Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I have contacted Wish at least 10 times on how I cannot receive shipping and order confirmation emails. Every time they were unhelpful, gave me next to nonsense simple remedies that a 5 year old would know that never worked. As it stands, since the brick wall of customer service isn't either understanding what I am saying due to their lack of basic English or they do not care enough to audit my account and find a remedy, I have in app notifications only to go.

Its a hit and miss. Sometimes you get lucky but mostly their pretty poor.
No customer service and terrible delivery. May 6 order not delivered by June 19. Can't request a refund until after "last estimated delivery date," which they keep changing just before it comes due. Today's estimate is July 6.

Short version of aggravation.
No way I spent 100$. Added 36$ that included counterfeit SD cards, items I did not order, etc in fact same type item from different sellers. I only needed one card reader not five
While perusing items wish cancelled items I wanted ( they were in stock)
Lastly I heard sellers ripped off too
Any way conclusion the make up and merchandise is made in China.
Go to local store or their online store and buy from reputable company. I like rite aide. One can return cosmetics, even if used
They sent me the wrong item. No way to contact them except their online request form. Never got a response after 5 emails! No refund.
Total scam company. Sells cheap versions of products and has extremely misleading photos of items and sizes.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to eBay or elsewhere for deals.
Was referred to Wish by a friend. Bought lots of great cheap stuff from different categories. FREE shipping! No problems with payment. Prompt email notification of receipts. Now I just have to wait for the package to arrive. Here's hoping products are good as described.

Products for sale are often not available. They then offer alternatives that bare no resemblance to original order. Customer service is a waste of time.

They offer a deal where the first item sold per day is only. 50. If your not the first order of the day you get a refund. Seems risk free and simple. What's to lose I thought. I went crazy buying hundreds of. 50 items hoping I would win at least a couple or a few maybe. None. I won nothing but that's not the bad part! I heard nothing for days so I finally poked around the Wish site and hidden in an obscure Notifications area were 400+ messages telling me I hadn't won and then said... Start the action of a REFUND. The process takes about 5 mins... EACH! I now have to go through this process over 400 times. I think they count on us lazy Americans saying "screw it, it's only
50 cents" and then they've score (in my case $249)thousands from us morons for giving us ZERO in return.

My experience with wish.com (via their phone app), has so far been excellent. All items have arrived, one didn't last very long but it only cost me £2 so I'm not too bothered. A more expensive item was faulty on arrival, I contacted customer services and within an hour I had received a full refund and the return address was here in the UK! Definitely not a scam!
I wish I had read reviews before buying. Site said nothing about product shipping from China. Took almost 2 months to get here. I ordered 3 products for the kitchen. None of them work as they should. Sealer doesn't seal, 5 blade scissor doesn't cut. Blades are too close together. Lastly the Rotary Multi-function peeler will only take chunks so small they are useless. All items are pure garbage. The worst $39 I've ever spent. Nothing about my purchase deserves even 1 star.

Same as all the other reviews. Do not give credit card numbers to this site. They draw you in with one or two successful orders then watch out! Fake orders on your account, huge delays on shipping from products you never ordered. No customer service. Agree, Liars and Thieves. I cant believe this company is still able to operate.

Placed my first order in March/April of this year and delivery was to be in June, till date I deeply regret the order has not been received. Trying to desperately to contact their customer service, but they have none. Just seems another bad debt. Stay away from them.

Should have came here read reviews before purchasing items but lucky im with capital one... items look like they running around china, some say arrived at airport, others havent even shipped after a week 1 out of 8 items arrived early though but still told capital one to dispute my entire purchase so please dont buy from wish.
The cheap prices were too good to be true. Anything shipped from China is a bad sign. So I had ordered 7 blouses... only 6 were delivered and NONE of them were the same as advertised. They sent me items that looked similar but quality was super poor. Piece of crap. I ended up giving them all away. I will never buy from this site ever again.
I ordered 3 items received only 1 one was never shipped one never arrived. When I did not receive my stuff had to look around for replacements. And found it cheaper on amazon. So be warned this company will rip you off that's the only thing they are good at
Customer service is completely useless and basically automated! Items are cheap but rarely arrive. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere. They can never track your package, always shows it's still in China, 3 months after I ordered it. Beyond frustrated, absolutely no more purchases for this lady!

Very poor, got a child toy not the self defense high voltage torch that was described in listing. Then a slingshot I ordered came as a cheap nasty wood product instead of steel one pictured. Item listings dont match products sent so feeling rather ripped off frankly.
Every single item I've ordered on wish came a month or so later. I was used to my items coming late! However, this particular time, my items never showed. The money was taken out of my account 6 months ago, & I STILL haven't received my items. They've even been taken off of the ''my orders' list. I contacted customer support (through email of course because they don't have "real people" on the phone) and I've been going back and forth with them for days. They keep saying that I've extended the refund date which is NOT any fault of mine. I'm speaking with different representatives each day & they all continue to tell me "have you any problems with future deliveries, contact us immediately." What about NOW! I'm never buying from wish again. I used to be a VERY proud customer, but this time, they've done it. If you want to KEEP your hard earned money, don't buy from here.
Once I downloaded the app I received SO many spam emails! They obviously share your email with other sites! Plus the items I ordered took forever to get here. It's cheesy crap from China. If you want cheap crap go ahead! Personally, I would not recommend this website to my worst enemy. Stay away for sure! Still waiting for the outdoor mat that says "$#*! Off". Lol! Well said. Right!
For years I've order the same cheesy items from eBay. Wish has better prices but you have to expect cheap crap if you're only spending a few bucks. Also, China sizes are much smaller than American. Most items do state this, at least the ones I've seen. I'm not defending them as I have gotten some pretty questionable items but buyer beware.
Horrible service, non sense responses, they don't listen, making mistakes on orders, but taking money right away! Charging delivery for each item, then putting in one bag. All skin products under brand names are imitation! Avoid avoid!

Average products and had to wait ages for delivery. 1 item outstanding over 2 months later. Unable to submit a review of 1 star. Not going to give it anymore than that! Update - November - never delivered item - cash refund refused. Wouldn't buy anything from this bunch of jokers - ever! Avoid like the plague. Cheap Chinese crap!

I had bought several items including a poster and necklace. Both arrived quickly, yes. But neither were great quality and what was described in the shop. Wish is pretty much a glorified scam with all their products made cheaply in China.
I've ordered about 20 times from them. 1 bag was faulty, one went to the wrong address so I never received and another item for household never arrived. Wish refunded my PayPal no questions asked. Excellent customer service.
I bought lots of jewellery which I love. Good quality.
I tried Wish. Never again. They took my 13.00 and promised delivery by July 26 2021. Nope. Finally received 1 wrench. Out of and order of 800 pieces toolkit. Spoke to agent. Was told the rest was not coming. Why? Would not say. Refund. Wait another 10days for money to be returned. I bought on June 4th. Terrible service.

Finally got my order but their Admin really onerous and can't be bothered!? Admin kept asking me to send snapshots of my bank account with extra Direct Debit, even after I'd submitted twice before; so just gave up exasperated!
