Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
I bought a few items from Wish and all OK. But then I bought an item that really was not what I expected so I decided to return it. I had collected the item from one of their official drop off points. The drop off points also deals with returns so I took it to them. They scanned the item and said that was it - the scanned code would be communicated to Wish's system and I should receive my refund in a week or so. It has been weeks now and still no refund. I have contacted Wish's customer service repeatedly and explained the situation. They just send a standard message asking for tracking number - even though when your return using their official drop off points there is no tracking number. They then close the case and I start the whole process over again. They simply will not address the actual issue and so refuse to give the refund. I will never use Wish again.
One reason you shop online is for convenience. Not with Wish.com. You have to keep tracking each purchase for WEEKS. I made the mistake of trusting them and about half my orders did not reach. When I asked for refunds, they said I was late since I had not written within the month. Now, they are not replying to refund requests.
Do not save your payment option in wish.
They automatically make order from my account, then according to them delivery that in some USA address. (I live in Japan).
When I contact them, they are telling me to contact the courier service and they can not do anything.
Very very bad customer service and Please do not store your payment details. It is not safe at all.

Like many I need to purchase masks and protective gears during this pandemic. I ordered on line three weeks ago and they postponed the delivery dates to early June... 2020 I hope. This is very bad service based on you paying upfront when you even dont know if you will ever receive your goods... avoid this vendor it is very bad

I enjoy browsing for new items. It is easy and fun to shop. As long as I am diligent about reading the item descriptions to ensure I am purchasing what I want I have very good experiences shopping on Wish. It would be easier if some shops didn't use misleading pictures that can confuse the consumer on what is being sold.
I'm starting to feel like wish.com is a shipping scam. When you request an order and it doesn't arrive, they are very quick to refund you the cost of the item but they don't refund shipping costs. Essentially, they can "ship an item", it never arrives, and they only refund a portion--keeping the shipping costs. Makes me wonder if it was ever shipped. I know shipping from China takes longer but when it's consistently over 3-4 months, I start to get suspect.
What are others thoughts on this?
Even though they advertise a return policy, it is a lie. I rec'd 2 items that were the wrong size & tried to respond using their "system" (an email link that didn't work). There is no customer service PERIOD. So, just know that when you order something, you are stuck with it and you won't get your money back. I "WISH" I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

Be aware of the FREE offers. FAKE merchandise especially on cellphones. If most people are like me and go thru PayPal after signing in with Facebook then why would WISH want to confirm my identity over $1 shipping on a junk watch? WISH wanted me to upload a instant pic from my camera. Ridiculous huh? Had my Gmail pic up on my WISH account. So why another picture when they have way to much already. I suspect that other people back out as soon as ask for a picture then the shipping charge for the FREE item will take up to 14 days to get a refund. Think about it. Use the money to invest for a period of time and make money of a person's refund for the shipping. This is the days of electronic transactions. Should be instant refund. Gonna make sure I do get my $1 then cancelling the account. No more WISH for me!
I just purchased a lot of jewelry. It was total junk. The earring would not even hook and they sent me the wrong necklace. The jewelry looked like what you would find at the dollar store except broken. One of the loop necklaces I purchased will not even stay on. There is no clasp to hold it in place. I was not expecting the moon at these low prices but I at least expected the correct items and items that were not already broken. Every item you order ships separately from a different company in China. If you decide to try and return items, it Will cost you as much or more as the original cost of the product so in my case, it was better to throw it away. I have tried to get my money back but they want me to pay for return shipping. Why should I have to pay anything? I will never purchase from this site again.
Some of the items are kind of ridiculous. I just received a what I thought was buying a blanket but it was the size of a dusting cloth! The 4 phone watches for Christmas gifts don't work. Which I am going to send back. The wool wraps are not the size in the pictures, you must be using two to get the nice look in the picture. Your jewelry turns green, falls apart, and the finish wears off after you have worn the jewelry a few times. A lot you sell is junk. I bought a rug from you and after one washing it was junk. I will use it in the garage for the winter then throw it out. Your prices are cheap. Your pictures show a much better looking product. Very deceiving! I tell people beware of the items you buy. Pictures are much different than what you usually receive. Not the same quality stinks
Items are very seldom delivered on time or at all. I've ordered the same item off amazon prime got it in a couple of days and not the 4 to 6 months from Wish. The price was the same when you included inflated shipping charges from Wish. Would like to show a photo, but you actually have to get what you order to take a picture of it..

