Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I ordered my item in late November. Delivery was promised by December 2,2016. Never came. Then it was promised by December 30. Didn't come. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support. What a joke! Their response emails just say "refund processed". HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER. SERVICE!
I so far have not had a problem with the Wish app and neither has my fiance. I recommend that you check reviews on EVERY item you are thinking of purchasing so you don't end up with a bad item. I have only purchased items with awesome reviews because I am aware the entire site is sketchy! I would rather play safe then pissed passed off sorry. Otherwise everything i have ordered was awesome and always showed up.
I bought a Slimming Massager and the battery door won't close with the batteries in it. I wrote to find out how to return it as the package had all Chinese writing on it but I never heard anything back from them and that's been 2 or 4 weeks ago. I will never, ever get another item from them and will be posting my experience on Face Book and throwing the lousy item in the trash. Thanks for nothing Wish.com.
Tried to find t -shirt (Agatha Christie's Poirot with quote about little grey cells) When I googled these shirts Wish had one at $11. Clicked to their site, the price jumped up to $15. Then went to checkout to see shipping costs, the price jumped to $27! WHAT? No one answering the phone but no mention that number not working. Tried to email and that not working. Don't need Poirot to figure out the clues. Will never shop with them.
Great place to get any thing you can think of. If any problems they fix fast. Items from the customer service is awesome. I have won about 5 items from the daily giveaway. Coolest and up to date products around.
I am a repeat customer of Wish - I got reeled in on the" first item free, just pay shipping" but what has kept me coming back is how quickly customer service takes care of issues. Normally my items come on time or early. If they don't make it by the delivery date, I inform customer service and I am credited back immediately and told if the item does arrive to keep it as a gift for the trouble I have gone through. I haven't found any other site that is US based that will do that for the customer. The website clearly states there will be a wait for the items, there is no "rush" shipping. But I have done price comparisons, if I want to pay more and not wait, I will order from somewhere else, but most of the time I don't need what I have ordered that quickly. I recommend them and will continue to purchase from Wish.
I ordered a romper from this site. It was estimated to take a month to get here but it only took two weeks. It ended up not being big enough for me and when I asked them to exchange it they ended up giving me a full refund and letting me keep the one that didn't fit. I'm not sure what all these people are saying it's fraud for? I had a good experience and I plan to purchase from this site again. The sizes are in "Asian sizes" that's what they call them. So you should order 2 sizes bigger than what you normally wear.
Purchased valence didn't fit was in contact with them as far as returning item I was unable to print return label tried for 3 weeks in the meantime the put it on as wish credit card. This order started the end of May June they contact me and tell me that I owe them 150.00 for an 80.00 item and if I don't settle now that I will be turned over to collection. Be smart don't ever use this site!
They were selling something for 2$, then charged me 139$, refused to refund, blocked my account and they keep lying and giving up excuses. Paypal say they can't help. Every employee i talked to is a parasite to our society.

I decided to give this site a try but man was I wrong! I am getting married in 4 days so I placed the order 2 months ago and still waiting for my order.It was supposed to arrive at the end of May but now we are in JUNE. Avoid this site, no ones answers the phone and customer support doesn't help.
I have purchased A LOT from wish, most of my experience has been good few things not the greatest.
I wish that the history section was more user friendly, when you have ordered 2 pages of items and you need to rate it's a pain to go through them all. If the items that you have received and rated be better if they moved lower down or something so you don't scroll through all your items over again.
I have ordered multiple items of this site. Most of it never arrived after waiting 30 + days. Yes i got my refund. But what is the point of shopping on wish when you never get your stuff. It's a joke. And even the stuff you do get is low in quality.
Save your cash. Save your time. Just don't bother

I bought a shower head from Wish in May which was severely damage, and I believe had previously been used and returned to Wish. I can't tell you how many emails went back and forth with Wish asking for more and more information, and then they would change the customer service person, who would ask me for the same information over and over again. And it just went on and on. The end result as of today, a final farewell to the worst company that I have ever dealt with. This is an absolutely genuine review. I have kept all of the correspondence in order to verify my claim EBay have delivered an identical shower head to my home today. If need be I can send you by seperate mail photos etc. Never ever deal with Wish again!

