Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I've ordered 4 times that have never arrived, I've also cancelled 5 items from previous order within 24hr of making order and still haven't received a refund or other said items. The items are cheap because their poor quality and material. Refund policy isn't accurate at all this app/website is a scam your refund isn't guaranteed!
I tentatively ordered from here expecting the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the items are very cheap looking, but what do you expect for the prices. A few items were actually quite decent. One of my favorite dresses came from here. Another positive is that if the item is not as described, the customer service is excellent about replacing it without charging you to ship it back. I don't use this site for everything, but if I like something and the reviews on that item are decent, then I do order it.
Wish's 30-day refund policy was useless to me when my items did not arrive within that time. At the 30-day mark, the company asked me to be patient and wait a bit longer. I acted in good faith and kept waiting. I followed up (contacted customer service) each month I did not see my items, and they kept asking me to be patient. Now, 5 months later, I've finally had enough and asked for a refund. They said that my request was made after the 30-day period and thus cannot be honoured. Do not order from them.
You have to remember at these prices you are not getting top quality products. I have ordered many things like bathing suits, bags, blouses beach covers etc and liked them all If anything was not as written I wrote to customer service and either I returned at their expense or they gave me the credit. Do people think they are dealing with Neiman Marcus st these prices? They need to be realistic. I will continue to shop with them!
I love the fact that they always have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price but what I feel you need to get better is at tracking information and how long the items come after the actual purchase date. The tracking information is always horrible never precise and sometimes hard to understand so you really still don't know when your package is coming until you get a yellow slip at the door saying your package is here but it didn't fit in your mailbox please retrieve at local post office other than that I love wish and I will continue to purchase.
I ordered mop heads from them on April 4,2020. It is now June 21 and I have not received any indication that the order has left China or arrived in the US. I tried to cancel the order on April 5th after receiving a notice that suggested the delivery may take some time. They would not allow me to cancel. My last communication to them replied that I should wait until July and if it has not shown by then I should contact them again. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

If you are in no hurry and don't expect to die this year, it may be worth the wait. Otherwise, go to any other website to buy what you need.

Wish has been good to me, I've ordered so many things in the past few months, some have come quickly, others not so quickly, but all of them have been delivered before the delivery dates. Their clothes are a little on the smaller side, I have to order 1 or 2 sizes up sometimes. I can admit that some items are a little misleading, but for the most part everything is good, especially for the price charged. Not many complaints. I'm very pleased!

Just be patient, some items might take a while.
A friend had told me about this Wish app and I have seen it on Pinterest as well. I ordered a t-shirt, trousers & jeans... All came in earlier than expected delivery date which was great. The t-shirt was a low quality, but the jeans and trousers turned out perfect! Glad I went with my gut instead of listening to the reviews below me. Definitely made a good purchase and good experience.

For people whose order did not work out - it could be the person or store you're buying from and not the app itself.
I own a small dress boutique and decided to give Wish a try for their evening gowns. I ordered 5 items. 4 out of the 5 items that EVENTUALLY arrived was absolute rubbish. They looked like petticoats or nighties that we would wear to sleep in. One just never arrived. The pics that Wish shows you and what the actual dress looks like is shocking. This site needs to be shut down!
I ordered a laptop that was $189.98 total. What was sent was a piece of alloy with a foreign language on it... which translated to "gold alloy". I contacted the company via their chat feature. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. They never did so I contacted them again but I did not receive any follow up. Do not buy from this company. You may get scamed.

Ordered some essentials for my daughter since she is a traveling nurse. They did not come in on scheduled date and they refuse to cancel, change shipping address or work with me. The products are coming in a month to two month after I ordered it. They even refuse a refund. Now they are be in ng delivered to god only knows who because my daughter is going to another hospital away from the one she was at. Bad customer service.

Ordered an external CD/DVD burner for my new iMac, since it doesn't have one (like ordering a car without a windshield, but I digress.} Product was cheap ($16) and due to the very confusing site I ended up ordering two ($16? Throw it on the shelf). Order date was April 28. First due date was MAY 18. Today it is either June 2 or it landed in the US on May 5. Zero confidence they will ever get here. Feel this was a scam. The 800 number doesn't work either. WISH I'd ordered somewhere else. AVOID!

Order all ya want, but 70% orders dont arrive and there is no customer service. It's all automated and I suspect a real person never even follows up on it.
Your better off looking at an ad and then lighting your money on fire. The result is the same.
With the understanding these are European sizes, I purchased several items for family and have been very pleased with the value and delivery. I had an issue with one of the addresses I entered and they responded in a reasonable day or maybe two and handled the issue appropriately. I do not buy on line much ( I make my partner do it), but was surprised by this experienced. The Head phones were a huge hit as were the fingernail products I purchased, will buy again.

This was my first time placing order from Wish I ordered silver rings and waited pretty long time ( it seems) for delivery.The rings came yesterday and i am disappointed because 2 of the 3 looks terrible like a burn shadow lines the designs and inside i see the mistakes made but i got what i paid for. I already knew before i open package that i would keep products not deal with return. I tried to delete my account the other day but i could not i do want my credit card number removed. Anyway the price is too good to be true and it is not true.

Please, Please live in the real world and don't believe the 5 star ratings, the Wish site is a total scam that will try and rip you off with meaningless discounts, offers and promises, when you do eventually lose patience and want to complain, the only way is through an automated system that, after all the questions will inform you it is to late to do anything but wait for your package(finally asking you to rate their service) they give you no time to cancel your order, again saying it is too late as it is being "processed", then when there is a problem with the post, "we can't do anything, it is in transit" please wait for you package and then we may be able to do something.
Above all, If you don't believe me about the rights demand your goods or money back before that time is up

Don't buy anything from Wish. Deliveries typically 3 months and if your item arrives damaged you can forget about a return or refund. They will tie you in knots and disregard anything you say. Even photo evidence.

Listings are very deceptive, for instance, item is a 3-pack, and shows picture of 3-pack, with the words 3-pack, including when it goes in the cart. I selected one of these. Paid the expensive shipping. I get a single but a 1-pack. Customer service doesn't care that the fraud is on their end. I can only get a refund if I return it and pay the shipping. They've done this a couple of times. At other times they've sent inferior product (clothing, lights, pictures) with long delays... and the shipping has consistently gone up. Ripoff site.

I have made a purchase of a phone, in the description, they said 128GB, once received it's only 32 GB, and the battery dries quickly, the process of opening a case was easy, they even mark it in the title: Return in Progress, but the problem this $#*!ing wish customer service, keeps telling me, we have sent you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us, which i never received in my email box, even in spam, they didn't send anything to me, I wrote to them more then 5 times, and they keep telling me the same thing, I got in touch with their $#*!ing customer service, same story. So, my advice from my experience. Never deal with this guys, because if there is any issue with your product, just forget it, like mine, is good for garbage. Of course i will never buy from them.
You don't always get your your items delivered to you and it's hard to keep up with purchases that's coming from China because you may sometimes forget that you placed a order. Then when you inquire about it and they tell you that it has been delivered. You've lost out on money and you don't have the items so what I do is go on wish if I see a item, I put it in my Google search bar and find a better quality item and most of the the a better price at another business.

I would always read reviews of the items and also check to see if it is sold on another website beforehand I purchase it on wish it could take months or you may never receive your item and the quality of the item when you receive it may be different from the pictures.
