Can I give this company negative stars? They have no customer service and they have no accountability they don't make refunds in a timely manner and I hope they aren't operating much longer. I started out with a small order 20 bucks and it made it ok, it was late but no big deal. Then I reordered and the wheels came off the cart. They sent the package to the wrong house in the same city. The addresses weren't even close. I would understand if i lived on 324 main and it went to 234 main street but my address is like 90 Elm Street and they sent it to 8624 MAiN STREET in the same city. Now how the hell did that happen? They have no call center so i can't call and say "hey you people sent my package to the wrong address" but no phone number. I did send an email and i received one that said in 2 weeks... try again. MAybe it will appear out of thin air. I know why they're called WISH because I WISH I had used Amazon. I went to that address where they did send it and it was in a super scary very poor neighborhood and everyone was looking me over then as i get near the door a dog comes from under the house and tries to bite me I run get in my car and flee with my life. This is not what I had envisioned for my life when I used WISH and now I Wish I hadn't. UPDATE 2 Weeks later the mail bot tells me I should give it more time. What a rip off.

October 9, 2018

On October 4th I was removing items from the cart and their app crashed and I was receiving an error message logging in. I then received 4 minutes after I received an email stating my order was confirmed. I then wrote customer care canceling the order and explaining what happened. No response! 9 hours later I get emails stating my items are processing and shipping. I again send messages to customer support through the order history page on each and every item again canceling and explaining what happened to each item. Again no response from customer support. On October 6th and then received a response from customer support stating that I have to go through the order history and cancel each item individually which I did on October 4th. I also attached each individual correspondence with each item to customer service on the 5th again stating the issue and again canceling the order I was then told that because the items had shipped they cannot cancel the order. However if they would have cancelled the order when I had first asked them to on October 4th this would not have been an issue at all. Today October 7th I receive a message from customer support stating that they do not understand the issue. Do not use this site do not put in your payment information as which holds that payment information and therefore charges your account whenever they feel like making an order placement that you cannot cancel per their policy in the 8 hours. They also do not actually have a customer service number the customer service number that is provided tells you to go through their customer support through their app.

TERRIBLE... NEVER AGAIN.
I'm only rating WISH a two star only because I had a couple of items I had ordered actually show up and were decently usable. I'm absolutely horrified by the way this company has handled my refunds enquiry since November 2020!
The issue that I have experienced was: On 7th of November 2020 I ordered the following from the Wish App: FIIDO Folding Electric Bicycle.
I paid the amount of £483.00 by visa debit card. I had requested a return and it was still under the return policy procedures.
I then received a return label to send via Hermes the tracking number. The parcel was sent and Bleckmann Logistics received the parcel but it turns out the seller did not as Wish put the wrong address on the return label. Now no one is telling me where this parcel might be and nobody is offering any resolution to this difficult situation.
I was expecting to receive the refund within two weeks of returning this item, but at present I have still not received any refund or action from Wish to help fix this situation.
It occurred on: 2020-11-19
This meant that I do not have the item I originally ordered nor the refund. So I am out £483 for something I had no fault in besides the faith I had in the delivery of my refund. Terrible and I will never be ordering anything from them again. In fact it has put me off of online shopping completely.

Runs super small.

The shirt took just over 2 weeks but I expected that since it was coming from China. The quality seemed pretty decent except that I ordered a 2XL shirt and it looked like it was a kids size shirt.

I purchased a jacket from this site, I was careful to size up, since the sizes are mostly for Asian people so even if you wear a Medium or Small US size, you have to get an XL or XXL or it will not come close to fitting. The jacket arrived fairly quickly, but opening the package, there was a weird mesh packaging material that STUNK! It smelled absolutely terrible, like dead rotting fish or something. It almost made me gag it was so terrible. This was not a leather smell at all. It smelled like where something had died. I threw out the mesh packaging that was stinking so bad, & flies started getting on it, it was that terrible! The jacket fit okay, but it had strings coming out of the seams, & was of poor quality. Not like the pictures at all. I tried hanging it out in the fresh air to try and get rid of the smell, inside out and rightside out, but nothing would remove the odor. I sprayed it with Febreeze, & it's a bit less now but still very strong.

WHAT in the world would cause such a terrible odor? I never ever have had this on any item before. It's very poor quality Chinese import. Typical lousy Chinese product, terrible quality, but the smell was so overpowering other people smelled it. I paid hard-earned money for the coat but it will probably go to Goodwill now. This company needs to inspect their products before shipping to customers. Don't order from them unless you want a cheap Chinese import that smells like $#*!.

