Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
For a company no contact number number or chat or email. We are looking at a company that probably based somewhere in mt. Everest. I bought one item from them according to the scale it almost there. I don't think ill be buying from here again.
I thought it would be a good idea to have my items delivered to local store. What a MISTAKE! Apparently when Wish came up with pick up time frame they didn't take Covid into mind. Items arrived went to pick up after 14 day quarantine just to find out items were returned and I got a partial credit so they said. This was in January, Monday will be March 1st and still no refund. Never trust low prices because you wind up paying somehow!

Do not order from Wish. They have no way to contact them when parcels are late (a month after due date). The first parcel arrives with no invoice. Given I have 7 small orders and all late, I have no idea of which one this is.

Some things are cheaply made but most are very satisfactory. Cant beat the prices, but i have several items i have ever received nor any reply as to why not. If u want a refund you don't get the mailing rate back.
I got caught up in trying to score a limited items deals stating if you are first person to process payment for it. So I went ahead and ordered about 40-50 items and to no surprise i wasnt first on any of them. Now the worst part is trying to get your refund for each. The only way is to select customer support bot and click through 5 things for each the item and then multiply that times 50 items at about 2 min process click through the support bot and next thing you know an hour and 50 mins have gone by to get my refund.
They purposely made it supper difficult, when they could of let you check off multiple items at once. Then they hold your money for 2 weeks before they return it. Dont waste your time with that site-Go to ebay its much safer and efficient and every item wish has is on ebay for cheaper!
The item in question was refunded after failure to deliver within the stipulated delivery date. There were also few items that also had to be refunded. This gives me mixed feelings when I think of making an order on this site, given my first shopping experience was something that I did not

Every item in my order was way to small. When I contacted customer support they stated I had to pay for return shipping. All is going to Goodwill and valuable lesson learned! If your ordering clothes order 3 sizes larger…. They don't tell you that either. SCAM WARNING

I ordered and paid for three items, one which was a guarantee delivery date of two weeks. I ordered these items in may, They changed the delivery date on me 6 times and always the day before it is to arrive, the last change now is set for Oct! Thats 6 months of them having my money and me not having the merchandise, I have repeatedly asked for my money back in full, 6 months isa ridiculous wait time for anything, everyone else I order from. All over the world seems to have no problem. This can not be legal, Ive got to speak to a lawyer on this company

You never know what you're going to get, some things are exactly what they show, but overall, you get so many that are not, and you pay way too much for the order, after shipping is included. I have stopped shopping with them because I have given away more money than I saved.

Saw an ad for a cooling hat for cheep. Went to site, put it in my cart, and price more than doubled. Raised the item price and added shipping. Then started check out, and they added more shipping. Read reviews and learned their photos show items larger than actual, shipping is way slower than they represent when ordering, and customer service stinks. Decided to avoid this fraudulent Chinese front company.

Bought two items which were totally misrepresented in their website. One was a solar panel which said it produced wattage far in excess of what it could. The second was an IP camera that when delivered was totally unlike the one ordered. In both cases they refunded my money.
Do not fall for their 1$ deals. They add a 1$ shipping fee, hold your money for several days the tell you that you missed out on the time limit for the item. Believe they are earning interest on the thousands of that are sucked in by this scam.

They took my order and charged my credit card immediately and it was the end of their service and responsibilities. The product arrived 3 (!) months later!
They have changed the delivery window multiple times without any notification! They would not accept the return and refund your money. BE AWARE! Your hard earned money is lost with "wish"! Their response was to "save the order" (kids inflammable pool) for next season...

Wish is a pretty amazing shopping app. The prices are unbelievable and the quality of the products is pretty good, sometimes a little iffy but this is rarely. At time items Ive ordered havent arrived, however the refund policy is great and we get to keep the product if it arrives out side the delivery date, so you never lose any money.
I love shopping and right now wish is #1 In my book. I am very satisfied with all my purchase with the ones received and those I revered received but was refunded. That's what I call team work. Keeping your customers happy and coming for more. I'm gonna look now for an antique home phone. I'm wishing they have it.

You may get one bad apple here or there but overall great. The biggest issue is waiting FOREVER to get things. Some come faster than others but ex. Ordered a product on April 10,2020, thought it was coming from within the US but tracking said coming from China and still have not received it. Customer service via email keeps giving me the runaround and extended delivery dates and only gave me the refund for the shipping and now claims if do not receive it by 7/19/2020 reach out to them on 8/3/2020 to get the balance of the refund, this is so insane. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they have yet to hear from them. Please stay away from Wish.com

I placed a product on Wish, which never arrived (still 4 months and counting). When I contacted customer support, they simply said that there's nothing they can do and that it's over their 30-day return policy. I would return the product if I got it in the first place - but now I don't have the product, and they are not willing to return my money. Complete theft!

Two purchases. Only one ever arrived and it was (as many have said) very low quality (a shirt). The other item never arrived and the process of getting a refund is far too onerous. Refunds are only a credit to your account (i. E. you have to spend it on something else on Wish) rather than a credit back to your credit card.
Tip for consumers:
Shipping times are LONG, and half the time the item will not arrive at all. Yes, you will get a refund but only as a credit to your account which forces you to buy something else that you may not receive. You will NOT actually get your money back.

I attempted to make a small purchase on Wish.com. I never received a confirmation email on account creation or order creation. When I attempted to log in, it failed. I did however see the charge appear on my credit card. Using their 'contact' link results in automated responses that ask you wait for up to three weeks for a refund. Three weeks later, no refund has been provided, and I still get automated responses to my attempts to contact them. Luckily, the purchase was not too large, but learn from my mistake - do NOT attempt to purchase anything on this site; you are literally giving away your money.

I ordered 4 different items for my son, all of which said they would be here before Christmas. I still have not received any of them. At first it said delivery would be 12/22 then 12/24, then 12/27 then 12/30 now it says 1/5, I am really starting to think this sight is a total scam
Understand what the app is first. Products are from China and take a while to be delivered. Sizes are referred to Chinese so u usually need to buy 1 or 2 sizes larger. I've had no problems so far and Im level 7 so I've bought several things mostly cheap small gadgets or cloths. With that said the pictures are misleading some times but if you read the description it clarifies what it is you are buying.
They say they have a 5 star guarantee, but will make you run around for a month - have you pay to ship back then never respond again. I finally had to file an incident with PayPal to get my money back. Stay away from this vendor. Products are junk and company is awful to deal with.
