I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I was very skeptical at first and just ordered 1 item. It came and was perfect. Since then have ordered at least a dozen items including jewelry and women's and children's clothes. Shipping takes on average 2-3 weeks from China. I'm not thin but just order a size larger and everything fits. I must say I only ordered items with 4 or more stars and do read the reviews carefully first.
I had written another review of the horrible treatment that wish's customer service had given me. What devious liars they are. So I branched out and made a complaint to the better business bureau before my 30 days to request a refund were up so that it would be documented that I was requesting one. Less than a week after BBB contacted the company, they sent a message that they would refund the full amount, including shipping. They did not ask for the measly one wrench, out of 1299 that I was supposed to get, back. So they said 30 days on the refund, still waiting after a week later.

I recently ordered 3 sets of Elixir guitar strings from Wish. What a rip off! They arrived reasonably quickly but when I put them onto my guitar I realised that, although the strings appeared to be in an Elixir packet, and in individual envelopes, they were not in fact Elixir strings (high quality gore tex coated strings) but ordinary old strings which sounded completely dead. Beware!
I was supposed to receive dec 26 or latest dec 31. Here it is jan. 5th. Still have not received nor has been shipped to ups so they can deliver.
Very dissatisfied! Will never purchase anything from wish in the future and will tell anyone who will listen to me

Received a different item to the one that was purchased. Wish support staff went against policy and refused the picture proofs. I had to screenshot their money back guarantee policy to make them read their policies.

Have ordered 5 items. Three arrived as wrong model, one was faulty and looks to be a fake, the last one was too small for standard fit on common household items.

I never got my products, when asking for help i get the same pre-written answers on their app, pre-written answers by email not answering my questions and they have no valid phone number... it's up to you guys, but other sellers send their items for cheap prices and have customer service when something goes wrong...

I have at least 4 items past delivery dates and have no idea if or when they will be delivered. Ive contacted customer support and their only reply is wait or refund. I would like to know where the items are.

I ordered lots of items from Wish last year for Christmas presents. I ordered them in October, and some items did come in until AFTER Christmas. They said it takes about two weeks for orders to arrive (HA!). The two pairs of leggings I ordered were sized for a toddler (and I'm only a size 4) and ripped the first day I wore them out. Ordered my best friend and I some cute Harry Potter charms and they arrived to my home already broken! Cheap $#*!, horrible customer service, and ridiculous shipping methods. Socks should not take 2 months to ship out!

This app is actually very convenient and all round just an amazing place to shop. The fear of scammers and poor quality products may scare you at first, but it is not dangerous or as bad as some people make it out to be. They only thing I would recommend to do would be to carefully read and look through all the comments and photos of all the products (posted by the purchasers), I do this because sometimes the products (especially clothing items) are not as they seem. Also, the shipping does take around a month which sucks. So if you are buying gifts then make sure you give enough time for the products to ship to you before you need to give them. In spite of these things, the wish/cute app is amazing and i would recommend for everyone to give it a try.
Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from an accredited iPhone dealer on Wish for half the retail price of a new phone. Phone died completely after 5 weeks so can't even be switched on. Automated replies from customer service only redirected me back to order page. I can't get any further because the phone died after 30 days. Total con because there is no way to contact the seller and get the phone repaired!

WISH! I never had a bad experience. Great service and products. Always read the description and the reviews. Their sizes do run small but getting a bigger size is your best bet. Excellent return service. Love, love, love wish. Usually my orders come faster than expected. No worry. They have your back. Will shop at wish often. Love browsing through Wish to see what else they have. I usually find something. Try Wish.
This website has a great potential. It has good, unique products that makes you want to buy. But:
-the site appears to be bare bone, present a creepy feeling of a "fraud" site
-there is no option to choose color and/or size of a product
-Customer support is non-existent
I'm going to stay clear of this site for a while until improvements are made to boost my confidence and trust. Just my opinion.

There is a reason why you can get a nice brand new pair of shoes for $3. It's because you get what you pay for. Everything i have ordered from Wish.com has either torn or been very uncomfortable to wear. You have to check the reviews on the specific item before purchasing it because some items are a hit or miss with the quality. Just be careful what you buy on this site.
I ordered my "free" gift which by the way is NOT free. You have to pay for shipping. Anyways they say you get it in two weeks, I'm still waiting and it's been 5 to 6 weeks. So right there are two lies. I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone who does not like to be tricked. I would give it stars in the negative numbers however sadly they do not exist.
I had a large purchase of giveaways for an event. Part of the shipment arrived from one store before the estimated shipping date, but the other (larger portion) did not arrive at all. I complained and that portion was refunded. I'm thinking some stores selling within Wish.com are better than others.
In order to make my event successful, I had to purchase from a more reliable online store with express shipping a few days before the event.

Ordering from this company is like opening a box of chocolates! You never know what your getting but its almost always NEVER what you ordered. I recently ordered coleus seeds and when i planted them it sprouted grass, once again not getting what I paid for. If I was you I would avoid this site like the the plague. 3 strikes your out. I will never buy from here again.
I've bought several items in this site and they've never shown up or been refunded. TOTAL SCAM! I've had other family members and friends experience the same results. If an item happened to show up it was months later, I'm talking 2/3 months.
Ordered the Toys, Plants vs. Zombies for my grandsons. The picture shows about 15 to 20 items with order. Got 2. Disgusted by their excuse why it took 2 months also. It doesn't take a month for them to come from L. A. to Phoenix. Ying Ping is the maker of these toys. I'll never order from Wish and let my friends know.

My very first experience with Wish.com was an appalling one - an experience that I refuse to subject myself to ever again.
Post placing my order, my delivery date was changed on two occasions, resulting in a 51 day wait for my item (I am yet to receive it).
My desire was to speak to someone via telephone; however, no contact number exists for UK consumers. I was left with no other option but to communicate via email - corresponding with c. S. rep Ishmael. This concluded in my request for a full refund being refused, despite the surpassing of the delivery date, and questions regarding my order went unanswered.
I am currently in the process of filing a dispute via Paypal to recoup funds.
A horrendous experience - DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM.

Last week I bought some boots from wish. The money went out on the 12th today another lot of money went out for the same boots. I contacted them and they refunded me 1 lot of money and said they weren't sending them. See my issue. They owe me another refund. Charged me twice. Not sending order. Refunded me once. I'm fuming and just to add to this, I have been treated in a disgusting manner today trying to sort this out. They have the customer service skills of wart hogs and help them selves to money out of your bank account.
