Wish

You cannot trust this company and the things that come are different from the pictures when you first order. The first time I had a problem with Wish it was a "leather jacket." Obviously I wasn't expecting real leather for the price, but what came looked kind of like a shiny trash bag which is nothing like what the pictures on the website looked like. They refunded me for this, but then when a ordered a Phone charger with USB cable it arrived with no cable and for an outlet in a different country. They said that their website clearly tells you to select a certain size to get the right product, but I never saw this anywhere. They say the will refund me if I pay to ship the item back to China. I had a similar problem with another charger where I tried to go back and select the right "size" to get the product advertises and they said not to worry, just send the item back to China and I can have a refund. I cannot even imagine how much money I would have to spend to send items from the US to China. You cannot trust this company.

I ordered bicycle convention kit on the 4th of March 2020. Making my order wish promised, first you receive goods and then pay a bill. At first delivery date was at the beginning of April. I receive nothing. Then I requested what happened to my order. In email from wish was told, sorry delivery is late, new date is at the beginning of May.
The same continued in every month and so far I have not received my order, but bills started coming from Klarna bank, requesting me to pay the bill, of course I didn't pay for nothing. But bills continued to come and I refused to pay. Finally started coming bills where they threatened to my credit references. Then I was full of that case I conducted officials what to do. And sent very bitter letter to wish. Then they told they have compensated my payment, which actually I never paid, to wish cash, where I'm supposed to buy more goods. Now I try to transfer that money to my account and pay the original bill. This whole case has been so complicate and difficult, I've spent so much time and effort for nothing and tens of euro for telephone bills. I consider this company works on limit being scam or normal. I never will buy anything from that company.

Okay, so I'm checking all of your reviews and some of them are positive and some are negative feedbacks. So i've ordered a lot if items on Wish and Geek app. I hope all the items I ordered from them will be delivered to me without any damages or any mistakes. I'm just really concerned about credit card. I've seen a lot of reviews concerning about their credit cards that their money was like stolen or something because of Wish and Geek. Right now, I am already concerned about it because it is my first time ordering items on the app using a creit card. I hope all the reviews about how their money was stolen from their cards because of the app won't happen to me and I also hope the items I have bought using my card will be delivered to me without any damages or mistakes. I hope they are not really a 'scam' or a 'fraud'. But right now, i just need or I'm asking for friend regarding stealing money from my card. If it happens to me (which I just hope and pray that it won't happen to me), what should I do and what will I do? Any helpful response or answers or tips are mostly appreciated. Wish app is misleading! They are basically Ebay! Wish is the middleman of Ebay. At least Ebay is TRANSPARENT about the SHIPPING date prior to purchasing the item; at least Ebay is TRANSPARENT about the COUNTRY and BUSINESS your making the purchase from. SHIPPING, COUNTRY AND BUSINESS information is crucial information to disclose to the customer while assisting us make a wise decision about our purchase and investment. Wish wont be in business very long, once the customer begins to connect the dots, they will go directly with Ebay by removing the middleman and paying less for their products.
