Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Item description was 50 pcs of face mask and I bought 2. After almost 2 months, they sent me 2 single mask instead of 100 pcs. Can you imagine how much those low quality mask cost me? Costumer service also doesn't do anything and mostly is just an automated answers from the system.

I ordered a vest off wish. According to the shipping it said it should take a month. The delivery date goes by and i get a e-mail saying my item has been sitting at us customs for 3 weeks. Are you $#*!ing kidding me? I got my money back but still pissed. This site is a complete $#*!ing joke!
The Wish app is very easy to use and buy cute clothes and other things for a cheap price. The only downside would be that you have to wait several weeks until u get your item, so your gonna need a lot of patience.
I've ordered quite a few things from the site, they've only lost one item and customer service was very nice about it. Not only did I get my refund day but they told me if the item were to arrive I'd get to keep it free of charge. Now I would look at the item description, the sizing chart and the reviews before making a purchase. Also, check the stores review. Can't be to careful :)
I placed an order in December for an item that I thought looked pretty cool. It didn't look like that traditional 'cheap' item you buy that you automatically know is coming from China, and it was definitely not priced that way. After reading their shipping policy, and waiting the appropriate number of days, I wrote to find out why I still never had a tracking number. I finally was given one another week later (it's now a month after purchase, 2 weeks after they indicate I should see tracking info), and I was told to wait up to 45 days to receive my item. What? This is going to be TWO MONTHS after purchase. No where on the website does it say it will take this long. Plus, the tracking number is bogus. I finally got a refund after submitting a claim with Paypal. I was done with them. I'm not sure if they really sell anything or if they just take money. Can you say SCAM?
I was looking to buy 4 kimono style shirts and Wish.com had some great looking ones. They advertised that the shirts would be delivered within 3 days. Perfect b/c didn't want to order form China. I ordered and when I checked the tracking, sure enough China and over 2 mi the til they would be delivered. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Wanted these shirts for summer, now looks like I will have them for fall. I'm furious and regret not doing my research before I buying. Never again will I use Wish.com

Shipping takes MONTHS. Products you order are either nothing (absolutely nothing) as described or is the cheapest version of what you ordered there could possibly be.
Placed an order in April. It's almost August. Nothing. The one thing I did receive, gave it to my dog to eat.

Useless Customer Service. I was sent the wrong colour shorts, but they think that sending an alternative is acceptable. I also found wish.com was 'simplified' to the point of being too hard to actually use as a viable shopping tool and I will no longer use this site.

Wish carries everything under the sun just about! I have ordered a ton from them mostly because of their great marketing. They reward you with discounts for buying. They notify you thru their app of new deals and rewards.
Keep in mind, most items as Asian size so usually order up a size or two. The prices are so low, as long as you keep this in mind, you will get some cool items. Not just clothes but tools, housewares, lots of unique kitchen gadgets.
Everything takes a while to get to you so just give them at least a full month the majority of the things show up. If it does not, just let them know thru their app or email and you get refunded really quickly.
I had to give them 5 stars for the great service and fun items and how they keep you coming back for more. Do not be turned off by reviews about small sizes and long wait times. Just realize it ahead of time and you will be happy what you can get for very little money.
I have ordered several items, knowing the product would ship from China, I expected delays... Here's the rub. One item was shipped to a different address and I tracked it to the destination (not my house). When I notified Wish, they shut down my access to customer service and now I have not received any items but they sure took all my money. When I email customer service, I get a reply that they will forward to the proper people. Don't know who those losers are but nothing has happened after 20 emails and almost a hundred dollars lost. Please go to the dollar store for your stuff or Amazon where customers are taken care of.
I love using Wish, especially for little kitchen gadgets. I dont always have really high expectations because the prices are so low, but a lot of the items Ive received have been really good quality. If you can wait for shipping, its a great way to save money.
I would give them zero Stars if possible. On December 27th my account was hacked. The information changed. And my wish dollars spent by the hacker. I have let wish know multiple times through email and all they ever do is say we're sorry to hear you're having trouble please reset your password. They're clearly not even reading the emails. I have ordered multiple things from them and I can tell you that all of it is cheap imitations of the real deal. I will never order anything from them again. Beware! If your account is hacked and your wish dollars stolen they will not help you.
Hi I used wish and my item arrived all good 4 months later the card I used got hacked by wish, on the weekend at about midnight 17 wish transactions went through random amounts climbing each time they got $856 dollars from me luckily I got it quick and cancelled my card. Now weird parcels are arriving from wish clothing no tags, no letters random stuff. I think they have stolen my identity. They attempted to hack my account by putting PayPal amounts of $0 a few days before and even tried to take $250 out under a paypal transaction

I brought multiple items between the beginning of April through early May. Till this day, 6/8/20, the promised delivery dates have changed 10 different times for each of the 18 items purchased (have screen shots), some times 2 times in 12 hours. When I tried to cancel, they refused saying they are on the way (most were supposed to be here in under 2 weeks). I also sent 6 emails, no response from the company. They provide no tracking numbers for the US, just China.

I will never order clothes again from wish.com. Their online plus sizes were not even close to fitting... much too small! However, they happily refunded my money. I may try to order other items that are not clothing related.
Everything has been great yet there are a few that where very cheaply made, fake, wrong item, broke, ageing creams are a joke, some jewelry turned black so no buying jewelry stick with home stuff socks and so on
Found out after ordering that all Wish sales for that item were infact fakes. They were the same price as genuine ones so very disappointed. Then it never turned up anyway! But glad Wish responded quickly to the refund.
Seriously i kept having calls from China asking me if i asked for a loan of $10,000. Every single day I'd get calls asking the same thing. The products are sometimes good but omg don't trust this site ever!
My first order was only $1 earrings... been a month nothing, a dollar is not much 'til you multiply by millions. Just go to your local dollar store or better yet hit the Thrift store and get better quality
This company is a scam, you have to place orders individually so you end up paying shipping on each item you order. I made 4 orders non of them came in then when you try to contact them all you get is automated messages. I only received a credit for the shipping cost. The delivery dates are set to almost a month out putting the item beyond refund policy. This is a total scam!

I've ordered lots of things off wish and I have received them all. Im happy with everything I got. Some things did take a while to get to me and thats ok seeing as its coming from china. But not all sellers are in china. I see that some people have had bad experiences but there's always a risk with buying online. If your paying a few bucks for something that's normally expensive of course its gonna be made cheaply. You get what you pay for, people seem to forget that.
My order originally said it would arrive in two weeks. It has now been updated three times, and is so far four months overdue. It is never within 30 days of the arrival date so as per the refund policy I cannot cancel my order. My tracking info has my item sitting at the China departure hub (wherever that is) for two months now. Listen, pay a few extra dollars and order from ANY other company. I have now officially learned my lesson after being stung twice! Wish is a nightmare.

I ordered a men's watch ($17) on May 13,2020. Still don't have it and each time I ask, its coming next month. This company should be outlawed for being so unethical. Ironically, the same watch is on their website today with a delivery date of September, 6. Avoid this company, they may be bankrupt soon.

I waited over a month for my item to arrive, only to see the shipping date keep getting extended. I contacted customer support. They replied within one hour with knowledge of the order. They offered to refund my money and let me keep the item if it arrives since it has "already shipped." From my initial email to my refund... less than 3 hours. So, if you're willing to possibly not get your item, but know that you should be getting refunded if you don't, it's worth a try.
Product was clearly a counterfeit. Took over a month of back and forth to resolve with their support. Very disingenuous policy and they force you to remove any PayPal claims before they will consider a refund. Dishonest.