WORST EXPIERIENCE EVER!
September 13, 2020

I ordered a tshirt in July right?! Something simple but was purchased as a gift. 2 weeks later I was notified from the local post office that my order was out for delivery. Only I never received it, curiously I call to question why the stand up? They send it was returned to sender because they didn't use my address, the one I gave for the billing and mailing information. Instead they used some really ancient address that they got from the google maps database that the post office doesn't even recognize, guess they didn't believe I knew my own address or that they knew better idk? That wasn't the worse part, I tried contacting customer service to maybe catch it via tracking number and maybe correct the issue if possible, NOPE never responded until the package was clear across the country (ky to cali.) Then they didn't even address my problem they just kept sending the same email just worded differently. Then after the package was here and sent back they email me saying the merchant was unable to give me what I bought you will get a refund, all this happened just shy of 2 months! That Is ridiculous that correspondence with this company is a damn joke they don't answer you and when you let them know your pissed off the just tell you they no longer have the item and rush u a refund... the absolute $#*!tiest customer service ever...

Okay, I'll be honest, I loved their pricing! I kept hearing about WISH from my kids (who had never ordered from them) so I decided to place an order last April for the first time. I ordered three items and received one. My mistake in not keeping track (they were gifts for my daughters birthday). I didn't remember that two never arrived so this Christmas I made another order in November for several items... I received one about two weeks later... it was the completely wrong item. I waited to see if perhaps the other items would come... I'm still waiting on three of them. One bathing suit that was suppose to be her by Dec. 17th is now not coming until AFTER christmas! One sweater dress shows it will be here on Dec. 18th... yet it's not here yet! And two other items show coming on Dec. 23rd... Everything I check on the delivery date it just moved father away! The prices are good but the most items are made in China and the sizing is way off. You have to order XXXL if you are a us medium. And the customer servicer is horrible! I've been trying to get refunds on the two items that never came in April and the items that was entirely wrong and can't seem to get any help! Net/net if you are on a budget, very small, and can wait 8 months for your items to arrive you are okay to use this site. But if not it will be WISH-full thinking to get you items correctly and in time.

Wish is a SCAM... Beware. They are THIEVES... I ordered 5 items... together around 450 AUD... so far NOTHING has arived after 40 Days. I wrote several complaints/enquiries... they make it as difficult as possible to get in contact with them... And I get STUPID asnwers as to why it is LATE. They keep EXTENDING the deliverey Date(some items have been changed/Extended 3 times. Each time with another forthnight... THEY ARE THIEVES...

I order a couple of action figures for Christmas on Holloween and was told that the package will be ready on December 10. I went back to my orders page on their website a few days before December 10 and saw the package was early. I work for a deliver company and was busy, but made time to have a day off on December 9 to pick up my package. I went to the shop and have my qr code scan. The shop said they gave the items and showed me, but couldn't give me the package. I checked my account and found out they canceled my order and refund 80% of my money back and and took 20% if my money as a restocking fee
I tried for three days to communicate with their customer service, but it all automated. They kept asking for the order number as I gave them multiple times.
This company I never had a problem til now. They should give you at least a month or two to pick up your items at a local drop point. All the other delivery carriers, even the post office, don't do what Wish dose in helping the customer, even during the holidays.
They have a few problems with their business practice and need to get resolved. First is a people should awnser a phone for customer service if not for the customer, but the shop owners who collection and distribute the packages if sent to their store.
Second is giving more time to the customer to retrieve the package from that store, especially during the busiest holiday season.
Buy if you want from them, but keep an eye out in case they sent the package earlier than stated before.

DON'T DO IT! I ORDERED PRODUCTS IN MAY THAT I HAVE UET TO RECEIVE. SOME SAY THEY WERE SHIPPED AND SOME CAME PARTIAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND MY ARRIVAL DATE CHANGES LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY. I DIDNT RECEIVE THE THINGS I DID GET UNTIL JULY27.

Wish. Com seems to be a scame
Wish. Com seems to be a scame, I ordered 5 things 2 month ago and I paid for it. 2 month later i received non of it, when I tried to reach customer service it seemed like mo one cared, even when they refund me for 1 item out of the 5 that I ordered they refunded partially refund did not have the desansy to refund my whole amount after waiting for 2 month o did not receive my items or my money. I will keep writing bad reviews about them.

Rubbish firm they suspended my account becos they werent sure i was the owner of the bank card i used i dident use a bank card. I used paypal they want a copy.of. My. Transaction made. ìn july '16 i never made any purchases then but i did between october and. December when they asked. For a copy.of my bank card i used back to square one then they askex. For copy. Of my passport.or driving licence i dont have either now after 126 replies of the same letter i get askèx to send a copy of transaction i made in july 2016 i give up im going bsck to ebay

I bought 2 things from wish. One one item I DID NOT RECEIVED the other item took over a month to be delivered and was just rubbish tat from china. Seems all sellers on wish.com are just from china.
