Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
If you like to trash your money order any item from this fraudulent company. None of their advertising item matches to the items arrived. I don't know why they are not shut down yet and still stealing money from hard working people's money
Never do business with these internet crooks your order take months only to get the wrong or missing item in your order. I will never buy from Wish ever again.

Items tend to be cheap but shipping is the glitch, even with that, you have to wait 2-3 months to get an item, and to top it off they are not always delivered so if you re-order, good luck waiting 3 more months
Have very bad service, their products takes a lot in to get or not come when fail put the option to wait but lost one refund because you will be passing one date, many products never come and is lost my money ni
Most of the time my purchases have been great. Every now and then not so much. But thats not often. Very happy with customer service when items not received and refund is given right away make you feel safe when purchasing. Thank you
The people complaining must not realize this is direct from china shipping. Not the quality control outsourced stuff. It's cheap chinese clowns. Also look at shipping times. Yes be prepared to wait up to a few months. You get what you pay for.
Clothing items are not even leaving their destination, starting to feel like I'm bank rolling and interest scheme. I have notified customer assistance of this situation and it hasn't changed. However other products have arrived 99% of the time and have been well priced and good quality.
This site is the worst they don't back up their refund policy. I have contacted them several time via email and have never gotten a response. The items are not sized properly. And are poor quality. So I have in other words donated $40.00 dollars to someone.
I have heard many people say they are nervous about ordering from Wish. I have ordered multiple things and never had an issue. Some items look cheap but remember what you're paying for the item. Overall I love this site and will continue to order from Wish.
The shipping is ridiculous. They say it will take 3 months. My wife ordered from another Chinese site and it came within weeks so there is no excuse. I have also ordered from Europe several times with no issues. Thank God I spent a little over $10.

I have ordered several times from this company. At first they were fine... I really liked most of their jewelry. Then my orders stopped showing up... after I paid for them. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because they were over 3 months late. Obviously the items are not showing up. I was told they had been shipped and were on the way. Well... that was back in November... it is now June. I tried to contact them again to request a refund and they had disabled all communication for those items. I deleted them ap... I will no longer order from this company. Save your money!
An order has been placed without my knowledge! Today I was checking my account and noticed a $59.01 debit from wish! I went on the site and checked and noticed that 2 items I was checking and probably put into my basket was purchased with an expensive shipping fee I never confirm!($22 shipping!).
I contacted online customer service and even though one of them was not shipped put yet, they did not cancel it!
This is fraud! Everyone should know and be careful. Do not even sin up with your credit info!

No help whatsoever from customer support after selling me half a product under false advertising. To actually refusing a return as they only sent me a pole from an entire workout set as advertised for over £40.00. Then to thank me for my cooperation after messaging them what an embarrassment there service is. Truly horrific experience. Avoid their glamourous advertising as you will be massively dissapointed. I have had great luck and lower prices with wish. Keep in mind you get what your paying for but over all all my purchases were all great ones. If your wanting a good quality item then go pay for the top end item some where else.
Tip for consumers:
Your paying so little it is worth the chance of getting something you do not like. Average it out of over all purchases.
I'd give Wish 5 stars if the shipping was faster, but aside from that everything I've ordered has arrived on time and in good condition. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for! People complain constantly about the poor quality of the items they ordered, but honestly what do you expect? You can't pay $2 for chiffon shirt and then be surprised when you find it's missing a button. For me, Wish is perfect. It has everything I need, and you can't go wrong with the pricing.
I decided to try to save some money and do my Christmas shopping early this year. I was originally attracted to Wish's low prices but buyer beware! They change the price on you when you go to place your order and so far the items I have received have been made of cheap materials and have not been exactly as pictured for what I ordered. Extremely disappointed and will never use this site again!

I love the prices on wish. However shipping per item detracts from that, and makes ordering more expensive than it needs to be. I have been able to get some of those same items at ebay for the same or better price plus free shipping. Also, promo codes are hard to find unless you want to open new accounts. It would be nice to have access to better codes that don't expire so quickly.
I love shopping with this site. Only problem I have is when buying items under a time limit. Sometimes, the photo doesn't match the product. I thought I got a great deal on a gift, but think I ordered the wrong one. I'll have to wait and see. Even when things have not lived up to expectations, the customer service team bent over backwards to make me satisfied. Thats why ill always use Wish.
What you think your ordering is not always what finally arrives after a month. I'm sure some of the items come as advertised but for me that didn't happen. The buyer reviews on the app are fake. They all say the same thing. Just look and see how many are similar if not the same. All I'm saying is becareful. They don't make return and refund easy. One item I ordered was a bottle of cologne and I got a sample of perfume.

Twice now I have ordered items on Wish and not received them after several months of waiting. They kept deferring the arrival date, and hoping they'd deliver, I kept allowing them to push the date back. In the end after placing an order in Feb 2020, and expecting a short arrival, I had to ask for a refund four months later! They have the audacity to tell you that you can get a partial refund, even months after waiting. It seems to me that it's a fancy way of gaining money they didn't earn. With US currency at the strength it is, if these goods are shipped by Chinese sellers then it it's easy to see how people can end up getting money for undelivered good. It's the price of a promise. Wish Leadership needs to vet, tank, certify sellers using their platform with a rigorous method of auditing performance. This will keep cheaters out of the game, or at least make it extremely difficult to participate on their platform. I'll NEVER USE WISH AGAIN!

My daughter introduced me to WISH. I thought it was going to be a rip-off, but so far I have been wrong. Everything has been received, of course it was three maybe four weeks, but it was as expected per the shipping info. Every item, ranging from clothing, shoes, jewelry and makeup was of decent or good quality. We love this APP, and use it frequently.
This is the first time in 15 years that I am giving a negative review to win online shopping experience. Items are substandard even for the price, & forget the shipping. You wait forever and they have no idea where your order is. I am still waiting for one item of the only order they will ever get from me. I recommend SheIn if you want to have a great shopping experience for minimum expenditure. Just stay away from wish.com whatever you do.

Have ordered several times. Items always late, ETA changes several times. Quality of clothes very poor. They quit responding to my refund requests and I still haven't received the item after several weeks.
I do enjoy shopping on Wish website. It's nice to be able to see all types of things.
I enjoy buying things that I can't find just anywhere and getting some pretty good prices on things that I've seen other places for a lot more money.
I do think they could do a little better tracking shipments and also, I'm not happy with a price showing up and then when you go into it it cost more money, mostly in clothing
