Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
If you order anything from Wish and wonder why it's so cheap here's why. Everything is sent by regular mail from Asia and comes by ship. I waited three months for things I ordered on Wish. The second reason is quality. 99% of items are poorly made, low quality or fake brand name knock-offs. Anything electronic will break or stop working after several weeks. Same goes for anything ordered from Aliexpress... all late arriving junk.
Got most of my order after 4 months. Every single item was a total date of money. Cheaply made, poor materials. Useless. Planted seeds, they died. Magnifier, fell apart, what looked like a very pretty shirt was a cheaply made piece of crap with flower design that peels off, still have not received 2 items after 4 months. My advise... steer clear of this junk. Worst merchandise I have ever ordered online

They say delivered but there is nothing. Tracking number does not work. Pay Pal does not refund (surprise there) This company does not disclose that items are coming internationally. Then when the date passes, I look on my account to see what happened and the ship date is pushed out another month. No notification and no way to speak with a customer service person. All done online and they will not cancel an order. Terrible. I will never use this site again.

Normally I would not shop on Wish as the advertised price is generally incorrect spin doctoring is normal, I finally found some super special item I would really enjoy the $1.00 special style, Wow I thought. So I Ordered 3 different items only to receive refund emails the following day. First they take the money confirm the purchase then oh no we don't have any... then they take the money in 5 minutes but 14 days for a refund. This site is just Dodgey. My recommendation is shop elsewhere

I've ordered several pieces of sterling silver jewelry. I'm in love with the quality for the prices. This stuff comes from China, so be patient. I've ordered about 30 or more pieces of jewelry and I honestly feel like I'm taking advantage. I pay no more than a few dollars for rings and earrings and the quality blows me away. Occasionally, I get things added to my order that I did not buy. But it's so inexpensive, it's not a problem. They always offer s refund. Why bother for a few dollars. I'm sure its something I'm doing on my end, as it is merchandise I looked at. I recommend it..
I have tried many different ways to order items (4 different credit cards, all valid, and PayPal). Nothing will go through. I have ordered items in the past. They were exactly what I ordered, just very small. I have looked at a number of possible customer support options but none allow me to actually contact them. I've been in a loop with no resolution so far.

I had ordered 10 different products but received only 1. And as Wish dont have any wallet system hence each and every individual seller had to refund the money to my bank account which costed me huge conversion loss plus courier expenses were not refunded
So would request you to please add a wallet type system to refund the money and make the logistics more stronger - so that people who order anything - they do receive the products.
Some of the products purchased on WISH were very good values for the $. Low cost. Shipping can be high. Often takes a month or more to arrive at your home. However, yesterday looked at a few items that said free. When I went to order they were $11. Another top advertised for $5 was $13 when I went to purchase the item. That sounds like bait & switch.
Wish is a good site to find a variety of items &for really cheap prices. I have ordered at least 40 items from them. I've seen complaints about how long it takes to ship, but there's estimates for each item on how long shipping will be. If it doesn't come by the estimated time talk to customer service & they will give you a refund and allow you to keep the item of it does arrive. There are also items labeled for quicker shipping. Whenever I have a problem customer service takes care of it &I get a full refund. I'd say 90% of my orders have come through just fine.

It's actually good buying cheap things in Wish but the sometimes sellers just have to be downright idiot about it. For ex: posting pictures and you thought you will have the same exact product but alas, it's opposite day. All in all, no problem. Because now I see the couriers are updating every time they can, or maybe it depends on the courier.
You should be ashamed to be getting all of this negative feedback, Wish. And the worst thing is that you either don't care or stick your heads in the sand like ostriches. Either way something ought to be done about your business practices. But probably nothing will be done as you are an International Corporation. Unless your investors that control the stock market suddenly were to pull their money out. Then you all would be out on the streets. No one's going to feel sorry for a homeless executive.

Terrible after sales support. I ordered an item that 1) did not fit 2) was not per the specs that was stated in the listing. I ordered a brand name but am suspecting the garment I received is not the real deal.
When asking for a return, they asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. They just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." etc etc,

I bought 3 items about 2 month ago- received the first item in good time and the next followed a few weeks later but its been 2 months and i haven't had my third item- when you try to contact support it tells you you will have a response in 2-3 working days but even that's too hard for them. I haven't bothered trying to get a refund because of the cost of the product- its £4. Although I am thinking of pursuing it just out of principal. No customer service and by the looks of thing your query gets sent direct to the supplier so not much chance getting a response from them either. It looked like a good idea to use the site but the savings not worth the effort and stress of trying to get your products delivered at all. Wont be recommending this to anyone i know- il tell the story of buying 3 items but only receiving 2 so stay away.
We live in the UK, recently my wife made a round 40 orders from this application because she wanted to resell the items with little profit when she goes back home (North Africa), all the orders had estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 weeks, please note that we were quoted over £120 just for delivery, we tried to cancel the order before the items arrive, but cancellation is painful process so think we going to take the orders when they arrive and pay the money but never to use this application again... take my advise and save your money before it's too late.
I am sorry to admit it, but I am the one who bought 2 items on wish.com. Both pieces were junk. One - USB thumb drive physically damaged USB post on my laptop, second - 8TB external drive just stopped working and looks like there is no warranty for it. Never ever I will buy from these guys.

