I have been a Wish buyer for over a year now. When I started with them, they were wonderful! I received an item that didn't work. Contacted them (they request you upload a picture of the item) and they refunded all my money (item cost + shipping) right away. Then I had an occasion where I ordered and item and never got it. Again contacted Wish customer support and again, they refunded all my money right away. HOWEVER they have now changed how they issue refunds and it's not a change in the best interest of customers! I ordered 4 pillow covers on Nov 23 with a Dec 19 delivery date. On Dec 17, I got 2 of the 4. Went online and checked the other 2 and saw Wish had pushed the delivery date out to Dec 31. Now it is Jan 2 and Wish has pushed the delivery date out to Jan 9! I don't want to wait any longer for items that were originally promised Dec 19! If a Seller can't deliver on time, then they shouldn't be selling online! The same thing happened with 3 phone covers I ordered and they were Christmas themed covers. Why would I want to accept them AFTER Christmas when they were promised BEFORE Christmas? I do NOT like this new policy that Wish has of pushing out delivery dates and believe Buyers should be careful now about buying on Wish and I will no longer recommend them as I used to.
Sent me things i didnt order sent wrong sizes and sent foubles of clothes. Then they way over charged me. Im going to have to close my bank acct just to get away from them
I have ordered a soa jacket and the due date was 1-8-17 then it wnt to 1-15-17 now i checked and it says i have no order! And i have order 3 more jackets so i need to know what is going on!
Terrible company! I didn't want to order, yet my friend said they used the company and liked it. Complete scam. Didnt receive some of my items, and wish I hadn't. Terrible!

Same situayion i ordered a drone told my drother in SC he ordered ine 1/2hr latrr. I got a notice that a refund was given to me he got a refun noticed a half an hour later I tried contacting customer support they said that was delivered to the wrong address half an hour later my brother got the same notice delivered to wrong address people to please do not order from this company. For no reason they put ahold on my account I still had $8.87 and they give me no reason why they will not let me spend my money they have me onhole don't buy from wish guarantee if you do you're gonna be dissatisfied because everything they send you come from China and it's broke or don't work And if they let me give 0 stars that's what I would give everything I got from wish was no good was broken everything there is not anything at all that I got from them that was worth a dime So if you want to save your heart on earn money don't buy from wish boy cowdum let themselves that $#*! in China where they came from I don't belong in the United States it's all garbage

I ordered swimsuot tops. And they said 3day shipment till april 1st. Its already april 16 iuntil now i dodnt recieve any any. Wheres my money. Its only 11$ i just tried to order for that amount. But till now didnt recieved any. Sucks!
The picture i saw for the product was different from what i got. So annoying. And i ordered for another product tulle material of about 10yards and i was sent something not up to 5yards

Item descriptions are switched after purchase is made. Items are of the poorest quality and are misrepresented; they are not "genuine stones". They are either photographed too large or too small, leading to disappointment when they arrive. Items are partially delivered; if you order 5, only 1 is delivered and they deliver what THEY want. Colors sent are not what is ordered. The company is listed in San Francisco, CA., but most of the merchandise comes from Asia and take over a month to arrive, if at all. There is virtually no customer service; they keep sending insidious emails requesting photos even if you tell them you don't have a phone or camera. This goes back and forth, ad nauseam. The customer service number refers you to their website; consequently, there are no human beings to speak with. Their motto is "we've got your back" (like backstabbing!), but refuse to grant refunds. I spent well over $200 US and have received $3 worth of useless merchandise - pure junk. They keep sending emails back and forth stating that they require a photo despite the fact that one doesn't have a camera or phone. This website needs to be shut down for good and a class action suit should be instituted to reimburse buyers from unscrupulous sellers.

When i ordered a bathbomb from wish. I opened it and was getting ready to use, once i opened the plastic around the bathbomb, it just fell. It was just powder stuff not even into a ball. Smh...

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Wish for Christmas and I am still missing a few items. I have told Wish when they asked questions about my order. I also am very upset over the fingerlings that I ordered. I was under the impression that the fingerlings where the real deal, when it arrived in the mail it was a little fake fingerling no bigger than a pencil, the little tomagochi toy that I received in the mail was broke and it did not even work correctly. These gifts where for my special needs son who has sever ADHD and he was a complete mess when some of his gifts did not arrive, the fingerling was fake and his toy was broke. More then three of my gifts did not arrive in the mail as of today January 18,2018 and I ordered them AND I PAID FOR THEM several several months before December 2017... What can and will be done?!?

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
