My biggest issue is delivery time A lot of times it's either may be on time or most of the time my deliveries are late that's what I have a problem with other than that I've been satisfied
Always get items ahead of time and have been satisfied with all items Ive gotten!
Descriptions and photos and customer reviews are very helpful and accurate.
Sometimes it's not what they advertised its totally the opposite, it's not a true site and I cant understand what is taking them so long to send the items
Always happy with my purchases. Packages always come early. There have been a few purchases that I was not happy with and wish was quick to resolve the issue.
Happened two different orders, bought two phones but never received them and tracking showed it was delivered when contacted them they said it was a mistake! Never compensate me.

I have had two credit cards comprised and the thieves always try and use the cards in wish.com. The site obviously doesn't care about thieves using the site to buy products for resale and doesn't check validity of cards, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
I am a customer since over 4 years and I was realy statisfied up till now. Because my latest package is, due to tracking, ready to pick up in Irvine, California although I live in Belgium and never ever was anywhere in the USA. And the WISH helpdesk is a computer, I can not reach a person anymore.
They grape you by a cheap product,

I have bought a lot of items on Wish I have no had any problems with my items or shipping times. I would recommend shopping with Wish 100% really great deals to be had.
The service is fast on a few orders it took about 2 weeks but my question is: is it at the post office or at my mailbox? I mean it's freaking 3:49 A. M!
I actually stand by my original review. The one thing to be careful of, is items that come in late. I realized after ordering a few items, that a lot of time had passed. On one item I questioned the delay, they asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, Money returned. Item arrived a week later which was a month overdue. On another item I wrote customer service instead of just filling out the form and they wouldn't return a penny, saying you have to complain within 30 days of expected arrival and because I was patient, I don't get the item, have to pay s&h and for an item I didn't receive. Apparently so. Make sure if your item is late you complain quickly. On the flip side, I ordered a purse and 4 watches. Watches were late. Got my money back on all, but did receive the items eventually. The purse was nothing close to the quality I wanted so I wrote, explained, enclosed a picture, and received a full refund and was told to keep the purse. Honestly, if you keep on top of things, I guarantee that I have received every item eventually, but have PAID FOR LESS THAN 1/2 of what I received.
Stilll say it is important to stay away from high end items, clothing and electronics. Bought an iPhone charger and it wouldn't stay in.
I have bought many watches and a few pieces of jewelry, but it is crucial to always read other customer reviews. Those that have raved about the watches for example, when I have received them, have been excellent! Loved the watches that ranged between $3 and $18 and they all arrived, sometimes took a bit, and all look much more expensive. If I wrote to customer service about time delays, I received replies usually within hours, even on a Sunday and often they have returned my money, if they couldn't track it, telling me to keep it on them if they arrived. They always ended up arriving. Clothing is tiny! I wear an large, and an xxl just fit! Also fit was off a bit. Watch out for clothing and read reviews!
I recently bought a purse for $70 and I didn't start using it for about 6 weeks. Two weeks after that, so about 2 months after purchased, the zipper broke. I took a picture of the zipper stuck in the Center, and both sides open and requested a refund without returning the purse. Too expensive. Within an hour, they had credited the full amount back to my account. First time I had a return and it couldn't have been easier!
I ordered 4 Bluetooth watches and received 4 empty boxes, they claim that the order was for boxes and not watches, even though the description and the image refers to a watch.

I have only used this site once, and had no problem. I heard about them from friends of mine, who actually rave out Wish. I tried it and I had great service from them.
I had ordered an item and i never received so I contacted wish and they refunded me my money and apologized and even let me keep the item when it arrived awesome customer service
My experience as a first time shopper on the Wish site is not the best experience I thought it would be. I`m a bit disappointed that some of the merchants don`t use proper packaging when shipping merchandise of a fragile/delicate nature. Even though refunds were issued for received broken merchandise it was still dissapointing to wait for something for a long period of time just to get it damaged or broken all because it wasn`t properly packaged to begin with. There were also several orders that I never ever received for what ever reason. It makes me wonder if they were ever shipped at alI! I also don`t like the fact that you can`t actually contact a live person when you need one. Some issues that need addressing or just simple help is not always covered in a drop down menu or by multiple choice from a narrow list that the site has provided. And lastly, on the daily gift give-a-ways, why are you charged for the item plus shipping when you`re suppose to get it free if you get it in the allowed time frame before all items are gone. I find it peculiar that I actually won a free item during the give-away window time and was then charged for the item plus shipping, paid for it, waited the time that was provided for it to be shipped and then ``BOOM`` it never arrives!
I have been refused for a two dollars refund for an item I paid and never received. You sent me several messages begging me to wait and now its too late for a refund
Wish is that a good place to buy things that are needed and also the guarantees and return are very easy and your refunds are fast I will buy from this company a lot

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
