Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
If you ever do receive your products, and there is a good chance you won't EVER receive them. But if... they will always either be the wrong items, very poor quality or the wrong quantity. Wish does NOT stand by any of their sales. The customer service department only responds with a preset response and doesn't actually ever address or resolve any issue.
There have been times where I get stuff in great condition but then other times things are wrong or lost or even damaged. Overall, experience is ok. Not great. If there was a quality assurance that looks at things before it leaves would be better. Although, I understand things can be damaged through shipping. Being able to send pictures is a great thing.
In November 2014 I bought 2 items from Wish.com. The tracking information they provided (which I had to have google translate the carrier website) Says that 1 package has reached the destination airport on December 4th, and the other package only says that a waybill was created on Nov. 17th. I have yet to receive anything, and when I tried to lodge a complaint through the website, I was told it would take them 2-3 days to respond. I'm glad I used PayPal for my purchases for that added protection. I WILL get my stuff or my money.
If you're ever thinking about doing business with wish.com half Chinese half American company think twice they have a lot of tricks up their sleeves to get your money and send you the inferior broken merchandise in addition getting your refund if you don't take pictures and send a copy of your driver's license and a copy of your bank statement you won't see a dime in today's economy with ID theft On The Rise who the hell wants to do that they're a bunch of crooks they also own Gee.com and home.com I brought over a hundred products from these people so I speak from great experience I would say stick with Amazon
Okay so I get everything I order but one think u may not know is when it says $3 and u buy it with or credit or debit or whatever u pay with well it actually end up costing you like $20...! I'm not saying don't buy from here but u should be more cautious. Your not really paying the prise they ask but higher at some things..
I was really happy with Wish until I had to be refunded for two different items that never came in. Some come in and others don't. You just know which one will come in... another item is past the due date to get here by tomorrow and I've already told wish that if that one doesn't come to me either than I won't be buying from them anymore
I bought an item on wish on the 1st of May 2017. To date I have not received the item. I contacted the "support" team who replied promptly with absolutely no solution. They even mentioned that I can be assured that they did not pull the item from delivery... why would they give me such a comment. I never accused them of anything except for asking for assistance with my item not received. Extremely unhappy and I will never use this service again. As wil none of my friends
Ordered two blouses that showed up as one order. Neither fit so I wanted to return them. What an F'd up process for returning stuff. Took several attempts to get the job done and they just decided to not respond to two of my messages. When I finally got the refund they only refunded me for one blouse. Made 2 attempts to "message " them asking about the remainder of my money and they never responded, again. There is no phone number and no real customer service. This place will rip you off. Thank goodness I'm not out a lot of money but I will never purchase from them again and I will never recommend them either. Going to write the same review on the app site. I'm usually diligent about reading reviews on products before I make a purchase. I will begin to do the same for distributors. If I had seen some of these reviews before making my purchase I would have never ordered through them.
I feel as if wish has stolen our money. We have spent a lot on items that were never sent. We would like our money back as we did so much better ordering from eBay and amazon. There quicker and honest and always on time as they say it will be. I find it completely ridiculous that with eBay what ever we purchase that comes from china actually shows up but with wish nope, not a chance in hell. I have had to take time away from school and work to be home for items through wish saying our packages should be arriving by a certain date and they never came. I feel bad for i introduced my husband to WISH thinking and assuming you were straight up honest and a great cheap on line shopping store. I gave my husband good review and now i feel like a damn fool. To much money for items that have not arrived... we would appreciate getting our refunds back on all items please and thank you
I wish I had found this site before ordering from Wish. It was only after waiting a month after the first delivery date that I tried to contact Wish and came across Sitejabber. I ordered a kite in March that was to be delivered in April, then May and as yet to receive anything but emails stating they understand my disappointment. By the way my credit card was charged with in a few days of my placing the order. I will never order from these people again.

I have used wish before, never have I been robbed till now. Paid for merchandise, nothing received. Contacted wish to resolve this, nothing has been done. Stay Far Away from this site. Unless you're planning to throw your money away, it's all you will receive. Wish is a scam, not legitimate business at all. To rob customers, then do nothing after massive amounts of emails, is purely a scam. Looking for a good lawyer, to handle this situation asap.

