I purchased 6 dresses from Wish - they were lovely in the online pics and the prices were great! I'm a 4x (plus-sized) and hadn't ordered from Wish b4, so I ordered all the dresses in 5x to make sure they fit. What I received was, one 5x dress that DID fit (no complaint about size with that one), two dresses were 2x, one dress was 4x but was clearly NOT even near a 4x, the last dress was 3x. The "quality" of the dresses was horrible! I'm not bothering to send them back - just too much trouble, since they did NOT include a Receipt or Packing List. So very disappointed:-( If you're looking for quality, efficiency and just plain honesty, DON'T shop Wish.com!

I like to shop for the best deal however with WISH the advertising is key for them they will use a name brand item and use those pictures and description to promote their knockoff item. Example- Cold Steel Knives. I have found that the most of their products are of inferior quality (China) and dose not represent the advertising methods used. So in closing I would like to say - " The sweetness of a cheap price doesn't out weigh the bitterness of poor quality". Deleted the app I'm done!

I don't if it was a third party for Wish, but when I started ordering from wish years ago I had no problems. But within the past year they have rip me off and I don't know if its a third party or not but wish did not take care of it. They didn't want to be bother with me i guess cause the stuff I was ordering was the items and I keep telling them this is not what I ordered and they just shut me down! But the last thing I ordered was an Ice Machine and they sent me a Ice Scoop! Then I ordered a Jacket that was a size to small, they told me to send it back and I did the next day! I have not heard from wish and they kept leading me on by saying that they are waiting on it. My tracking said it was delivered there but they say they didn't have it. Pay Pal said it's pass the time for a claim! So they fit there Jacket back and kept my money! So I can't do Wish no more it has became a scam and I will let everyone know on all my Social Media out lets!

Please do not purchase any items from Wish! Very misleading regarding the item that I purchased. Paid close to £70, expecting a good quality and lovely outfit. The costume turned up folded a number of times and squeezed into a bag sent all the way from China! The product was awful, certainly not worth the amount paid. They were also an absolute nightmare with regards to getting a refund. They said they would refund me but I am still chasing for it months later. Dodgy, dodgy company - you have been warned

I had gotten a couple of things from them no problems but then two items were lost or stolen and they wouldn't refund or replace the items they wouldn't even refund the money so I could reorder the exact same items then I ordered pair of pants they sent the wrong size and when going to their website they want you to attach a photo which I couldn't attach a photo so I contacted them through email and they keep sending me these computerized customer service supposedly emails and keep telling me to do the same thing over and over the bottom line they're not going to refund any of your money for a fault of their own by sending the wrong size or the items for lost or stolen because they don't insure their items so the post office isn't responsible they are so I would suggest never to order from this company ever unless you just want to throw your money away cuz that's exactly what you're doing it's not worth the frustration

I have had two credit cards comprised and the thieves always try and use the cards in wish.com. The site obviously doesn't care about thieves using the site to buy products for resale and doesn't check validity of cards, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

In short. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap for £280. 00. 6 weeks later Wish sent me a £5.00 travel adapter. 30 days, pictures requested, and approximately 60 emails later to several Customer services representatives. This time wasting just happens to fit in with their 30 day no refund policy. I even quoted the customer act 2015 that the merchant ( Wish) must replace item or a full refund.
I have now started a case against them through Pay Pal whom I paid with.
Most stressful.
It is now my duty to stop anyone else going through the same experience! As I promised Wish I would do.

I order a pair of shoe about the third day August, receive a email with confirmation that the item was ship and I should receive by August 26... it is now Sept 7 and I have not received it... I email mail them so much time I began to loose count, when I finally get a reply from their support asking for customer ID# of which I provide them, it is like crickets, no reply as of yet... I was planning to get my grand daughter a couple pairs of shoes, but due to the experience, I will not touch them with a 10 mole pole... EVER

To any one who read this review and intend to buy from this site. I say to them do not buy from this site it is better buy from ebay. I have my own experience with this site as below:
In March 2021 I chose and bought from this site 4 Jackets size M for adult not for teenager when they sent the Jackets to me they sent size M but too small for adults to wear. They only fit for the teenager or some one 15 to 16 years old. I requested a return of 2 of the 4 Jackets that I bought but they refused they said that the right size.
Now I am stuck with 4 Jackets that small for me as an adult I do not know what to do with them. I think may be I have to give them to someone else for them to wear.
Now I delete my account with them and I will never ever buy things from them again.
That why I think this site is only deserve the Rubbish as their Name not the Wish. Their Wish name is an insult to the word.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