Everything I ordered from Wish was of very poor quality. None of the clothing was wearable. See through or just a rag. Noting like the pictures. Total rip off.
Also since I opened my account my money was taken from my card from another shopping site Aliexpress... I had never heard of them or shopped with them but somehow I feel that my card details were leaked through Wish. I have cancelled my account and would not recommend anyone to shop with them. Cheap rubbish.
The old adage applies here: You get what you pay for. Sure, the prices are cheap, but it's 50/50 whether you will receive delivery. I had an order that was not delivered, I was forced to wait beyond the estimated delivery date to complain. Then when I complained, they said I waited too long to complain, and refused a refund. Huh?! Whatever, it's $3, but gimme a break!
I had ordered for a ceiling fan (with light) on 5th June 2020. However the item has not been received so far. Every time I open the cart, it shows item is processing... when I contacted customer support, they said that item was not available so my money would be returned. It has been more than 4 months, I have neither received the item nor money. Very disappointed...

This company is sketch. When ordering items, prices will change while the item is in your cart. Prices are different for the same item depending on how you find it whether it be a link from google search or the wish search engine. I still ordered a few items from the site after I learned how to work the system in my best interest. I had to find the item via google shopping, click the link, and order within minutes or the price would raise up. If I searched for the same item from the same retailer in the wish app, the item was higher. All of this in itself would rank Wish at a 3 star for me, but then they started charging my card for items I never purchased. Don't purchase from them. Scam. I'm going through trying to get my money back from them now.

A few days ago, I looked at two items less than fifty dollars but the shipping charges were too high. I decided not to order. The next day someone tried to charge my card a ridiculous charge of over Eight Hundred Dollars. This happened several times and I had to shut down the card and get a new one. I will never attempt to order from Wish again.

I ordered two things from Wish. The only one I received was the wrong color and I am still trying to get them to understand that after 6 messages.? The other hasn't arrived and there has been no tracking update for a month on that one. They said they would get me in contact with the supplier but they never did get me that info. Sigh... Lesson learned.
I understand your whole idea, is cheap prices (if you can wait). I don't mind waiting, it's the products that don't get delivered. Wish is quick to refund, but sometimes I would rather have the product than a refund.
Product advertising is often sketchy. One thing will be shown in the picture, but is not actually the product, making you think you're getting a great buy on something.
Some items on site is quite good quality but one thing that needs attention is the shipping. Shipping sometimes are too expensive and also takes too long to arrive. Some of the items I ordered almost 3 months ago still did not arrived.
I made the mistake of placing an order for around $150+ worth of items from this website (tennis shoes, jewelry, etc.). I only got like 3 of the 15 items I ordered. I contacted their joke of a customer service department and got a "so sorry" response along with 1 more item that was mine two weeks later! Then I received a bigger package in the mail a week after that and got so excited until I opened it and realized NONE of the items in the package were mine! Wish.com STILL owes me $75-$100 worth of products I NEVER received! And with that, I will never shop there again. Warning- buying from this website is risky with no guarantee you will receive what you purchased! :(

I may have been robbed by someone because I received a strap of leather, one. I had ordered a computer part but nothing about it came back. Maybe there is another person with my name in my neighborhood. But it never showed up.
Just by looking at anything on this site you open yourself up to an incredible amount of advertising on not only that item but also a lot of stuff you may not even want to see. Warning... expect lots of strange new email.
As of lately, I'm not very happy with the last refund that I didn't ask for. I know sometimes it's a hit or miss with these items. But, the shipping is getting ridiculous. I think I have ordered my last item from wish.
I'm still waiting for my order, an grey jacket... it has been 2 months now... today I received a small envelope and there was nothing in it... guess I lost all my money on an empty envelope... Wish is a total rip off!
