It's nice shopping with wish they always completing the orders before the promised time I like it if some thing is wrong they refund your money back
I have always found shopping from wish a very good experience, it is not just words when they say "we back you". They have earned my trust.
Why is there no ability to reach a staff person via telephone? I have called the 800 number and they refer you to the app. How disappointing.
Well surely some deals are pretty good, can't argue about that. HOWEVER. There's a couple of things that needs to be said:
1. Most of the companies selling the items are Asian hence most the sizes of clothing will be Asian sized unless specified otherwise. Things like for example cords may also not work if you live in an European country or something like that. Always read everything there is to know about the product before buying. Not just what the preferred seller has written about it, but also what other sellers and websites have written about the same product.
2. The different sellers ARE DIFFERENT SELLERS. Wish is just like the town square and all the sellers have their own stall with products. Some are good, some are not. Some can be trusted, some will screw you over. I don't think the app provides sufficient information about the seller in order to make good judgement.
3. I noticed that shipping isn't really mentioned until you've put it in your shopping basket and headed for check out. Like to see what the shipping fee is you have to scroll down and click for the information to show. Also when in the shopping basket the text regarding shipping is small and gray so you won't think about it too much. When you calculate what the product and shipping is together it usually isn't as cheap as you'd hoped for and you could find the same product for cheaper (shipping free or included) on the similar concept site eBay which actually shows the shipping costs clearly.
4. Another thing i prefer about eBay is that the prices don't fluctuate like on Wish. On eBay once the seller has listed an item, the listing will remain the same (until it ends or they take it down) but with Wish i noticed that items i had saved because i thought the prices were the best on that specific product later would have risen with 1-5 dollars which of course turned me off from buying. Only the cheapest of the cheap for this cheap $#*!.
5. Now this ones understandable, and can easily be overlooked. I don't exactly appreciate it though: cheap selling tactics. Things like ''buy within an hour and get it half a dollar cheaper!'' with a menacing timer. Though the point system is fairly neat i guess.
Shipping is slow that's why I only gave a 4 rating, however ever thing I've ever ordered was just as promised! I order things all the time!
I have bought a few things from wish, spent too much money, and all merchandise is nothing, but garbage. Please don't waste your money like I did.
Wow, some of the best customer service I've ever had! So helpful and quick and getting back to me! I would definitely recommend using them to anyone!
Wish I had some really good items and range only thing that lets wish down is the length of time you have to wait for your items
Why is my items shown as refunded? When I did not. They charge my credit card and asking me to send bank statement information. What is that?
And I have a good sweet time shopping in wish because all items i buy for my children they are very happy with it and me too.
I like wish, This summer, the clothes are all bought on the wish platform. Thank you wish.It would be perfect if there were more options in winter
Great site for buying things that I use daily at a fraction of the cost. Someone is also quick to respond to any questions I may have.
They ripped me off over $100 dollars worth of items! Never even shipped them! So I know they didn't get lost in shipment. I hate these scammers!
You must be really careful on this website because most of all the items have not a good quality and also the shipping process is really bad
