Ordered a pair of sandals: 1. Didn't know was coming from China, 2. Quality is super cheap 3. Tried to contact the company, no luck. Total ripoff! Ads look good but don't be taken in.

Wish is a good place to order Items for a low low price, I have order 15 watches, three tops, I gave the watches out to my clients for Christmas last year and my clients loved them, on the tops make sure you order one size up, i got one for me and two for friends my friends was happy with what she got and so was i. Wish is alot of stores I mean alot of stores put all together into one shop (WISH) I knew when i was ordering and paying only a dollar for a watch i wasn't going to get real Rolex., Just remember there's a 3 day hold on anything coming into the USA, you won't get your idem at the same time because of all the stores on wish each store ship different I didn't get my 15 watches or my tops at the same time but i did get everything orders thank you wish. I "purchased" an inexpensive tv antenna from Wish on April 16,2020. I was told I would receive the item between April 28 through May 12. Wish provided tracking of the antenna until it left China.
On May 12, after not receiving the antenna, I received an update that the item would arrive between May 13-May 27. I was able to find a toll-free "customer service" number to call, however no service was available due to Covid 19. I was provided an e-mail address so I rattled off a quick complaint. I explained that I was not pleased with the abrupt, last-minute change with the delivery date. I went on to mention I was upset that no tracking information beyond China was available. My final issue was that no information was provided regarding the company which would ultimately deliver the antenna. No mention about whether USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS would complete the delivery.
About 2 days after I sent my email, I received a useless "reply". No new information was provided. I was provided the same tracking information, none beyond China, no information on which company would deliver the antenna, and that I would receive the antenna by May 27. Needless to say, my confidence is quite low in actually receiving it at all.

This site is a load of rubbish. Nowhere did they say that the order will take 6 weeks to arrive. They said the item will be processed between the 17 and 23rd May and like normal I said go ahead as the articles are for my Grandsons birthday on the 26th May. Only when I tried to track the goods was I informed to expect the goods on the 6th July and now because the goods are shipped I cannot cancel the order. DO NOT USE WISH BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WISH FOR. Barry Roper

I've bought 15 items from Wish. Two swimsuits, which took at least 2 months to arrive, but were absolutely impressive quality, nice material and well-lined. I was shocked. I was hoping for "ok" and ended up with "perfect!" I got a knockoff Creaclip, kitty cat purse, nail decals, 2 anime figurines, a men's hat, an insect screen, black henna, a menstrual cup, a kids' necklace (charm on a cord). The only things that didn't work were clothing items. One size fits all nightie/lingerie was not as pictured and was for sure XS. One size fits all leggings-- XS. Fit my teen daughter perfectly, though, just not me. Kitty cat panties, thin and cheaply made. "Small" light-up dog collar wasn't small. It did light up, though, would've been fun for a larger dog. I should have paid more attention to the reviews on the collars. But hey, it was $1.
If you read the reviews, you can usually get a good feeling about what is "as pictured" and what is a waste of money. Or just know what to expect. The Cat purse, for example. I love it. My daughter loves it. However, in the product photo it looks really big. The reviews told me it was smaller than pictured, which was fine with me. (Photo attached with 2-liter soda bottle and small dog for scale)
Today I saw a pretty wig for $5. Reviews said it's a piece of garbage. Did not buy wig.
I also make purchases knowing full well that it could take months. If you want a swimsuit for summer, order it now. It might not take months, but it definitely could.
Had been purchasing from vendor and other than slow delivery of lower quality than expected and sizing of clothing being absolutly bogus, I was at least receiving the items. To offset the outragous delivery costs, I decided to try having the items delivered to Global US Marketing Services, 5130 N. 19th Ave, Suite 7, Phoenix, AZ. The place dhas NEVER been open during their stated business hours, and the phone voice mail at *******571 is full. Now I get email saying I missed the 15 day window to pick up items I paid for and they are charging me a 50% restocking feed. THIS IS A ROBBERY SCAM. STAY AWAY1

wish.com is probably to most DISHONEST company there is out there. This company is basically bunch of very dishonest, corrupt LAIRS bunched together. EVERYTHING about them is FAKE. Their: advertised prices" sent in email are ABSOLUTE JOKE, 100% FAKE! Is there anybody that stupid to believe, for instance, that "original price" for their 3 in 1 wireless charger is $ 1,319? And even if they "give you" 90% off - it is still 8- 10 times MORE EXPENSIVE then pretty much anywhere else. What a criminals, what an INCOMPETENT crooks. Web site is MESS. You can not do search there as search results, for most part, have little to do with what you searched for. Further:"tactics": They lure you advertising "free item" but charge very high shipping, so basically shipping covers the actual cost of item + shipping... Then they advertise "limited quantity deal" at $1 - but of course this is JOKE as you NEVER can get it.

Was unhappy with the goods that I was sent and wish gave me a full refund.the only problem is lengthy delivery times.
I only received half of my order and their customer service is nonexistent.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