Has taken over three weeks to even get the items to the United States. Still not even close to destination. Only good thing is PayPal. I have recourse if they try to steal my identity. You have no idea who you are dealing with. Anonymous cheap Chinese company
Wish.com is basically a "Get what you paid for" sort of system. Sometimes you do not even receive what you have paid for and or ordered. It comes straight from the manufacturer and most of the time they do not check to see what the picture states what you ordered rather than just finding a code and adding it to your order to be shipped out. Wish clothing apparel is based on Asian height and build. So let's say if you are a Large, then you might want to check the next three sizes available up on the chart because most Asian charts are usually two sizes smaller than that of an American chart. If it states it is cheaper than other places, more than often it is cheaply made and will not hold up well after a week or so. Some of their items are good, where others, not so much. Just be careful when ordering and yes, this company can send third party offers to you and possibly more. Good luck and be cautious of what you want on here.
I bought a handful of stuff from this app. The first few transactions went very smooth. I then bought a bunch of watches of which half never showed up. Only two did. I lost track of time and eventually just gave up on waiting for them. The orders that i made for the watches don't show up on my purchase history through wish but they sure do show up on my bank statement. I wonder why that Is? I will not be buying anything from here again.
This is the best site for large sized rings, i've bought at least 10 rings now, they all fit perfectly, they all look beautiful, and they all came with no problems. For $1-$5 dollars each, i don't believe they are the stones, or are silver, but they still look great, when compared to rings you can buy at walmart for $15 dollars. I wash my hands frequently and i haven't noticed any of them with copper under the metal, so i figure they are likely stainless steel.
The worst app ever, I got hacked by a Chinese who went on to change my email address to a Russian one and even changed my shipping address. To make matters worse wiped out my my history and my pending orders, wiped out my wish balance not sure what is was used to purchase and now I have been trying to contact their pathetic support services only to get automated responses. It's been 3 days not trying to get assistance nothing. Don't buy from them
Have been satisfied with the products purchased so far.
Would appreciate more in the description of product - e.g. sunglasses. Measurement of glasses would be helpful as some people with broader faces may want something bigger instead of buying then realising it is too tight.

Disappointed. I had read some good reviews and it's been now 3 months and I have not received one out of my five items and I was actually really looking forward to the cute kids dresses. Customer service was nice and refunded my money but needless to say I will not try again as you would think out of the 5 items I would have at least got one or two since they came from different places. Highly disappointed.
I ordered 4 tops from wish.com thinking they were beautiful and a good value. Boy was I stupid! The crap they sent me is the worst I have ever seen. The blouse I tried on tore and was actually sized for a child I am sure. I never even unwrapped the other three. I tried to get a refund from this terrible company but there was no "Order History" for me nor were there any packing slips in the shipments. Don't use this company! Inferior Chinese merchandise and non-existent customer service!
I love this app but however there are some issues with it how come the sellers dont send the items all together instead of one item every now and again. But however Im pleased with Wish I think its better than eBay its better value for your money
Ive ordered several items. It did not even reach delivery status. If you query automatically it says give another 30 days or longer. Ive lost quite a lot of money. Or status said delivery without nothing at post office. Wish also automatically decided if you do not answer yu loose money. SCAM SCAM.

I have been shopping in www.wish.com for the past 2 years. My experience with them is positive.
They have some really good items with good quality and less price.
But make sure some items are of bad quality which you should avoid buying.
Customer support is excellent and they quickly respond to whatever concern you have.

I ordered 5 items from Wish.
Every item arrived in different dates and every time I opened a package- I was disappointed by the absolutely bad quality of the item. Not a single item looked like the picture or met the description. I find the company's ads are not honest. Things look very nice in pictures but the items have no quality at all. One of the items I ordered came cracked, the others are even embarrassing to display. I warn others not to take a chance with WISH. Save money, save time and avoid disappointment. Don't be taken as I was!

I already payed for 2 item that's worth much, but no auto refund, this is nuts, i deactivate my account out of frustration, yep. I know full well that most of the merchandise is junk, but it's neat junk! I also like getting many little packages in the mail nearly every day (probably the mail carrier hates me) sometimes it's even pretty good items