In the beginning Wish seemed to have good products I thought. Now the photos they show for products aren't of the real item you receive. If you want more than 1 of the same item they will charge you postage for each item even if it is a plastic pot and come in the same bag. I've noticed too that when they the parcels leave China they are combining different items in one bag. It's difficult to get a refund as they send you a generic " we feel the store has lived up to expectations however you can rate your experience blah blah blah... I think it's better to pay a little more from a reputable company, get a quality product and pay one shipping charge and actually receive the item you wanted. In the photo I've submitted the shirt they said they were selling was 100 per cotton, the photo had a denim slightly faded look and the material looked tough like denim, they described it as a viking fashion shirt.

I place an order for a temporal infrared thermometer see the pictures below I received, customer service is telling me according to their info I received the right product. Looking at both items you can clearly see what was ordered and what was received. Horrible service and return policy, lead time and no one to talk to

Well to start wish has me at a love hate relationship. Yes its true you get what you pay for but at times on certain clothes o have bought some have been brand name with the usa tags on them at quadrupled the price that I bought it for. But for the hate part is half my orders get lost in shipping. Don't get me wrong I love how I get refunded for them if it's past a certain day limit so that's awesome but make me not want to try again. They have gotten on top of their game in the last few by now asking if you received the item and if not do you want a refund. I also like how they say if you still receive the item keep it as a gift. So still I'll continue to buy from them. I just wished orders would stop getting lost in the mail cause seriously. That's what kills me
Don't waste your money in this store. I ordered $90 worth in merchandise and I was so upset when I opened the package. The stuff were so small that it looks like it was toys or someone was playing a prank on me. I'm very very disappointed, so please don't buy stuff from here you'll regret it.

I am waiting for my order almost 2 months. Every 2 weeks they change date of arriving. One of item is in UK from 9 of June but still they didn't send it to me! Waste of time. I am really regret that I didn't buy items on eBay. I tried to save a few pounds and now I even don't know if I ever get my order :(

I waited for over 2.5 mos. For several items! Wish used my $$ free of charge! Its obvious Wish is taking consumers $$ claiming to sell products but instead using our money then allegedly give the consumer a refund once they realize they can no longer keep using our funds while we wait for products that were never sent! The deadline dates expire and they just tell you to wait longer. Its not until you complain that they decide to give you a refund. This is fraudulent and will be reported to the Department of Consumer Affairs! Simply outrageous!

They take your money and then they do not update the status of your orders. I have been waiting 6 weeks for one item and over a month for 6 others that I ordered. All they can say via an automated bot is they're sorry. But no refund has been forthcoming and I doubt I will ever see my purchases and if I do they will be sorely out of date because it is most likely that it will be Fall or Winter before I see my summer items.

I have been back and forth withthis company for over 2 weeks. They take 2 to 3 business to reply to each question. They refuse to send me a return label unless I provide them with various support materials not clearly explained right at the onset. So I am 2 weeks in, approaching a no return deadline, and they still have not provided me with a return label. Beyond frustrating. The item is new, unused, still in its wrapper. There is no one on the phone. It is all virtual. Never ever again, and I buy a ton of stuff online.

My item was what I expected. I ordered 3 kitchen tools that I bet they sell at Bed Bath & Beyond and paid 10 dollars for all of them. The packaging was just OK, but I got my items in under 3 weeks and I was informed by Wish along the way.
I find myself having a ton of fun shopping on Wish and have gotten at least 6 friends addicted.
I strongly recommend this app.
I have bought about 20 items basically being tricked out into buying spree (discounts, timing pressure etc). Some items are of acceptable quality but many of them are just useless gadgets with basically not acceptable quality of performance. The worst product I received was "robotic" vacuum cleaner Zhenbao. I have paid for that 60$ but the real value is just ZERO $! Many other items with low price tag (advertised as 90% plus discount) are also of similar value. For example the watch I bought, was just a disaster.

I ordered several items through the app and only received a few of them. The rest never arrived. They asked me at some point if I wanted to keep waiting. Since they weren't time-sensitive, I said I would wait. Five months later they are still not here. The tracking number shows that the are still in China! I asked for my money back but they said that they are sorry, since I am beyond the 30 days of shipment that they can't refund my money. I checked their refund policy and it says that the refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery. This is a very unscrupulous business, ripping people off. I disputed it with PayPal. Waiting for a resolution. I will NEVER use this app again! And the items that I did receive were such poor quality that they literally broke the first day my daughter used them.

This site is so cheap, however the products usually reflect the cost. I have received a few goods that are awesome, so to say it is hit or miss is more than fair. The shipping normally takes over a month because everything comes from China. I LOVE to online shop, so this site is kind of fun for me to find stupid things without blowing a ton of money.