So, I know they have a ton of bad reviews but my experience with them has been great. I only order smaller inexpensive items mostly things for my kids and everything zip have. Ordered has been great.The most expensive thing I ordered was a tapestry for my bedroom and it is beautiful. I would never order anything electronic or adult clothing because of the huge difference in Asian sizing, however I have bought some for my kids that was all adorable. I enjoy shopping on the site because for my kids it's fun to get the items in the mail and sometimes I forget about ordering so always a nice surprise... just be careful what you order!
Their products seem great and really cheap. They get you with the shipping. I have had 4 of the 6 items I order not show up for over 3 months. There is a keep waiting for product option, or money back. On one Item I waited the time frame it said to wait. When it didn't show again, I complained again, this time wanting my money back, apparently by that time it was too late and they refused to reimburse me. When the other stuff didn't show, I got reimbursed my $1.50 per item. I was out over 40$ in shipping cost. Buyer beware. It cost the same to go through amazon and at least there you get your full refund, not $1.50.
Ordered on 12-7-2020. When I ordered it said my order would be received by 12-21-2020 now some items say 12-30-2020, 1-14-2021 and 1-20-2021 None are going to be received by Christmas. Some haven't even been shipped as of today 12-22-2020. No number to call as they're in China so you have to send a message and all you get in return is a canned message that says your item is still on schedule for delivery on 12-30-2020 and doesn't answer questions asked so I sent another message and got the exact same canned message. Would select 0 stars if I could.

I love shopping with wish.
However some things that they are selling are way overpriced, for example they sell perfumes at a far greater price (more than double) on the branded ones and the delivery is very expensive leaving it to expensive in all so I end up not getting what I want. So I get them here at a fraction of the price which means you lose money.
However I really do enjoy shopping with Wish and if I have ever had any problems with the goods I purchase the staff are fantastic throughout. Please pass this onto the staff for me
Many complaints. Don't try to return anything, they wipe out your purchases so YOU DIDN'T BUY IT. Bought a $100 watch that in 3 weeks it shorted while on my wrist and slightly burned my skin, but my record shows I didn't purchase it. The $50 leather jacket I bought that was 2 sizes too small doesn't show I bought it. Also wrong items received, just reordered it but didn't receive.? Don't know how many items I didn't receive because there is no record of my purchases. Oh, free just pay the shipping, sure, won't happen. The "machine" won't talk to you if there is no record. Well at least I got 1 photo posted.

The items take a long time to arrive but worth the wait. Prices are so low that I had my doubts about the quality of the product but the products were actually very good. I ordered a 10 Items over Christmas. 2 items never arrived. Could have been a problem with the post office rush over Christmas but I contacted wish.com by email and they replied immediately. Very pleasant and issued a refund with no hassle. The best thing I bought was a hair straightening brush. They sell on tv for $250 but I only paid $22 and It works beautifully.
"If it is too good to be true" you know the saying... and in this case the website actually sells you junk but advertises it to be something it is not. They will advertise a GPS tracking device but not tell you it is incomplete. The website advertises to people's imagination and gullibility. Deceptive photos and toys made to look like real working items. I can not believe the Los Angeles Lakers sports team actually allows them to put their company name On Their jerseys.
Always check the 1 star reviews... you will see what people really got.
Finally, notice how people say... in reviews... oh... I just got it and it looks good but haven't used it yet... 5 stars! Come in. Bunch of bull$#*!.

Wish, as far as I am concerned, is a big scam. If an item is purchased, with extremely high shipping costs, by the way, and you don't pick up the item within a month, then you are charged almost the entire amount you paid for the item, minus the shipping cost. They make it look like a refund on the product, but it's really not, because they keep the entire amount except maybe 20%, if you're lucky. They don't use modern technology to notify you via text messaging. Some products don't even allow you to ship to your home. I also requested the day before they were going to return my money to hold they item and I would pick it up. They never held the item or every replied to my email. Instead, the decided to send me an automatic feedback email to ask how well they did. Needless to say, I didn't give them rave views. Their support definitely is little to no help. I got two of the products I ordered and it takes a very long time to get them weeks, if not months.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything if you are not going to pick up your items right away. Don't go for the ship to home additional charge. Why does it cost more? Really? Same zip code, same post man, but costs more. It's a total rip off. In many cases the shipping is three to four times the cost of some items.

I have gotten a few decent things at decent prices; I ordered three different "AAA" battery lasers and got 2 different one (two are the same color). The green one, at least, was worth it. On the other hand they took 3 months to get here. Usually though the stuff isn't worth more than about 10% of the price they charge and it is useless junk. Also be aware that if you do buy from Wish or other el-cheapo dropship sites you should only buy one item at a time. Usually the order I send is 80 to 150 dollars and some of the items mysteriously drop off the list. At gearbest they would then show back up in your cart. Really extremely annoying I even have tried to place another order just to get the "insane deal" I was offered only to have it drop off the order a second time! Chances are if it IS a good deal you can get it on Amazon much faster at the same price.
