I havent had a problem with 1 thing Ive ordered.
The one time I didnt receive a item wish was very prompt in fixing the issue! Thanks my family loves wish!
DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM (or aliexpress and sites like that) I had a successful order from Wish.com last year. However, when I tried to order this year - I was asked to provide a bank statement because they couldn't process my payment. BUT they still took the money out of my bank account. The emails they have sent me have not been helpful in the slightest, there's no customer support, and asking for a bank statement is shady as $#*! to begin with. I canceled all of my transactions and my money is still missing. I will be changing my credit card number. Wish.com is LITERALLY owned by two men in San Francisco (look it up) and they are raking in plenty of lots of peoples money. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH. IT IS DANGEROUS.
Need to send the blue right item I ordered a gel nail kit with UV light even picked the color pink and was sent the kit with no vu light The kit is no good can not use the gel nail kit all I want end was the color pink UV light pink nail trimmer's so I can use kit thanks
They make an offer that is so cheap or for free you place your order, you pay delivery they cancel order refund payment but not the delivery, so they steal your money
I ordered a drill with 6 pieces and today I got a drill bit for £13,75 not the advertised cordless drill the other day I received 4 small propellors and no drone

This is a brilliant cheap site but of good quality every thing that I have bought on wish I have been very satisfied with the companys and when I hadnt received it you reimbursed me
Read all the adverts carefully, and you can get bargains you will not believe. This is bargains galore but remember you get what you actually pay for.
I have bought alot of items over the last two months from Wish. I received everything that I ordered, except I'm waiting for two more things that say they will be delivered in two weeks. Yes, many items take a long time to be delivered, I believe alot of it is coming from overseas. I don't mind that at all. The majority of the jewelry items I bought, were fantastic. I had one pair of earrings that were smashed when they arrived, but I didn't pay much for them. One necklace I ordered was the wrong color, giving it to my mom. A couple other things were just not as cool as I thought they were going to be, but I definitely have new favorites from some of the items I bought. Now, clothing has been another story. It's really rather hit or miss. I received everything, most of the items fit, but some of them were really weird fabric and I ended up getting rid of them. On the other hand, some of the items were amazing. It's really important to look at the reviews of a product before buying it on Wish. Alot of people post pictures along with their reviews which is really helpful. Bottomline, I would definitely order more, especially jewelry.
I have items that state delivered that never arrived. They are not offering a replacement. Some items simply haven't arrived. I paid them, I am due products.

The app is easy to use and navigate, there is a great selection of goods, and the checkout process is smooth and quick. As long as your not in a rush to receive the items, this is a great service.
I ordered something in the first couple of weeks of January. It said it would be here in a few days so I waited and waited. My order STILL has not arrived, I'm very disappointed.
I was completely excited about ordering a pair of shoes that I've wanted since I was a child. Of course they weren't the real pair but definitely a great knockoff version. I was given a delivery date which was almost a month. So I was counting down the days to which I was to receive my shoes when I got sent a new delivery date, 2 days after it was suppose to be delivered. So I contacted wish and they reassured me that the package coming. I waited 2 more weeks and the same thing happened except this time they changed the delivery date the same day it was suppose to be delivered. I contacted wish again asking for a refund and was given a bull$#*! excuse that it was in its delivery allotted time so I was forced to wait again. So this happened 2 more times pushing my order out to 60 days now and counting with no shoes and no promise of when I will receive my order. I am completely disappointed with everything this company stands for. Just refund people instead of making excuses. I will not order from here again unless they fix my problem.!

Bought a few items here, they all came earlier than there expected time. Amazing quality in the clothing I bought. The gadgets I bought are the best and I highly recommend wish.
I ordered a lot of stuff on this site but recently I haven't been getting my orders. Where is my stuff at. I like the site and prices but delivery and getting it sucks!
None of of the electronics I have bought off this site have worked. I have been unable to return these products and I am very disappointed. I will not buy from this site again.

Exceptionally pleasant retail therapy. Name-brand men's clothing and accessories are available here. There are always deals available, and the staff is friendly and informed.
Orders like 3 dresses i bought 3 pairs of boots i bought 4 smart watches i bought never got here and only received some of the refunds like got cheated for 30 to 50 cents each item
I tried to return defected item but never received a label for it and now i paid for the defected item and no where to return them or refund. Sad
I gave a start just to make a comment.
