Very cheap items, gives good services, the more you buy the more credits you get, wish is a good app that help people to buy what you like for lower price.
Please with the item presented itself very well works very well don't have any problems with the item I like wish it's a good company to to be with everything that I get is usually worth the money
I purchased a couple of T-shirts 3 months ago and when I ask for the overdue delivery date I told to wait another month - why do I get the feeling that in a months time I'll be told to wait another month?
Products not what you expect, pictures are very deceiving like they show a stuff toy beside a young woman and it's half her size you get it and it's not much bigger than your shoe. They show items for express delivery and then when it gets close to the day to get it they change delivery day to a later date, funny thing is they usually show multiples of the item with different prices and delivery date express delivery may be a little more $ but you'll get it sooner right! NO and you can't do anything about it.
DONT USE WISH, YOULL WISH YOU HAD NOT!
We are a US company and we sold our sandals on Wish. They sold pretty well, but Wish's seller rules and support are terrible. We put our price as $8 and $4 shipping. Wish had our sandals on their website as $12 and $5 shipping. We still got our same cut of 85% of the $8 + $4, but they pocketed the extra money. I asked them about it and they never could give a straight answer.
If a customer wanted a different size, Wish refunded the customer and gave us nothing. Normally a customer would have to return the item to get an exchange or refund, but Wish just randomly gave our sandals away. We had no say in the matter.
Customers addresses were also a problem, usually wrong and if an order got returned to us because of a post office problem or delay, we lost out again. We would ship it again to the buyer and Wish would refund the customer again. So we paid two shippings and customer got a free pair of sandals. I would appeal these refunds and out of 20,20 were denied.
Then they suspend our account and hold our earnings. We still have orders and they won't cancel them, making us look bad.
You guys are amazing and faithful I love your items and everything I want I found it in your appI will tell all my friends and family to download your app I already tell some of them and they download the app and they thank me so much that I tell them the best app ever.
The worst online company I have ever used! I ordered two hoodies and because I knew that they were made in China, I ordered two sizes larger then my normal size. When I received them, they were still two or three sizes too small. I sent a message to their customer service letting them know. They said I had to take pictures of them or my message could not go through. I attached a sample photo of something from my computer documents just to send my message. I am 80 years old and do not own a camera nor do I know how to do the technical stuff they instructed me to do. Make long story short, They closed my ability to even communicate with them after I politely explained this and tried several times. Each time I got the same response. They obviously didn't even read my messages. No help at all for my situation. After the third try, they closed my options to even communicate with them and no more responses from them. I found an 800# and called it. The recorded message instructed me to only communicate with them from their website. No more options for me. I am stuck with the hoodies I can't wear. Don't buy from this HORRIBLE Company!
Can't get a response from there customer service and if your order for joyful shopping theyre all be big scam, all there product they're selling are misleading

Not able to track late shipment, terrible service, website. This website is based in China but that is not clear until you try to find a lost shipment..

Items arrived later than originally said when purchase was made Items were to be gifts and arrived too late. Also, items were not as big as pictures appeared.

The only thing that frustrates me is when I get the wrong items. I do get an immediate refund and am VERY happy about that. But I would rather have the items ordered.
Love having this app I don't have time to shop and this saves me so much time and people so nice and pick the best produce and meat very fast and friendly service.
It was a waste of time. I never received my items and a couple of times received the incorrect items. I sent pictures and received nothing but excuses from so many different people.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
