Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Ordered 3 items may 5, took 6 days to process my order. 3 times they have changed my delivery date. Its know june 23 still haven't received anything. Will pay the extra next time and order from Amazon
Ordered two items never arrived, site just keeps pushing dates further so after two month no items no money refunded, customer service worse ever saw, communicating with automatic assistant where you can't get answer. Waste of time and money
Stay away from this scam

I have ordered about 20 items off of Wish. More than half of them never arrived or were damaged in some way. I even got a sealed empty envelope claiming to contain my item. Clothing sizes are terribly inaccurate, the item rarely looks like the picture, & both the fabric & the construction are shoddy. As far as other items go, read the description carefully. Leather never means real leather, for example. Shipping costs can be quite high, making a reasonably-priced item suddenly much more expensive than you bargained for. The only reason I have continued shopping there for some things is because the refund process is fairly painless.
I have been with Wish for a few years... I always get my item earlier than estimated. Most recently a sleep mask due 3/30 came 3/13
I would never order clothes, shoes or most of the electronics they offer. Always check reviews thoroughly. If I pay $1 for something and it's quality isn't 100% I just charge it to the game. I spend more on candy so meh *shrugs*
Bought four pieces of merchandise on the Wish website; about two months ago; only got a necklace as far as today. The two dresses and a charm still hasn't been delivered! They say these products won't be ""delivered" until Sept. 5 thru Oct. 5!
This is just July 11. No way to get in contact with "a real person!?" No way to get money back. Stay away from
Wish!

The items are dirt cheap; should your item ever even arrive, it will take between 8-12 weeks. The estimated delivery times they issue are all falsehoods. They seem to be an arbitrary date pulled up to pacify customers with no real basis. Shipping is also an arm and a leg, too. I'd recommend ordering something from Amazon for maybe some 15%-30% extra, and just getting your item within a week or two, as opposed to spending up to 3 months, waiting to see if your order from Wish will ever get delivered.
Another issue I don't like is that there's no way to cancel or get a refund after an item has already shipped, unlike with Amazon.

No matter how you try to update any information wish is asking from you, through their payment update page or contact support, wish states you cannot contact support until you give them updated identification or payment verification information. However wish has made it impossible to do this preventing any contact with them under any circumstances. My last order never arrived and I'm entitled to a refund, however because I cannot update what they want because it's impossible to do so, I cannot obtain a refund or order. I even tried to deactivate the account and that was prevented by wish. I don't advise consumers using this website/business.
Update update Update
Not 24 hrs later I received a text from Wish contextlogic on a link where customer support can be reached. I returned response and am currently waiting on a reply to that response from Wish. I will update everyone as things change one way or the other.
Tip for consumers:
Use social media to notify others like you when the business refuses to treat you the consumer with any respect when you did nothing wrong. All I did was use the guaranteed refund policy too many times and my account restricted and now no longer usable.

I've ordered from China before and was always very satisfied (you do have to critically assess). So when I saw Wish, I thought, sure, why not. I ordered candlesticks. Did not need them soon so was not concerned. Well now, 6 weeks later and after an inquire that says my product is on schedule, I don't think so. Will see if I ever get them, but whatever their processes are, they choose not to communicate when the month long projected shipping date has past. I am not impressed. Buyer beware. They've lost my business!

Absolutely terrible! I can't even look at what's selling without logging in so thats pretty silly. If things actually get delivered after an eternity of waiting they are not as good as advertised and break apart pretty quick. Cheap, low quality and terrible delivery.
My family and I have been ordering from wish.com for about a year or so and while it may take several weeks to receive some items ordered, they always do arrive and everything is exactly what is advertised.
Wish is the worst company ever with zero customer service. There's no way they can compete with Amazon. I bought something in May which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. They kept changing the delivery window and now the delivery date is sometimes in September. Who waits 4 to 5 months for a delivery? If I knew their items are coming from China and takes ridiculously this long, I would have never shopped there.

