Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I have received some things from Wish after a long wait and others not at all. I'm done. Good luck. Would give a zero if possible. They haven't sent anything. Nobody is answering the emails/ phone or live chat. Worst than a scam. I never had an issue like this were they have charged me for the wrong item and have zero accountability. Was $ 89.46 they emailed me $379.26 this is not the price I have agreed upon. The bank is saying I gave them authorization to charge my card, but I am disputing the charges, I must add have not received anything yet! Stay away if you want to keep your money...

Wish.com has no phone number and apparently no live person handling Comfort customer service. I've been trying to reset my password for several weeks, I never received an email that will let me do that, and I cannot get any response from wish.com other than the same automatically generated email telling me to do what I've been doing. I can only conclude there's no one at home. My order is several days overdue and if it does not arrive within a week I'm going to contact my credit card company, the FTC and my local authorities.

Suggestion would be to have sellers list sizes of items in both metric and standard units for us ignorant Americans who buy a lot of your products.
Wish falsifies product description. Orders do not arrive on time. You don't get the items ordered. Product material is cheap and damaged when received. Also they put personal info such as your phone # on the outside of package, which is unprofessional.
If it seems to good to be true! It is nothing like sweatshirt material I ordered paper thin different neck line. China you should be ashamed sending packages and switching shipping prices on a daily basis.
I cannot express to you how much Wish sucks! I've been a customer for over a year, but no more. They put up nice items, and then miraculously it's changed, or it just "gets lost". They do give refunds, but that's not the point. Or they will say, we're sorry the item doesn't match what you got.
I have gotten stuff I didn't order. And when corresponding with them. It's canned replies. It's never a real person. This I know for a fact. I could go on, but I won't.

The website wish.com is a scam. First, in April, I purchased 4 items and to this day I'm waiting for it. Every time I go online to track the items, the delivery date is moved to two weeks later. As of today (7/3/20), all items show to be stuck in China. Second, they don't have a customer service. The phone number leads you to a recording instructing you to go through their website. When you get there, it's an automated system that shoots answers based on what you answer. You never speak to a real person. Third, they don't refund your money if the item has already shipped. If this is the case, they refund the shipping amount only.

Do not use Wish.com. It's scam! They will take your money but never send you the items.

You never know which items you will receive, or when, lots of items don't reach me so they refund but I ordered because I wanted those items very stressful to contact wish as you never get to speak to someone and when they do email back, they are uneducated about the simplest questions about my orders. I end up having to email again with still no reasonable response. I get told that shippers don't always get the proper tracking numbers. Very unprofessional and with all the mail thefts I will not be ordering from wish any longer. Shipping is always more then the item so, in my opinion this is a gimmick for some of wishes stores to make interest on our money without sending the product. Over a month later you get a refund.

There are times the items are DOA. Once I bought a smart watch which needs to be charged every day. Plus the readings are inaccurate.
On two occasions I ordered a tablet but ear plugs were shipped. Obviously delivery does not match the product description.
Upon the last fiasco, I complained but ended up being blocked. The excuse: I had abused their return system. I am convicted when the numerous faults were with the retailers. Upon appeal the block was removed. Now Wish wants my picture ID. Nope I am not shopping thru Wish anymore.

Make sure item description is what you want. The writeups have poor English and can be misleading. Have screen capture of product description, used as proof of what was advertised.

I paid and was sent the wrong merchandise. Their "Support Help gives you 4 choices one of which is Nevermind. You cannot talk to an actual person. I sent dozens of emails and pictures. After each I got a "Sorry" response, they acted like they had never heard from me before and put me back in the computer loop. I truly believe they dragged it out to pass the return deadline
I am stuck with, two- yes they sent it twice-ugly wrong items that they will not refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Now wish support are not helping at all.
This is an app that makes it very very easy to spend money and receive nothing in return.

Ordered a month ago. Three small things shipping was way off the charts, more expensive than items themselves. All being shipped separately. According to their own site, the items are still sitting in China. Tried to cancel order, told it was already paid for and being processed to ship. Lies, still in China. Site says they'll be here by March 22 and later. What a crock! Going to delete the app after this and close out my credit card I used to be safe. I'll stick to Amazon.
This sales app is such a bad thing in every aspect. They will list one price, then charge you another at checkout. I had them charge me DOUBLE the listed price, then when I asked, they claimed it was the color I picked out. Then another customer rep said it was due to my ordering an XL! They made excuses, blamed me for the bait and switch, illegal, as we all know from economics in high school! Then the jacket I was charged double for didn't even zip right. Ad said "lined jacket" and it came with these little inserts! Awful people in customer service, I will never do business with them again, and I've heard that from many people. Awful!
Waste of money no matter if you spent $1 or more, things ship from China and are cheap. I'm still waiting for my order and it has been 6 weeks and it is not here yet. I ordered decorating tips and sleeves, the sleeves arrived and when I used them, the split, leaving me with a hand full of frosting, cake none. Next time I will just go to Michaels... can't wait to see if the tips ever make it.
Don't get me wrong I DO like using wish. However some things could make it better, like the shipping. I feel that if you are ordering more than one item from a store that you should be able to save some on shipping. Many times i find myself paying just as much or more for shipping that the actual cost of the products purchased. I also have had on a few occasions, items that never arrive. That being said, customer service has always been a pleasure to work with and have gladly refunded the purchase.
To put a very long story short, I bought a leotard from them. It was too small. I returned it using the shipping label they sent me. It's four months later, I haven't received a refund, and their customer service reps keep ghosting me. They obviously don't know how to solve the problem, so they keep not answering my request for my money back. Stay far away from this scam. Order directly from AliExpress, Amazon, anywhere else. Don't touch Wish.com

Do not order anything from this company because if you need to return it getting a refund is impossible. Like others have already said it's a total scam. I must have sent 15 emails and they always end respond with another question. I realise now I am never going to get my refund - just want to warn others.
I ordered several items, a couple have arrived, from CHINA, awaiting others. They are so incredibly awful, badly made and with appallingly cheap material, I can do nothing with them except pack them straight off to a charity shop. Buyers beware!

I was sent this item and it it defective - - the only way you can contact them it through an email and it is there prerogative as to when they will get back to. Customer service is very poor - lots of fake discounts - buyer beware - the worst customer service I have ever dealt with
I've recently bought numerous shirts, sweaters and pants. Unfortunately I spent over 100 at once and I received the clothing and I can't believe how cheap it was all made. Horrible! Similar to cloth made of toilette paper!
