a few days ago I noticed three fraudulent charges on my credit card. Someone bought online gaming chips out of an online casino based in Hong Kong. The other two were for Airbnb. Fortunately my bank reversed the charges immediately. I have no doubt that this came from Wish. As Wish is simply a website that allows merchants from all over the world, particularly China to sell their products, it is obviously very easy for a thief at one of the "shops" to steal identity and credit card information. No way to contact Wish about this. Their online customer support only gives predetermined choices about any complaints. And credit theft is not one of the choices.

They have no contact persons, the shipper from Los Angeles are fake, they don't answer. Customer service will block your email id and show a 404 error image. Keep checking the credit card that you used as they might be stealing more money from it... this is another company whos is going to blow up soon for their fraudulent activities. Call the numbers from the image and see if they pick a call... so if you decide to buy... just pray...

The thing I like most of this site is that you can find almost anything at a very low price. It's fun and the customer service it's always ready to help if something goes wrong.
Until now I ordered a lot of stuff and almost everything came on time, even early. The only problems I've encountered so far are that you must wait a long time for delivery (which is understandable because of oversea shipping) and that sometimes the quality or the size of the items is not what you expected. Especially with clothes it's difficult to find what fits you right.
But overall it's great for buying funny stuff and home accessories that you won't find in the general stores and saving a few bucks.
They bait you in for something free... but it cost. 75 cents... then they say its unavailable... and you have 2 says to claim refund... well it's just. 75 right... WRONG. × 100,000.00 people = a. Lot of scam money

I ordered an item on May 2 and as of this date (July 1) the item has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it has resided in China since May 12. I simply want to cancel the order and receive a refund. One would think that would be a straightforward process, but no. One can spend hours trying to communicate through email and the on-line Customer Service, which is worse than awful. It's a shame that this company has such poor service. They no longer have phone support, just the computer-generated responses through on-line Customer Support. I will never, ever purchase anything else from Wish. This has been one of the worst experiences I have every had with an on-line company.

Ordered a 2XL shirt but received an extra small that was tagged as 2XL. Over a two week timeframe I have sent multiple pictures and requests for refund to no avail. No phone contact and they will not call me. Scam company.

I placed a order last night for 3 items. After order was process one piece had 2 of the same item. I immediately wrote to customer service because is the only way you can contact them The next day I got a response that it shipped even though all my other pieces did not ship Sorry do not believe that order shipped within the period of two seconds. Orders processed through so quit that you have no way to stop them if you see a mistake so beware. Then they want you to return it at the cost will probably be more than the item and that's how they get you
Only ordered two things on separate orders. One never arrived the other broke the second I tried to use it. Complete fake and utterly false advertising. The entire site is hit and miss with zero genuine feedback as it is all buried under the masses of fake self reviews by scammers.
Don't waste your money.
Wish is a Nightmare.

All the negative reviews are true, I ordered four items 3 months ago and they never arrived. No way of contacting them, they changed the delivery day twice.
You can't call them, only you can send an email, however, you will get a generic reply.

So, I guess Wish is great if you want to donate money to a bunch of businesses overseas who may or may not ever send you a gift as thanks. That is, this really doesn't work like a real legit business. I have given up on getting half of the stuff I ordered six months ago. What did arrive was mostly either broken into small pieces (e.g., glass sent in a shipping envelope - really, who could have predicted THAT would break?) or could not be identified based on what I thought I actually ordered (that part was actually kind of interesting in an unsolicited grab bag sort of way - but not ultimately satisfying).

Don't expect to receive your orders. The tracking shows my items where shipped in February estimated arrival April, it's now August and still nothing. After getting in touch to report it's still not arrived they have no further information and refuse to refund you. Utter joke plus it seems cheap but if you check eBay most items are similar price and actually arrive.

Bought a pocket watch (despite previous problems) which arrived really quickly, unfortunately it didn't work. Requested a refund and was reassured by wish that they had my back. Sadly that's as far as it went. Be aware if things go wrong you've had it. Time to look for a different site

I have ordered many items from Wish and everything has been perfect! The first thing I ordered were suspenders for costumes I make. I didn't realize they came with bow ties, so at $2 each it was a great value and quality of suspenders and ties are excellent - as good as a $15 or $20 set and they arrived in about a week! Mostly everything else I ordered were craft and sewing items - most arrived very quickly - some took longer but received. Only 2 items never received and was promptly refunded! I highly recommend this site. I have not tried fashion or shoes yet but will review when I do. I also read complaints from people about being asked for pics of credit cards. I use paypal to pay for items so there is no need for credit card info - makes for smooth and secure transaction.
Buyer beware, never ever order from wish.com. Its most horrible website on this earth. As much attractive it looks to you on your mobile/computer screens. Please do not get into the trap! Ordered around 25 things from this website out of excitement believing it be just like any other online shopping website. Guess how many I actually got... only two. Yes only two items. I got my refunds also after thousand of emails to them. So please save your sanity if not money and don't order from this website. Specially people from India.
Very bad experience with wish! I did my order for many items & supposedly will arrive altogether, paid for shipping, but didn't say there will b extra charge for delivery! They keep sending order one by one even if it is small parcel! Each time I have to pay 31 Dhs which cost me more than what I order.

Never ever buy anything from Wish people. They don't tell you that it will probably be 4-6 weeks before your item arrives. And you can't speak with anybody at wish or correspond by email. The worst customer service ever. I'm never buying another thing from these con-artists.

My product want as expected. I asked to return but amazingly the order number I was given by them originally doesn't exist they say, so, they won't refund me. Nearly 2 weeks spent back and forth with requests of help but they just kept asking for order number. Con merchants, nothing but disgust for this company! I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating.

A lot of what they sell is trash. I'm not ordering from them ever again. I paid good money for a projector light and it was delivered broken and missing pieces. Yet they refused to do anything about it. I've ordered supposedly sterling silver and it broke me out within a couple hours. Buyer beware!

Ordered dirt bike jackets for Christmas on Sept 29. They have changed providers 2x and it's still not left China. Never again... Wish is terrible. AliExpress similar. I order from FRUUGO a mini bike and it left Great Britain and was in Canada in 8 days. They are faster than Amazon.

This is the worst purchase website and worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charge high shipping fee for each item. I ordered four items, including two masks, but for the two masks, one came within another dress, one mask came by itself--of course in a very small and simple black plastic bag. And another underwear never come, but Wish insists it was delivered. The post office only can confirm that the delivery is approximately the location of my home. Besides, I want to return the dress, which looks good on the website, but actually poor quality, and ask for the ways to return, Wish never give me answer. Really bad experience that I never had before.

What they send you is pure junk. My wife and i have ordered from wish and the two orders were not as described. Nothing to do with the picture. We could not get a refund because sending the item back will cost more than twice what was paid for the order

Stay away from these guys. If you happen to receive what you order, you're ahead of the game. Any issue you have will basically be unresolvable! I was told that I was receiving a full refund on two pairs of shoes which will tiny by comparison with normal United States sizes, not to return the items. The refund never materialized in my account- I was told it was going to arrive in Wish cash, but every time I try to write to them about this, I am forced to go through the same automated process where they insist that you send them a picture of the item -which makes no sense if you've returned it and or discarded it, and their responses have nothing to do with the emails you have sent! I've described my issues with them in detail three times and gotten back completely unrelated customer service emails. Just stay away from them!
