Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
It's cheap Chinese factory $#*!. Literally the same as stuff on taobao or their international reseller aliexpress but marked up way more.
Guys if you're going to pay for garbage you can get it way cheaper from the source.

Bought a ding dong door camera. From wish waited weeks. Arrived well packed but has not got charging point or memory slot. Put batteries in lasted two days thought i had it made so if it seems to good to true?
We place an order every month. Sometimes up to 200.Its cheap same stuff over here but l say about 50% cheaper.or more stuff you could not afford you can here.My number one store... it is like it cuts out the middle man.
Items are always way too small and are never quite the same as pictured. They have refunded my money several times but only as site credit. Now I'm flagged for excessive refunds and can't even contact customer service. I tried to attach photos here but it didn't work.
Terrible customer service. Don't give refunds when item doesn't arrive. Or is defective. Most of the items are tat and not at all what is pictured do not order from this site unless you want to be ripped off.
I would ask that you consider buying something locally in a department store instead of shopping on Wish. Yes, I've gotten some good things from them; however, the bad far outweighs the good.
My experience has been that the dresses are too short or made where they won't fit someone who has hips. Leggings are too tight. Button holes are made/sewn wrong. Cheap material that rips easily. Swim wear is too small. Sizes on Wish are Chinese sizes - not Western sizes, so the clothes don't fit you right. Plus, it takes any where from 2 to 5 weeks to get to you depending on the vendor's shipping method: air vs sea. I've had 3 items lost before. Wish did give me my money back quickly, so I can't complain about that.
Anyway, it's best to buy locally - and check the labels on the clothes. If it says "Made in China" opt for something made elsewhere - preferably your home country. Contribute to your own economy and help build it up one purchase at a time.
Had a lot of fun shopping in Wish! Best prices you will find anywhere. Wish is indeed the most fun app to browse on my entire phone! Easy refunds if anything goes wrong and world class customer service.
Items still not received yet. I work in the shipping industry and visit these crap Chinese companies all the time. Wish doesn't even have a customer service number for you to call. Trash business, you've been warned.
Placed 2 orders, both transactions were immediately paid via my Visa. Received NO email from either vendor and have not received either item after a month. Called the 800 number "not currently offering phone support". Worst experience ever. Beware of this site, I'll never use it again. Terrible.

No complaints about using the site. It's just all total garbage from China and other third world countries. The stuff is cheap, so remember you get what you pay for. I was very surprised to see some pricier items like furniture on there. It's a huge junk store.
Wish is a legit company. You always get your product however don't be surprised if it's not the exact same quality you may have expected. I just wish, no pun intended, they didn't charge separate shipping charges. I ended up spending $84 on 6 items that actually only amounted to about $50. Other than that I have loved all their stuff.
Great experience shopping on Wish. I don't have anything negative to say. Although the 9 o'clock give away thing could use some work. I've tried to get something and everything is all gone before my phone loads.
False advertising re quality, and then no way to return / get in contact with customer service. Terrible experience, as per usual, when dealing with Chinese suppliers / a company that only cares about getting your money.

I have purchased a number of items and have had no issues at all. Any questions are answered quickly. If you need your order ASAP, then don't order because it can take a while. Overall my experience with wish is good.
I tried for 3 weeks to get a refund and it never happened! Terrible Customer Service! Just AWFUL! Please do not give them your credit card number when setting up an account. It will be charged! This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, by far.

After reading thousands of negative reviews why would anyone buy anything from them. I did not, but someone stole my Venmo card number and used it on Wish. Wish emailed me garbage and won't return the money.

Stay away. Or flush money down the toilet. It will be the same.

My advise after purchasing at least 12 different products from electronic tonics to clothing. Not worth your money. Clothing poor quality and most likely under sized, shoes same and again sizing off all of this while careful following size charts. Other items failing to arrive. Electronics, poor quality with very basic functions, such as smart watches. If you are lucky enough that the item is working, don't expect it to last long. To be honest if you are after a bargain, shop local within your own country, you will find more satisfaction better quality and a real guarantee, because look their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's printed on. You will end up paying more returning an item to them, this to include custom charges returning it to them. Avoid all together.!
Worst shopping experience of my life. Product was delivered damaged and ended up being counterfeit junk. Contacted support more times than I can count and kept receiving polite promises of assistance and resolution which it now appears must be generated by some kind on automated system as nobody who actually read my complaints could be that stupid. If you shop through Wish, you will get ripped off. Sta far, far, away!
Over a few years I have purchased items from Wish, always making sure nothing over $10 in case of problems. And up until now so far so good. I broke I own rule and ordered sneakers - wrong size - 6.5 instead of 8.5, useless. I reported this on their web site and received no response. I also could not find any reference to asking about a follow up update. I just found their 1-866 # on this site and called it. First it rang out, then I tried again. Amazing I guy answered, I told him why I was calling. The conversation went like this: "I need to return the shoes. He asked me how much I paid for them $19. He then said "You called the wrong number!" So I said "what do you mean"? Too late - he had hung up on me! Go figure.
I have ordered items since Jan 2018. The quality is as described the delivery has been fast.The diverse prices are always in reach.
I just wish that there was a way to order at your site pay in USA and send to different address like Mexico or Philippines.
Some products & deliveries are good but some others are awful, especially with clothes. I ordered 2 baby outfits, that never arrived. Contacted Wish 6 weeks later, they cannot do anything because i should have contacted them less than a month after goods being sent. As it is the approximate delivery time span, this is totally unfair.
Ive ordered many items on wish and as of yet Ive never been let down. Some items take a little longer to receive than others but everything arrives within the estimated delivery date so definitely happy with that also
I got 4 pairs of shoes here and love them. Few dresses. Can't wait for my bathing suits to arrive. Getting classic Nintendo with 400 games in it. It'll bring back childhood memories. Waiting on some tank tops too. They will be so nice for when I go away for the summer