Listen if you are expecting to get high quality items for free with $2 shipping there is a problem. It is all cheap stuff. However, I buy from here multiple times a week. Only one time did I not receive an item and it was instantly refunded to me, no problem. Shipping can take up to 30 days, it's from China, that happens. It's been getting better now that customers can post photos of their products so you can really see what you are getting rather then a stock photo. I love it, I'mma continue to spend too much money with them.
I have purchased about 15 items from electronics to shoes. Everything I got was of low quality and only got worse after time. Nothing was useful after about 3 months. The makers of the app are slimy middle men that can care less after they get their cut. No customer support and the Chinese companies are unreachable. It is dollar store quality with long (2 month) waits and high shipping cost. Pictures are misleading, descriptions are purposely confusing, size charts are off, prices shown are for specific colors or sizes so if you don't pay attention you get fleeced. I can only conclude that the lack of regulation on misleading posts and low quality goods is part of the apps design. It seems to screw the consumer as a survival strategy.
I've never even been able to purchase anything through Wish, neither through the app nor Wish.com. I created an account, browsed a little, and when I found something I wanted to order, the app informed me that Wish needed more information. They requested I send a picture of my credit card and/or card statement. Whether or not I should have, I complied. When I emailed Wish customer service to ask why I was still blocked, they were supremely unhelpful and pointed me to their Terms of Service, but didn't tell me what I had done wrong. Now I'm short a Christmas present and a bit ticked off, but whatever. If others have had okay experiences with them, that's great, but generally you get what you pay for in life...
I ordered a knife back on june 2nd and it has yet to arrive (july 6th). I tried to find out more about what's going on and the only assistance they offer is an automated response feature. Ultimately, they offered to refund my money which I immediately took advantage of since it's pretty obvious I'll never see the item.
Their prices are attractive but save your money and buy from a reputable outfit. These guys are a sham.
Tip for consumers:
don't waste your time and money. i never received the product and there's no live phone number to get additional information. I've done some research and apparently if they're not delivering product, the product they do deliver is a cheap knock-off. it's not worth it...

i bought it at another retailer. i'll NEVER use WISH.COM again.
A few months ago I was browsing Facebook and I saw these Wish ads multiple times. A legit eCommerce platform would never promote such child abuse subliminal messages. I'm questioning what Wish actually is right now and I urge everyone to call for an investigation into their activities because it could simply be used as a platform to allow child traffickers to communicate through subliminal messages. And why is Facebook allowing such ads in the first place? (See Attached Screenshots)
Please note that I posted this on other reviews websites too, I want this matter to gain attention quickly since children might be endangered.

I placed an order on 26 September 2020 for 2 items. I cancelled within 20 minutes as no longer required the order. Since then they have charged me again for one of the items and shipped it. No amount of correspondence via 'Wish Assistant' has even got a response. Buyer beware do not trust this website at all.

Not worth it, even if you save a few $$ initially.
My account was hacked. They sent me a notification that my email address has changed, which I didn't do. I notified them but they've done nothing. "Jennifer" responded to say:
"Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Due to the sensitive nature of this topic, we will have to redirect your concern to the appropriate team at Wish. A representative from the team will be in touch as soon as possible."
That was over 3 weeks ago, and have sent follow-up emails every few days, with no response. That's a joke, that my account security is not taken seriously by Wish.
If you chose to use Wish, don't save your credit card details in your Wish account - don't trust them.
A friend recommended Wish a couple years ago and this site has been pretty great. I've found some pretty incredible deals and have bought a ton of products for myself and others. Most of the time everything works out fine. I've only run into a few items that were poorer quality that what was advertised. Only twice have I had any trouble just not getting a product, but the companies refunded my money with little to no trouble. I'll continue to shop here and recommend it. Thank you.
I heard good things about wish from coworkers who use the app who have purchased home decor items and some accessories. I decided to order some clothes for my daughter. Big mistake, glad it was cheap but you get what you pay for. She wore each outfit one time and they were falling apart and fading. Complete junk! I would not recommend!
The checkout process: OK, items in your cart. Wanna use a coupon? No coupon. How about this one? Not available. Looks like we've got an old address on file, you wanna update it? Good. We also don't have your current credit card. Re-enter it? Great. Choose a shipping option; "standard" or you can have the items "shipped to store" for half the price--just choose a store below. (Unfamiliar w/ that store. Leave Wish to look it up on Google maps. Huh, no longer in business. Return to Wish>Shopping cart>shipping>choose standard>place order). SCREW YOU! You ran out of time. Pay double for each item!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Wish.com's shopping cart. Just go straight to buy, then re-enter what needs updating.

Pictures and descriptions do not match what item you get. For instance I ordered a computer and got a case, ordered a metal detector got a stud finder, plus many items are wrong size, colour or defective, if shipping cost is over $5.00 then good luck getting a refund. Just don't install this app, it's ALL Chinese garbage.

Am glad I didn't give my credit card number.( I used PayPal).
Look like a bunch of crooks working together.
They pretend their stuff expensive.
For example; worth 400$ at 30$.
When I received the many things I ordered; the size or the quantity are wrong.
The lowest quality ever seen on market.
Shoes don't last a week.
Fishing equipment; a joke.
Should be banned of web.
A big bull$#*!.
Foolishly I bought from Wish. Am kicking myself for being impulsive because there are so many negative reviews that nobody in their right mind would fall for it. Nothing has arrived. No doubt it's Chinese rubbish anyway and would have ended up in the bin. My priority is to protect my account now because so much of the feedback speaks to them stealing money from your account. Don't understand how these types of thieves can't be banned from the internet.
I don't know why people are leaving so many native feedback ratings but if used wish for 2 years and have ordered many things. I have always got my refunds when needed if item didn't show ECT. Never had any issues. Clothing you need to order a lot larger but read the chart. It's a great place to shop I do recommend
